body shaped like soft serve 🍦🤤
I'm so grateful to be able to accept and enjoy the contours of my own body. Dismantling and healing from self-hatred and body dysmorphia has taken me a long, loooong time, but baby I'm here showing up for myself every day!!!
The bad body image days still exist - but I can move through those feelings instead of being dragged down by them. A few bad days will never erase my progress 🫶🏼
Fighting to accept my body, heal my eating disorders, and rewrite the toxic narratives I was taught about self-worth, beauty, and body size has been a hard but extremely worthwhile journey. Honestly it's saved my life.
You CAN change your internal narrative and rewrite your own story with love and acceptance for yourself, and I hope that you do 💗 we deserve love and tenderness from ourselves most of all!!

The power of being a HUMAN
Hello my friends 🙏☺️❤️
Sometimes the world seems deeply unfair. People often focus on punishment, guilt, and justice, not realizing they cause even more misery. In psychology, there's a famous triangle: attacker-victim-and the savior. People who save might become the victim of the victim and the attacker of the attacker.
We all are mobile, shifting between these roles throughout our lives.Between black and white, we have all the colors of the rainbow. We're all complicated beings, having both light and shadows of our own. We move along various scales in life - between being a victim, savior, or aggressor; between shadow and light; between justice and compassion; between self-acceptance and self-hate.The solution is being compassionate, firstly inwards to yourself. You might feel anger, jealousy, fear and disgust - congratulations, YOU ARE A HUMAN.
It's so hard to accept the pain that our reality and world is full of... And the temptation to divide into right and wrong, those who should suffer and those who shouldn't... But the truth is that no one should be punished or suffer. As the beautiful African proverb says: "The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth". 🔥
No child, no animal, no group, no patient, no member, no friend should be left alone... The healing of the individual is the healing of society. The healing of a nation is the healing of the world.
It's true, this path isn't easy. It's unknown. But from 300,000 years of human existence, if we choose to believe the theory of science - for more than 99% of humankind's life span we lived in harmony with life and nature. Only in the last 1% of time have we developed so much that we forgot our roots... But the roots of harmony and compassion are always there, therefore we can remember them whenever we're ready to look beyond the known.
Let's explore new paths of life, as individuals full of mutual solidarity - and as groups and humankind. We all are one, this life is short, let's make it the best lives possible for as many people as possible.
Thank you for reading ❤️❤️

Embracing My Worth: I Was Always More Than Enough
I’ve cried rivers over you. I’ve felt your absence in every part of me, as if a piece of my soul was missing. I missed you with everything I had—my heart, my mind, my body. There were moments when the pain consumed me, and I even hated you for it. I hated how you left, how you made me feel like I wasn’t enough. And for a long time, I wondered if it was all my fault. I questioned everything about myself, every action, every word.
But not anymore.
There came a moment when I finally understood something so powerful that it set me free: it wasn’t that I wasn’t good enough for you—it was that I was too much. I loved with a depth you couldn’t meet. I cared in ways that you couldn’t understand. I brought passion, honesty, and strength to the table, and it wasn’t that those things weren’t valuable. They were simply too big for the space you had in your life.
I used to think that I needed to change, to be smaller, quieter, easier for you. But I’ve learned that the problem was never me trying to be enough—it was you not being able to receive all that I am. I am more than enough, and I deserve someone who sees that, who can meet me at my level and celebrate my fullness.
I am enough. I’ve always been enough. And now, I fully embrace that truth

A Soul’s Embrace
Sitting in the dark because it brings far more comfort than the light.
There is nothing here for all my doubts and fears, and at the bottom, the well of all my tears.
There, a child is crying, a teenager is screaming, and a young woman is trying desperately to find meaning.
I look to them with pity; their emotions are plenty, overwhelm wrapping me like vines, the thorns of each new and old emotion digging in.
My blood, sweat, and tears— yet life never feels like a win. How long must I carry the weight I thought I had dropped?
When will I heal enough to live and not exist, to thrive and not survive, to find joy in everyday life?
To find solace in those that love me, to find beauty in those that accept me, to stand in awe of my reflection, to see the me those loving eyes mirror back.
To find comfort in the words that soothe the crying child, to calm the screaming teenager, to guide the young woman, explaining that life is an adventure that doesn’t need a plan.
To help the survivor understand that in order to thrive, she must let go of control, to let be, to not look back— the future is waiting, and the present is calling.
Healing may not be linear, but it’s a checkpoint— so even if we have to go back, we can always move forward.
And one day, we will stand firm in ourselves; we will whisper, I love you.
I love every crack and fissure, I love every flaw without measure, I love every emotion we feel, I love the body that carries our soul, and I love our soul and our love, most of all.

Hey everyone! ✨💖 I’ve been reflecting on the power of vulnerability and the importance of embracing our imperfections. It's easy to hide our flaws and to try to be perfect for others, but true beauty shines brightest when we’re authentic and unafraid to show our true selves. 🌈 We all have our struggles and triumphs, and it’s those experiences—both the light and the dark—that shape our unique journeys. Embrace your scars, celebrate your victories, and never let anyone dim your light! 💖✨ What makes you feel most empowered? Share your thoughts below! 😊💖✨

1 Minute Analysis of Lydia from BeetleJuice
Lydia's statement, "I myself am strange and unusual," reflects her sense of alienation and self-acceptance. From a therapist's perspective, this is a defense mechanism, where she embraces her uniqueness to shield herself from potential judgment. By owning this identity, Lydia finds empowerment in her difference, transforming perceived isolation into self-defined strength.

Unmasking the Lure of Perfection
Society's Seductive Trap
In our world today, there's a relentless pursuit of perfection, heavily influenced by society's rigid standards. It's a world where women often resort to plastic surgery and makeup, not merely as expressions of personal style, but as a way to conform to societal expectations of beauty. They are driven by a deep-seated belief that these enhancements will make them more appealing, or perhaps correct perceived inadequacies instilled by societal norms.
Men are not immune to this phenomenon. The pursuit of wealth and material possessions often stems from the same root - a desire to be more appealing, to fit into a societal hierarchy that equates success with monetary wealth and luxurious belongings. This pursuit is not just about personal satisfaction but about gaining access to circles and opportunities otherwise out of reach.
But let's pause and ponder - who sets these standards? Why do these hierarchical systems exist at all? It's a clever strategy, really. When society convinces individuals that they need certain things to be accepted or successful, it becomes all too easy to manipulate their desires and actions. This pursuit of societal approval has turned into a lucrative commodity for those in control, and they spare no effort in maintaining this seductive, almost hypnotic hold over people.
We're living in a world ensnared by these illusions of perfection, trapped in a cycle that benefits a select few while the rest strive to fit into a mold that might not even align with their true selves. It's high time we question these norms and break free from this seductive trap. Let's redefine beauty and success on our own terms. After all, true freedom lies in living authentically, not in chasing shadows of societal approval.
