Of course!! I touched a little bit in "Jerry the Raccoon" but that was mostly Tim & Zeek (and it was not my best chapter- but I refuse to edit it for my own sanity)

Also so far? No. Cardinal manages to maintain a distance 24/7 with bats (almost as if hes tracking them during patrol- wild right??) But overall

Bruce is tearing his hair out, but admits they are useful and more effort than they're worth.

Babs adores them, and is on a mission to find them out and take them under her wing

Dick finds Bruce plight funny- but is kinda unnerved how similar Cardinal is to a talon in some ways. (also just creepy in general)

Jason "Game recognizes game" but wishes Cardinal would stop running so he could ask him more questions

Cass never gets close. But not bothered by them.

Steph thinks Cardinal is badass but keeps her distance, doesnt trust the vibes

Damien acts like he doesn't care about Cardinal (He so does, hes obsessed- lowkey fanboy behavior)

Alfred thinks its nice Bruce has someone else willing to deal with Gotham, who ISN'T under his nagging control. Theres some respect there.

NOW Sleepy Kitten fam backstory (as of rn, subject to change as lore provides)

Well Alan Draper (Originally Alvin) was a normal civillian persona Tim had- but in order to MAKE a persona, people need to know you. Otherwise it takes a quick asking around to realize you aren't who you say you are.

So when Tim was Fifteen or so Alan "moved to Gotham" from Chicago and started taking classes at Gotham University. He started showing up at the cafe out of pure convinence before Obi and Gwen worked there (officially)

Obi's dad had a run in with a rouge, got injured, and couldn't work both shifts. So they turned to part time student and began running the store. They'd gotten used to Alan hanging around and they talked on ocassion but mostly enjoyed silence when the other was working. Slowly but surely Tim grew to love being Alan- one of the few times he could be stress free anymore and yet not be so alone. And Obi dealing with the stress of taking over family buisness had one customer whose ever presence was comforting.

A few months pass and they consider each other pretty close friends to the point Alan had a spare key to the cafe in case of emergencies. Soon after some of the other staff quit and Obi opened applications- Gwen showed up, nervous as hell having never worked a day in her life and already applying to like ten other positions.

But Obi was desperate and soon enough Gwen was at the cafe just about every hour of the day and night. It got to the point where she would hang out even after her shift.

Then by pure forced proximity, Alan grew to love her company just as much as Obi- though in a way that forced him out of his shell just a bit.

It was clockwork of Alan, Gwen, and Obi all at the Sleepy Kitten on random day hours chatting away while working.

Events of the chapter transpire, with Alan showing up with this guy who 100% belongs in a gang, but Obi takes "minding their own buisness" HARD and trusts both Alan and Gwens opinions (Gwen who just saw sad guy and forced to help)

Now Obi has basically permenantly taken over the cafe, but still takes some art school classes on the side with some of the profits that don't go back into the cafe.

Gwen and Zeek have an apartment together in the far narrows since Gwen was desperate to move out, and Zeek was company and free security, who also needed a place. Apartment is just a block or so from the cafe too

Alan lives outside downtown but commutes often, works odd hours but whenever he is free, will set up in the cafe and enjoy the peace for a bit with his friends.

Long story short- they were coworker friends, except Alan refused to take a job literally ever.

seeing a lot of mismag negativity and i just wanna come out with a counter to that and say i think this season fucking rocks. every single player is hitting it out of the park with their acting and character choices. i love seeing these huge swings so early in the season.

danielle and brennan developing their friendship and how genuine and earnest she is with sams reaction to evans ghost. just pure love and support. sam says shes afraid no one takes her seriously but i think shes one of, if not the, most important character of this season bc of her ability to put so much emotional significance in such few words. ("my wands not working" "of course ill carry you")

erika accidentally snapping their wand and discovering that magic breaking mechanic. leaning into k's self-righteousness and deciding they know how to "fix" things that arent broken without confirming everyone was on the same page. the "breaking magic is more your thing" line. (i had to get up and leave the room after they said that). erika is so good at finding the rough spots on a character and poking at it over and over again, and it makes for incredible and dramatic storytelling

jammers unwavering support of his friends. but also the fact that he dropped out and stopped doing magic. he tells people his familiar is from temu. but he would do anything for the pilot program. lou is such a heavy hitter in comedy, but between this season, crown of candy, and worlds beyond number, im so glad we get to see him flex his dramatic skills too because god. he can act.

evan holding fast to the belief that he is not worth saving, and how much strain that puts on the group. him not realizing it hurts his friends when he doesnt process their love for him. and i think brennan is doing a great job portraying someone who deeply needs therapy but doesnt have the resources for it amd instead is just doing his best.

AND AABRIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GODS ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!! if there are zero Aabria Iyengar fans on this world then i have died. she said she wanted this to be the funny season but im really happy its so tense and dramatic. not only does that give the players a chance to shine, but its also so 100% aabrias wheelhouse. her storytelling is so evocative and honestly i think we are too early in the season to be throwing stones about plot and satire effectiveness. i trust her, and have seen enough of her other work to think that however messy it feels right now, its gonna pay off at the end. she knows what shes doing. and shes good at it too.

DISCLAIMER i have not worked my way through all the eris dialogue yet so if she says something that contradicts all of this uhh. ill explode or something idk

anyway i feel like eris and hypnos actually have the potential to become besties when you think about it! like at a glance it does not seem like they'd vibe (and maybe wouldn't for a while) but i absolutely think they could

they both stand out to me bc (and honestly are both my faves bc) they don't really follow the same adherence to rules and responsibility that p much every other god does, particularly in the nyx family. hypnos constantly slacks off at work in hades 1, and the only reason he starts putting in effort is basically bc he wants approval from than and nyx. eris criticizes mel all the time for being so uptight, as well as nyx and than for being such strict rule-followers. they could both really connect over having someone else who is similarly opposed to that workaholic mindset (worth noting for eris, she refers to than as "brother number i dont even know anymore" and specifically doesnt care about him bc he's uptight like everyone else iirc, so i think she'd really appreciate having someone in the fam who isn't that way)

also, like. yes eris can be pretty cruel to mortals but hypnos is also pretty callous towards them most of the time? like he's pretty comfortable with the topic of death (which does make sense, given his job) but he just doesn't take it very seriously at all, like with natural causes he's just like "wow! sucks to be a mortal lol." plus that whole bit when he just suggests that thanatos just kill everyone all at once so they can hang out more like his ass does not care 😭 so i dont think he'd really care about eris tormenting humans, and in turn i think she might really like someone finally just being chill about it rather than looking down on her basically for being strife. also she'd probably find it funny how nonchalant he can be abt this, and in turn hypnos would enjoy her particular brand of chaos lol

thematically though, part of eris' whole thing is about how she feels ostracized from the rest of the fam bc strife is literally in her nature, while hypnos is shunned bc of his constant sleeping. both are pushed out bc of their very natures. but where they differ is hypnos prioritizes his relationships to the rest of the family and is willing to fight against his nature in order to do his job at the House and thereby impress/appease nyx and than, restoring his relationships to them at the cost of his personal happiness. meanwhile eris believes in being true to herself above all else, and if that means severing ties, then so be it. she mentions at a few different points that she's not going to change her nature for what anyone else wants, and that they shouldn't be surprised at how she acts, given that she's literally strife incarnate (an argument I've seen plenty of people give wrt hypnos sleeping at the job while being sleep incarnate). i think if they interacted more they could actually learn a lot from each other and maybe both move closer to the middle of that spectrum

also hypnos is usually seen as the childish one throughout hades 1 but eris is specifically stated to be one of the youngest in the nyx family so i would love to see some older brother hypnos content 🙏

HOW ID REWRITE ANGEL: THE SERIES

(bc i liked the show but i feel like things should have played out VERY differently) (i'm very biased towards certain characters also)

changes start around when cordy ascends to be a higher being and connor throws angel in the ocean

her boredom as a higher being leads to her coming back to earth (on her own accord!!) and giving up her godhood to do so, but retaining outward, physical demonic traits (themed around her brief appearance as a god bc i think the imagery there was very pretty) and this acts as a full circle moment for her character, mirroring doyle in season 1. whereas once she was disgusted by a half-demon, now she is one herself and couldn't be happier. she still has visions and some minor abilities but now she doesn't pass for human and doesn't get to be space-demon-god

connor and cordelia DOESNT HAPPEN. GIRL THAT IS YOUR SON. BOY THAT IS YOUR MOM. PULL YOURSELVES TOGETHER

more lorne. idc what happens with him i just want him to be more of a main character

cordelia and angel have some brief awkward flirtations(?) which are super weird and uncomfortable and they conclude that they love each other dearly, but aren't into each other Like That (they only thought so to begin with bc all their friends kept saying it) (but they're buddies :]]])

connor seriously struggles with holt's death, and has to grapple with the emotional confusion of trying to live with and cooperate with the very man he was raised for the sole purpose of killing. but angel investigations really want him to be ok so they take good care of him throughout, even if he is hesitant to accept

uhhhh eventually wesley does get apologetic about betraying his friends. it takes him a while but he does recognize and regret his wrongdoings

i don't know what the big bad should be in season 4 since i'd fully retcon everything needed to make that plot happen. i like to imagine it would be better though

they DO end up running wolfram & hart. since i think it's funny. and spike's arc remains the same with him returning as a ghost, coming back to life, etc etc. he'd be a smidge different though, a TAD less antagonistic. not because i think he wouldn't but because i'd like to see more of the spike we saw at the end of btvs (it'd be hard to justify with buffy not being present, but i still think it's doable)

harmony gets to be more of a character also!!! she and cordy hang out :)) she also takes her job as angel's assistant VERY seriously, but in that way that only harmony could be, which is to say: not very serious at all actually, but she's very determined about whatever the hell it is she's doing

more hints that angel and spike banged when they were evil because 1. i think it's funny, 2. the implications for their characters and dynamic are EXCELLENT. i would also like a few more friend moments for them. and maybe they kiss idk whaaaat who said that. no but seriously the werewolf girl doesn't happen and instead that plot is taken over by spike. imagine. i mean whattt

more of angel acting silly bc he was adorable in the first season and i'd love more of that

fred doesn't die suddenly and horribly. preferably not at all

gunn gets to care about literally anything other than himself in s5. more emphasis on his resilience? his will to survive? and how that makes him more loyal to the people in his life? pretty please? and he hangs out with wes because they were friends once?

with cordelia not gone maybe they could somehow move dennis to wolfram & hart? or maybe cordy has a new apartment he could stay at? idk i just thought he was fun and SURELY there's a spell for that

basically there's road bumps for sure but at the core of the show is a band of friends. they LIKE each other, because i genuinely believe that's where the show is strongest. i never really cared for the dramatic plotlines, im really only in it for the characters i adore and their (ALMOST ENTIRELY PLATONIC UNLESS ITS FUNNY) relationships to one another. and it's at its weakest when everything's all gloomy and dramatic. so let it be lighthearted and let them be FRIENDS

The turtle bros work for stockman (bishop?) Because he says he has he will help them find their father's killer. A man who has 3 scars along his chin.

Casey just a simple farmer (oh my god. The farm house) with April there to help feed chickens and milk cows and such and such (Would she only say as you wish?? Would she be that submissive? Idk. Maybe she would as long as he promised not to call her babe lol) (LMAO HER PHRASE IS DONT CALL ME BABE INSTEAD OF AS YOU WISH LOLOLOL)

Eventually she goes off to maybe get soem schooling or soemthing. But her ship gets [sunk/destroyed] by the Dread Pirate Krang. April doesn't return and after years Casey believes she died.

Then the local royalty happens to pass by and the princess (karai)(who is told needs to find a husband so she can finally become queen) decides to make Casey her groom.

Casey still in a depressive gloom doesnt do much to reject her.

One day when Casey is out on a run (one of his few joys) he gets kidnapped by 4 demihuman turtles . :D

But then. A stranger begins to follow them. A (wo)man in black

I've mostly been going from 03 inspiration of character. But the turtles might be a little more Rise based.

Leo is inigo foil. The master swordsman. And the banter. "You seem a decent fellow, I hate to kill you" "you seem a decent fellow. I hate to die" I am not left handed. He Asks april "ever seen a man with 3 scars along his chin?" "Do you ask everyone that question?

Raph is Fezzik . Big. The muscle. (Kind) Mikey doesnt have a direct foil. May have his own individual fight with april or possibly works with raph. The muscle and taunting words and stuff idk

Stockman is arrogant and thinks hes the smartest around. Accepts April's challenge.

Don is there to keep a hold on Casey. (He plays the game a long in his mind that it doenst actually take any posion). Once stockman is dead, Don just asks for th truth about what happen to the rest of his brothers, April tells him they are just knocked out and will be fine. He says he doenst really care about keeping casey as they were just doing it to work with stockman and well he's dead so no point. Bye crazy smart lady and sad prince to be. And he leaves to meet up with his brothers.

Cue april trying to lead casey away and him being like. Oh you're the pirate that killed the love of my life! Blah blah blah so you can shove it babe!

*falling down hill* doooon't caaaaaall me baaaaaaabe! Oh my sweet april ehat have I done!? *throws self down cliff*

They go through the forest (lmao splinter as rous) (not actually but the image is funny)

And Karai and her advisor Oroku Saki meet them and casey begs her to let april go instead of killing her.

April notes that the advisor has 3 scars a long his chin. That's right. Shredder is what's his face and killed splinter. (Sorry splints. You had to die in this au)

April is taken to Bishop who experiments on his death machine. Just doing his job and having fun with his toys.

BUT

shredder shows up when he learns about the demihumans and asks too many questions about the demi humans shes ever encountered. (Theres a small but decent population in the kingdom) but especially that turtles she encountered last. April doesn't care (she does but more concerned about casey) and asks instead about casey and telling him shes never going to stop.

Karai may or may not visit April… idk. But honestly she doesnt really care about marrying casey but she needs to in order to get the crown.

Anyway its shredder who throws a hissy fit and cranks up the machine "killing" april

Meanwhile the turtles have regrouped but leo is super depressed because he failed and now theh have no lead on their father's killer. Brothers eventually pull him out of it.

They hear aprils cry?? They want "the woman in black" to help them??

Idk they go look for her

("Father guide my sword" is SUCH a thing Leo would do and the humor of it hitting the tree then opening the door is peak tmnt.)

Oh no shes dead

They all have to push raph on the cart to break into the castle. Hun is the door keeper lol

Leo goes after shredder. Raph is hauling April around. Ikd what mikey and don are doing exactly. Maybe they split off to look for karai and/or casey

Raph: sighs and puts april down carefully and goes knocks down the door for leo. Comes back to everyone gone. "Now whered everybody go??"

April somehow gets to Casey's room. Casey is thrilled.

Karai shows up… idk. Ask why she really is doing this. Is it what she really wants? Or is it just what shredder has convinced her she needs to do (marry become queen go to war and take over other kingdoms)

Karai seems to consider it (maybe) but still cant have her groom just be carted off. April says okay let's fight then. I've taken on demihimans and been dead and came back, you really want to fight?

Karai considers and concedes. They tie her up so it doesnt look like she just wlt them go.

Karai let's them all leave and ends up marrying one of the chamber men[squire/stable boy/man servant] (is that a real term???) Chapman.

Leo don and mikey all catch up and somehow raph went and found them all horses to ride out on. Happily ever after

Cody is the grandson. Hamato yoshi/splinter is the grandfather

Even tho for plot reasons it cant be him, Laurence Fishburne aka Alpha Trion voices the narrator in the archives, fitting since Alpha Trion was the prime in charge of preserving history

Orion was just about to enter the miners barracks when when he got caught up while he was fleeing from the archives

Love the little details of the miners knowing each other (miners going "oh. It's Orion." when he was on the train or Moonracer and D-16 silently aknowledging one another, or later the miners from their sectors recognizing them in the race)

I guess one bot dying is better than three but still, you could already see the system was unfair, they did save Jazz but got no recognition for it. Also despite her irritation, Elita was throwing those supporting sticks like javelins to help them

Jazz being cared for by a cogless bot who looks a bit like ratchet, tho it cant be ratchet since he's namedropped as a doctor later

D-16 helping Orion up

Before she got fired and based on their miner badges, D-16 was a tier away from being at Elita's rank (meanwhile Orion's a shit miner based on his badge alone)

Wheeljack most likely also being fired by Darkwing in the background (speaking of, its funny that the explosion started with Wheeljack)

The scrapped punching bag still being in the background in the barracks

Orion's hand on D-16's shoulder when Sentinel talks about the matrix, then him taking it away when he says he didnt find it

D-16 probably has changed berth before, at the end of the movie, we see that he initially added a huge Megatronus sticker to its left side, but the one we see him sleep in doesnt have it, or maybe in 50 cycles, the sticker simply got damaged with time and had to be removed.

Steve Blum also voices the Iacon 5000 announcer, it wouldnt surprise me that hed be one of the voice actors with the most appearances in the transformers franchise as a whole😊

I believe the only mention of the term "cybertronian" in the movie is when Sentinel calls the Iacon citizens his "cybertronian family"

Sentinel lied about the "tomorrow all shifts will be off" for the day of the race: when we first see Orion and D-16 in the race, it cuts to Elita and a few other bots working

Iacon 5000 board:

fairly consistent and lots of familiar names! (RODDY!!! He was in 6th place before falling back to 9th😔, and Chromia climbed her way up until she was second place at the very end before winning)

D-16's quiet "what is happening" during the big laugh

Darkwing actually being a decepticon in G1 is gonna be so funny in this continuity. Hey what if the guy you relentlessly bullied turned into not only your future boss but also one of the two strongest individuals on this planet and he is known for his rage and lust for revenge

The gag of Bee showing the duo what his job is and telling them he's supposed to pick out what's salvagable among the trash while his helmet he uses as an exemple, smth clearly useful, is just fucking gone in the fire

Nitpicking here and 100% paying attention to details that dont matter but Alpha Trion's map reinforce my belief that cybertron is like. A Tiny Planet. Perhaps the train is incredibly fast and get them closer to the location but it still only take them a day on foot (and later on wheels) to get halfway across the planet

Cybertron is also 75% metallic rock formations apparently, judging by the scenery the gang passes by

In addition, everything organic looks foreign, so this is more going into hc territory but maybe the quintessons did bought organic flora with them during the war, "contaminating" the planet, which then could grow into forests

D-16 is downright TINY next to Megatronus' head, which makes the comparaison with Megatron at the end (who is most likely as tall as Megatronus thanks to his cog and his second transformation) kinda jarring

A flower straight up has teeth, I genuinely dont believe its native to Cybertron

Alpha Trion says the war against the quintessons lasted "thousand of cycles" and its fascinating to me: the original storyboards had Orion stating that the war had been over for 1000 cycles- now changed to 50 cycles for the movie and 1) it means that Sentinel's reign is RIDICULOUSLY SHORT all things considered, this is like, after 10 years of war, being in charge only for a MONTH before it all comes crashing down... (now that I think about it, I think my brain wouldve liked the original "Sentinel ruled for 1000 cycles" more) and 2) it somewhat gives me the impression that cybertronians are... actually pretty young? As a race?

During the sand flashback, Prima (or Liege Maximo, they have the same colors here) goes down first buried under Quintessons

Optimus tucks his head in turtle-style to dodge Megatron's bullets and its a neat callback to when he transformed for the first time

Ive noticed they often use smoke to save budget by not showing transformation sequences but its ok bc this still looks cool af, they still showed Megatron transform into his tank mode and you can see his head disappearing under the cannon I love it

Megatron can reattach mid-transformation his tank cannon that Optimus tore away and shoot him afterward with it, god this is so fucking dope

This fight is sick as fuck

Optimus looks SO confused just before his axe manifest

Out of the SSSquad, Soundwave completely miss his entrance and slide across accomplishing nothing, he misses his next punch too, Shockwave straight up does not leave the ground 0.5 seconds after he enters the fight, and at least Starscream has the most action out of all of them but also he still gets yeeted into oblivion

You can see Optimus' axe go from his left hand to his right to cut through Megatron's fusion cannons, the yellow energy passes by the matrix and you can see it via his biolights, which btw were lit since he manifested his axe in the first place

The movie takes over the span of 4 days:

Orion trespasses into the archives in the morning of the first day defore work, they have a "normal" day at work afterward and Elita gets demoted, Sentinel announces the Iacon 5000 and Orion wakes D-16 during the night to tell him his plan to run in the race

Second day and day of the race, we have seen that Sentinal have lied about the "tomorrow all shifts off" line so yeah, bots were still working and still had to work after the race, which probably took place only in the morning. Then enough time has passed when Orion and D-16 waited in the medical bay for miners to go back to work and reach 150% quota, then they got dumped with Bee at sublevel 50 and the next instance of time we see is when the train leaves for the surface, during the time we see Iacon at night, so this whole ordeal of waiting and escaping probably took all afternoon and likely night.

Then we see either the sun rising while the quartet in on the train, I choose to believe its the sun rising since we just saw Iacon at night. Anyway then it'd be day 3: they travel to the location of Alpha Trion and escape Quintessons in the morning, witness Sentinel's betrayal, get their cogs and transform for the first time in the afternoon, then travel back to Iacon at night and get caught by the High Guard, then Airachnid embushes the High Guard and there's the whole battle.

Orion gets out of the rubble and its no longer night, so that's day 4, then the rest of the movie happens till the end, and based on the lighting, Id say it took place almost entirely during that morning

We mightve gotten a glimpse of Jazz's alt mode in the epilogue

Ohhh probably the Anderfels. She had stepped back from the Wardens for the moment because she disobeyed orders so she'd just be taking strolls out in nature there anyway. Plus she can still be out killing darkspawn (<- if she doesnt do her job she gets consumed by guilt which is normal)

5: What emotion did they usually pick?

Sarcastic. I'm weak i <3 sarcastic and tired overworked heroes. Therése also does a lot of just. Diplomatic options so it's kind of an equal divide between those

6: What companion are you platonically close with?

At the moment Bellara. Their minds aligned so hard and it's really funny. they're probably bouncing off one another always (<- bellara triggered her special interest once; birds, and therése hasnt shut up since)

Neve <3 her beautiful wife that isnt quite her wife yet. Theyre definitely flirting a lot though their dynamic is so good.

Warden stuff. Probably she would most likely be at Weisshaupt, training, fighting the oncoming blight, die. Classic Grey Warden stuff!

Ohhh boy i've mulled this over so many times but it is just definitely the calling. She has been dreading it forever and she just.. blegh. She doesn't want to die as a Warden in the deep roads somewhere. Not that she has much of a choice

Therése is cracking that egg probably. Probably because of Shae'riel because Shae hates Solas with everything she has

Stare at things a lot, she's absolutely dead silent and looks like her eyes are glued open. After she's 'calmed' she's just.. Not There for like at least a few days

Warden-y. And before the warden stuff, she used to spend a lot of time hunting with her father, taking crochet courses with her mother, train with her younger siblings. She also liked horse riding.

Therése considers herself sort of the leader, but she considers Neve the real leader lol. Like Neve brings so many ideas and strategies to her attention and then Therése just goes "Guys we're doing what Neve said!" because their views mostly align

If she could've chosen she would've probably... never been anything. She'd want to live a normal simple life, maybe become a baker or chef. If she had to choose a faction, she'd become a Shadow Dragon to have a chance to help people

My mum took me to some doctors appointments today and at some point in the trip, the topic of me being on tumblr came up and I was telling her about some of the funny asks and art requests I'd gotten. Except mum had never heard of tumblr, and thought for a solid few minutes I was talking about tinder and she was very concerned. I guess she assumed the only art requests you'd get on Tinder was, well porn, which led to this little gem of a conversation:

Mum: *awkward silence* ...look, work is work, I certainly can't judge, I took a lot of weird jobs in my 20's. you gotta do what you gotta do to make ends meet, and I heard there can be good money in that... industry? It is an industry right? so... good for you! But... you know, you don't need to do that if you don't want to...

Me: what?

Mum: Well, it's just... you know, I had friends who did that sort of work. I want to make sure if you're making that kind of content, it's because you want to and not because you feel like you have to. It's not the kind of thing you should do if you don't enjoy it.

Me: *confused stare*

Mum: I know what tumblr is cy, [family friend] joined after her divorce and wont shut up about it. I know it's for sex and stuff like that.

OKAY to start, this is ALL cyberpunk2077!au that ignores the story for the most part. nomad is the only one who is intrinsically tied to the relic plot. the other two have some vague connect to the lifepath background to a point, but otherwise dont end up in the same hole. THEY ARE all around 23/24 at their current state(s). (also: apologies if anyone thought i meant they were actually related - each of them are just a different cyberpunk!au of enya) theres sarah too of course! but im still working on his different designs and he is Not the main character, sorry bud. you will get a snack of him because he is always important to her story <3 GOD. OKAY. ANYWAY. if you know nothing about the game im sorry (my knowledge is only from 2077 and internet research anyway) but here we go!!

-the most similar to default enya. ANGRY. loud, brash, quick to violence. aggressively hetero. comes off more composed in the downtime between jobs from her excessive confidence. smokes, drinks, drugs, alls fun and fair. lazy grins. head tilts. hands in pockets. baggy pants, tie-front bras, tennis shoes.

-known as rabbit/coneja rather than v, due to a few tattoos, her tendency for jumping fences, jumping onto people, and rabbit-kicking her way out of a tough spot (the chrome she's got makes bone breaking very easy and fun). heywood born and bred. russian/spanish. speaks both fluently but leans heavier on the russian to throw people off (this backfires frequently outside of her immediate neighborhood, where people will often assume she's a scavenger).

-physical embodiment of "why do i hear boss music?". alternates between horror movie villain casually walking after people, or DOOM slayer run-n-gun. thorough, albeit not precise in her work. incapable of subtly or silent tactics. shooting people is way easier than talking to them; will give valentinos the smallest bit of leeway, but so little no one except her can tell. VERY hard to kill. mantis blades are almost exclusively used in tight spots, and even then, if a grenade will do the trick, thats more fun anyways.

-high-functioning cyberpsycho (with a legit diagnosis just in case she does snap, they can make her a nice statistic), virtually no empathy/humanity. very disconnected with her self of self. about 75-80% chrome - including both necessary and for improved functions - with a preference toward (funny enough) subtle or hidden cyberware. WAY heavier than she looks with basal caloric needs being stupid high so she is constantly eating. mostly things she finds (steals) (digs out of the pockets of someone she just killed) etc. her lack of social awareness is most obvious when it comes to food because if it is there, she will take it.

-brief history: mom dies when she's 9 during a bird flu pandemic. dad gets killed when she gets grabbed by some maelstromers for cyberware experiments with a couple other kids at 12. ends up as a violent little street urchin between mandated therapy sessions. starts working simple jobs around 15, largely thefts and such, getting her first hit when she's 17 (though she's already killed her fair share of people). almost all the money she makes is put into upgrading and adding onto her cyberware.

-the sarah connection: her, 17/18. him 19. first contact is she and her "buddies" bullying him into taking his shirt off (to prove he isn't a tyger claw) (because theyre awful). he's new to the city, working as a cook for a local dumpling place that she frequent(ly breaks into to steal food). most similar to default enya/sarah beginnings where she simply will Not leave him alone, though he's more anxious in this realm (for good reason) so she wins out faster.

-he lives in the apartment above the restaurant (owner doesnt because its been broken into numerous times) (guess who) and works a lot, so they often spend their time sitting on the roof and talking. sort of mellows her out, having a comfortable space to explore feelings and whatnot helps process Things, including these weird emotions she gets when she looks at him.

-he dies when shes 21. just gets mugged by a couple guys. closest she comes to a full psychotic break, and likely would of if she hadnt found the culprits in quick succession. theyre left an unrecognizable mess and she's given a friendly warning that the ncpd has her as their prime suspect and she should probably stay out of sight for a while. then streetkid path: goes to atlanta, comes back 2 years later, etc. would probably run into jackie but doesnt work well with others, so, hey, she'll take a free lunch but thats about it.

-dies before her thirties. no blaze of glory etc. just gets gutted in a back alley after finally picking the wrong fight and bleeds out behind a dumpster. she is, surprisingly, fine with this - she's had a pervasive sense of suicidal ideation for a LONG while, but was never going to do it herself, and everyone else sucks at it.

-shoving this info somewhere:

=low INT. has a vague grasp on how to navigate some systems and read a little bit of code, but could much more easily disassemble a deck. that and no people skills. says what needs to be said. impulsive and unpredictable but not unstable. =not a believer in sante muerte, but very much enjoys the concept and messing with valentinos where possible. also was never a part of the tinos, but has a fair number of connections within the gang. =the sort who will roll over to sleep for a couple hours, then get right back to business when she wakes up. not good with quiet or stillness, cannot be alone with her thoughts for an extended period. always has to be doing something.

-im definitely forgetting SOMETHING but this motherfucker is my favorite

-enya-adjacent. the most well-adjust and happiest of the three (ignoring the depression). quiet! straightforward when she does talk, and doesnt talk very much. no silence is awkward (for her). actually finds some humor in how differently people react. comfy bi with a preference for women. smokes, but doesnt drink (anymore), and drugs only when necessary. blank stares. careful deliberation. sleeveless vests, leather chaps, cowboy boots.

-prefers val as she gets older, before just going by v when she starts doing merc work. follows the nomad lifepath pretty directly. born in the NUSA, traveling with the bakkers, etc. has that curiosity toward explosives as a child, up until she fucks around and finds out real quick. loses both arms and left eye, burns mostly on her face and upper chest/shoulder. that was the last time she messed with choo2 and gasoline. instead, shifts her energy toward tinkering with machines and cyberware. the latter she finds more enjoyable, but doesnt have many opportunities to experiment with except for her basic (hand-me-down) implants until she saves up herself for an upgrade.

-almost exclusively uses long-range rifles. highly skilled sharpshooter helped along immensely by her one cyber-eye. many problems can be solved this way, for any that cant, her gorilla arms are deceptively customized to deliver a lot more power than expected. not a boxer but enjoys fighting. doesnt get a lot of sleep, spends her nights doing body weight exercises, fiddling with her arms, reading, trying to meditate. professional to a T. whatever the scope is, she will follow it to the letter. not so much "has to be done right" more "thats what i was told to do"; however, she is prone to leniency. minimal deaths depending on the job and involved gangs. being newer to night city has her grouping gangs, corpos, cops, etc in the same bubble. except for shivs, they all get the bullet.

-"brief" history: mom shot by raffen shiv at 9. while tagging along her first patrol at 12, her dad is killed and she's captured alongside a few others when theyre ambushed by raffen (including another girl, sam). rescued after a week or so of rape and torture. her and sam end up becoming inseparable, bonding over their shared trauma. ends up being useful because she goes mute for a number of years with sam being the only person she talks to. becomes an angry violent teen, getting into a whole host of trouble over the years. between those moments, she helps with mechanic work, insisting she gets a fair trade of pay for her work, saving up for improved cyberware, specifically gorilla arms. violence and trouble get worse for a period after this before she gradually begins to soften (very much helped by her interactions with sarah). spends a lot of time alone, improving and modifying her arms and guns, endless target practice, generally honing her skills and abilities into something useful. works random repair and general modification until she starts legitimate merc work at 18.

-sarah connection: these two are THE sarah/enya pair. he is a traveling monk under a teacher who believes in reaching out to the forgotten of society. but not a bhikkhu (the in-game ones, who are ordained) but a ngakpa (under tibetan buddism). different colored robes and vows. theyll travel, spending a few days in an area before moving on. happy to explain their beliefs (which happens frequently enough), but their only real goal is to converse and learn about others. has a vague rotation so they come around every year or so.

-first runs into him at 16 (him 18, still going through training). distant curiosity a contrast to the rest of the teens. doesnt start bothering him until the next year, finding him when he goes to find a quiet spot to meditate to ask her own batch of questions. seeing as this is sarah dialed up to 11, he has a whole lot of suggestions for her, mostly meditative option. blows him off at face, but ends up following some ideas and finds they actually help.

-sarah is, well, sarah, so she finds him an incredibly comfortable and safe presence. helps her relax and open up more. especially so after they start secretly dating (he isnt that kind of monk, after all). plus, his frequent absences actually brings its own sense of contentment. they get married a couple years later when she's 21.

-since this enya/v follows the game, she does end up in night city, relic, johnny, etc. sarah manages to find her, as he does every year, and what with her whole dying thing, decides he's gonna put off his traveling until she figures it out or, well, dies. he's her rock!! okay!!

-for my own headcanon etc: endgame choice is to have the aldecaldos help out (because of course she'd join them), albeit with a whole host of hesitancy and regret after. the connection in arizona helps out because this bitch deserves a happy ending, dammit. relic and whatnot leaves her with a traumatic brain injury, and after all the shit in night city, both cant and wont do merc work anymore. rather, goes heavy into general mechanic/implant modifications which keeps her busy, well-paid, and content. sarah fully shifts into a householder lifestyle instead of traveling and they live happily ever after fuck u.

-some extra info:

=also low INT, cannot hack to save her life, but her people skills are more refined. more prone to not talking than blurting things out which usually works out for the better. =not a believer in buddism but supportive of her big hubby, and finds some of the practices useful for her own mental health. =has memory dampeners in place a few months after her abduction. part of the reason she doesnt touch alcohol is if she drinks too much, it fucks em up and she gets night terrors. relic eating away at her brain introduces the possibility of the dampeners failing at some random point, so she has those removed. misery and suffering for a brief period but gives her a way to deal with her trauma more directly. =her and sam consider each other what they call friend soulmates. they love and adore each other - which theyre fully aware came about because of the suffering they experienced together - but they wont ever be more than friends (albeit, very, very close ones). sam leaves the bakkers a couple years prior to them disbanding officially, but they both stay in contact.

-aidan vincent (last name). goes by v/vin/vinny or vincent in general, aidan only with people he's close to. russian/japanese with split citizenship between night city/US and japan.

-NO idea what his "trauma at 12" enya hallmark is, but it does involve someone clawing out his eyes (hence, the scars and implants). was leaning toward one parent being in maxtac, maybe something with a cyberpsycho attack?? dunno yet.

-sarah connection: fem!sarah is seth! specifically sesu in this au as she's based in japan. making my own cyberpunk headcanon where arasoka also is very supportive of traditional entertainment and sports, including sumo. including female sumo because HELL yeh. proves herself and works her way to a higher level. him being involved with arasoka and travel etc. runs into her at a sort of after party. BIG old heart eyes immediately, this boy is a sucker for giant women. takes some work on his end but manages to convince her hes genuine and they have a strong but brief relationship.

-she's the one who ends it - in part, because she knows theyre both trying to focus on their careers, and his work in particular keeps him away more than either of them want. probably also the whole kill-or-be-killed attitude. not her thing.

-he's TOTALLY not bitter and disappointed and mad about this (< lying to himself constantly). overcompensates in his treatment toward others, flirting, and hookups.

-the random bits im making up as i type:

=NO clue on his future. dies sometime in thirties probably, something like he has a hit put out on him by a younger corpo and has gotten to the point of hardly caring so he gets caught off guard. unhappy but resigned. =high INT but people dumb. when he's got less of a stick up his ass, it's fairly obvious he's a himbo. extremely so when he likes the other person. =when he's not diving through the net and experimenting with backdoors and various ICEbreakers, he enjoys knife throwing. will happily play circus act when he gets drunk enough, but otherwise, the knives dont come out unless he aims to hurt someone. has a surprising number on him at all times from having an excessive amount of hidden sheaths stitched into his clothes.

Short summary is i made a whole spooky month au as a devotional act to my deities!! And this is part 1 since I'll be doing Athena, Hera, (possibly) Medusa or Hades, and Persephone tomorrow!

So basically this is just Spooky Month, except the Greek God's exist, and are a bit of the main focus?? No character in the town is actually aware of them except for a few (possibly Streber??). But they're kind of like a powerful force in this AU who can kick Eyes's ass probably, are strictly against Eyes (specifically Hades since hes in charge of souls and doesnt like the idea of someone else trying to do his job for him), and also very much against the Cult.

Aphrodite is very sweet, soft spoken, gentle and motherly—but she can also be very protective and has a temper (usually for justified reasons). She is incredibly reassuring. And after Roy's whole incident with his uncle, Aphrodite reached out to help him since she's aware something like what he went through can be very damaging, and he isn't aware that she's an actual goddess at first and just thinks she's some 'random pretty ghost lady who showed up one day'. He even thought he might have been going crazy at first, but it was made clear by her obvious signs that he wasn't losing his sanity and that she was actually present. I'm unsure if Roy would do any worshipping type acts toward her since he seems like he'd be unaware of the Hellenism religion itself—but I can see him doing it later on once he's done more research and is more comfy with Aphrodite. She also reached out to help Lila in her dreams after the loss of her husband (and also because her husband was a monster anyway)—and helped Lila to move on from him. She also sometimes helps out Mr Wonder since he lost his spouse and probably misses her. Though it's mainly Haades who I could see giving him some sort of message that she's fine since Hades is the god of the underworld and death anyway. Carmen and Lila are also canonically blessed by her (along with Ethan and possibly Radford??)/pos. I can also see Aphrodite angrily confronting Skiddad when he eventually returns, or her always helping out Lila anytime her sons in danger (since Aphrodite is for familial love too).

Apollo, on the other hand, is very easily excited and friendly and just generally supportive about things. But he can also be very sassy and is funny. He's also carefree and is really loving and nice. Because of Susie's love for art, he's always kind of been around her and taking care of her without her knowledge. Sort of like a god for a brother figure lmao. He sometimes messes with her like a brother would too by taking her stuff. Or he comforts her when she's feeling upset by visiting her through dreams or giving her signs. Susie used to think he was an imaginary friend when she was little, and even now she isn't even sure of what he is, but she trusts him and hasn't really ever told anyone about him. He also helps out Patty, John during Deadly Smiles cuz he's sick, Aaron, and also Streber and Skid. I'd say Susie and Patty are probably blessed by him the most, along with Skid./lh

Zeus doesnt seem like he'd appear that much, but he'd definitely there and would be a badass respected presence jdbdnd. He's usually there to teach a lesson though, and always gets involved if some sort of law or order is broken. He's probably the reason the thieves get caught so much since he sends a gut feeling to Lila to get the fuck up because there's people in her house—Skid also canonically just asked no one if they could make it rain or storm because he didn't wanna go to school, and Zeus for some reason decided he'd actually listen and made it storm, but decided to teach Skid a lesson in the process by giving him consequences and ripping what he wanted to do out of his reach (while also possibly testing what Skid will do about it or even talking to him in the process to see if he's learnt his lesson). And since he's the literal king of the gods, I can see him fighting the Cult or bringing karma to them, and also fighting Eyes at some point (struggling since Eyes is an eldritch entity but winning because.. well.. he's a god—). He'd also probably teach Roy a lesson if he ever saw him bullying the kids, or if he saw Susie being too harsh on them or Ignacio threatening them or Gregor being a hypocrite, etc etc. He and Hera are a power couple hrhdhd.

Ares is incredibly aggressive on the other hand and comes off as a brute, but he's very sweet deep down and just doesn't know how to express himself. He's very serious and almost fatherly, and also hates it when women are disrespected. He can also be very bloodthirsty, and likes dying for honor rather than strategizing and is more focused on violence than the tragedy of the fight itself. He's Aphrodites lover btw and has a very sweet relationship with her/pos. He's actually been around since Lila was a child, and has blessed her in his own way or just 'chosen' her if that's the right word. Which is why she's so angry when it comes to protecting Skid and fights for what's right. If anything, I can see him interfering during TT just so Lila can kick Bob ass and succeed in doing so. He also dislikes when people are cowards about things—since.. hes.. well the god of courage. And typically assists the cops because they're brave enough to go against things. He probably blessed John or Jack, or both. And I can see him having blessed Ignacio in the past, but being very dissapointed since he doesn't fight for what's right and is just an asshole. Can also see Aphrodite sending him to fucking kill Roy's uncle and him proudly doing so by influencing him to be exactly where Eyes is running in and have Eyes crush him. Or just straight up killing Roy's uncle himself.

Poseidon would probably rarely be here since there isn't much water shown in the series. But he's present in all water I'm pretty sure, so he probably literally is the Holy Water Gregor gives Kevin & Radford. Unsure if he'd blessed anyone. I get the strange vibe he'd bless Jaune though cuz of her cowgirl costume/lh. He'd probably drown Roy's uncle somewhere if he ever came across him and knew what Roy's uncle actually did. Can see him informing Zeus and Ares of the kids whereabouts sometimes through the sewer water and seeing where they pass by. Skid also probably went to the beach one time and yelled at the waves to get bigger, so Poseidon listened and hit Skid with a massive ass wave. He'd also probably try to fight the cult in his own way by either causing an earthquake, a storm or a full on flood toward their house on the hill. Or flooding the town so that they can't escape the house on the hill and are forced to confront him (literally the water). Jaune seems like she'd be unaware of him, or she would be aware and would be canonically hellenist jdnsnsn.

so weird idea i have thats like a mix of the og and reboot cod mw

so 141 is comprised of Price Ghost Gaz Roach and theyre working w/ Ale, Rudy, Kortac and others. specifica of who exactly is 141 doesnt matter, what does matter is that Soap is not 141 in this au

now for whatever reason 141 ends up on a Glasgow miltitary base with Captain MacTavish; who, after becoming his neice's guardian a few yrs ago following his sister's passing, he took an on-base job training recruits and being on the field as little as possible. His neice lives on base with him, shes a cadet and has the teenage power of giving snarky all knowing looks and being able to get away with lauging in people's faces at their stupidity.

so Ghost and Soap are married and co-parent the neice im naming Maisie.

when the 141 end up on the same base as Soap and Maisie the family decides to not tell the 141 straight up that ghoap are married but they will if asked directly.

the 141 initially assumes that Ghost is like friends with Soap or that they used to work together (not entirely wrong but not exactly right) but what really confuses them is his relationship to Maisie. they're really close and at first they think "ew is this like nonce shit?" but when Price pulls Maisie to one side and asks if thats whats going on she laughs in his face hysterically for almost two minutes before calming down and saying "if it was anything like that you wouldn't find his body" (ghost taught her intimidation skills, price will never admit to being afraid of a 15-yr-old but goddamn shes scary)

so they're no longer worried about that but they are confused, ale and rudy are the first to figure it out and ask but they find the entire thing so funny that they aren't going to say anything

price is next, he realised that ghost treated Maisie like his kid and went from there. he also thinks the situation is hilarious

eventually everything comes out by ghost getting up from the table at the cafeteria to go do paperwork or something and kissing soap on the cheek before he goes, everyone is in shock and soap doesn't even address it he just keeps talking to ale about training recruits and the best methods for various things (they bonded over being in charge of bases)

it doesn't get addressed until the next day, gaz is the one that broaches the question ghost just responds that they've been married for like 12 years, practically since they met because they knew the other was it. Roach just quietly congratulates them before gaz blows up like "how did we not know????"

Kon is nonbinary and transfem to me and i do have a more specific way this happens in mind which is he starts questioning his gender after already figuring out hes not straight, and this is a few years down the line post sb 2011, so hes getting comfortable living on the farm and having a group of friends there, being a part of the kent family (hes never had a family before!!) and its because of that new personal comfort and safety that he can think more about himself as a person and not just. An icon with a role.

I read his tt03 era as his big Repression Period (along with cassie) where he figures he has to be a Normal Real Boy so he ditches the 90s superboy charm for a more traditionally masculine look, which maybe works for his secret identity but isnt what he actually enjoys. So later he starts growing out his hair and tiptoes around more flashy costumes which are daunting now, because kon has a lot of hate for his younger self for being foolish and a try hard, and this all reminds him of himself back then.

Its a slow process but he will get there eventually and i think living with ma helps a lot. Being away from the public eye and with someone who wouldn't judge him for not wanting to look as masculine would do kon wonders. Also he hangs out a lot with the yj girls, and i imagine cissie would eventually she starts putting makeup on him for funsies (and bc cassie doesnt let her) which kon has many feelings about. No worries! Anita braids his hair like she did cissies so many times and kon goes haha does this mean im one of the girls now as a joke and then has many feelings about that too bc what if he Wants to be one of the girls? Uh oh

I have less of a specific timeline for tim so some scattered ones are:

It would take her a long time to make peace with being trans and to come out, bc imo tim would not be a fan of the Coming Out Process. Would hate to do it. Would only do it once its the last feasible option bc shes sick of lying (again) and being seen so wrongly by everyone. I think she just writes cassie a note or something like it would be funny.

Jack having been so obsessed with tim being his perfect masculine son would make all of this especially hard but also make certain stuff make more sense in retrospect. Its impossible to think about tim being queer in any way without thinking back on jacks behavior.

Theres a v sweet image in my head of helena braiding tims hair bc once she lets it grow out tim does not know what to do with it and helena has to do something about that (set in a future where helena knows tims identity. The cowl doesn't really show hair. But boy it must be sweaty gross in there).

While i think kon would be big into makeup and all sorts of fun clothes and shoes i dont imagine tim being That much into it, is not as much of a makeup girlie, loves a nice dress but mostly for occasions and such.

One of the reasons why itd take her so long to figure herself out is she mostly didnt get body dysphoria until she thought of the possibility of Not Being A Man and then started noticing little things that bothered her, bc tim would be very aware of which traditional standards for being a woman she is not fulfilling. Very aware of and held back by the Issue Of Bodies And How They Are Perceived, as you do.

The initial realization would probably be something sudden that she refuses to think about for a while bc tim v much lives by that post thats like i may be trans but i have a job so idc about that rn. Its in the back of her mind and she is Not examining it when there are bad guys to punch out there.
