Confession: I was addicted to this app instantly. It has great storyline, sound effects and good graphic. Kudos to the artist, writers and app developer. I highly recommended this to those who love murder mystery visual novel games that don't revolve around romance.

Favorite character: Portia(surprisingly), Katharine, Margot, Freddie, and Mrs Bird

Least favorite: Q, and Janet

Hated: Jax

Even the mini games are fun to play and challenging.

Cut scenes are good.

The voices they use fits each characters.

Suggestion: I hope the next protagonist will be male though I know it would be Carla again, I hope not. I hope there will be more jumpscare.

I can't wait for the next chapter!

Why this app is so underrated?

Murder by Choice comic/fic where it’s like those reincarnation manhwas where the MC goes back in time to right some wrongs and it’s Carla going back in time to the start of the game in the plane.

One, she has to pretend that she doesn’t know that Margot is an Overseer and straight up evil.

Two, she could try prevent the deaths on the island, easiest being Lukas, his being an accident, hardest probably being Portia’s bc Margot was hunting down Genetica info she thought Portia had access to.

Three, realising Freddie would still be getting blackmailed bc of Elena’s death that he caused.

Four, debating whether or not to warn Ruben from introducing the group to Haven.

Five, Carla having to act normal bc the vacation didn’t start off with Lukas dying so the stay isn’t tainted with death (at least in the beginning.

Six, Carla realising that Margot could’ve had dirt on other people, she doesn’t know who might be being blackmailed if she manages to skirt Freddie away from that fate. (Janet and her ghostwriters, Jax and his Mafia debts, maybe something else unknown about another character?)

Seven, just bc (if) she manages to save the ones who died previously, that might not save them, and/or someone else could meet a similar gruesome fate. (Probably again, Lukas, Portia, maybe Mrs Bird, and Q too, I could see Margot going after the employees as they would be the most loyal to Ruben to keep him safe. Hell, maybe Margot would deduce that Carla was interfering and tries to take her out personally, not using Freddie in the lighthouse if he’s come forward with his grievous mistake.) (no one is safe even if no one has died so far is my reasoning. I could even see using Dr Kat or Janet as a hostage, since they’re the arguably the most innocent in all of this.)

(Maybe this whole thing could be just some regular ‘godlike being intervened’ or it could straight up be an ‘unforeseen side effect of Genetica’ and maybe some of Genie’s dna got into Carla’s system and reacted like this. Who the fuck knows, but I want this to be a thing bc genuinely I would’ve loved to see a different path, where we could’ve saved people in the game, but I understand that the company wanting to make more chapters means there has to be some sort of continuity.)

No because sometimes you click with someone so ridiculously hard you end up making an alternate fanfic universe to fix every part of emotional pain you're put through. We don't know how it ends, and we won't for a while, so me and @the-spaced-out-ace are doing what we do best and fixing Episode Four in a Hatchetfield x Pulp Musicals AU and here is the cast aka the reason I love it so much.

Samuel Stratford is now Peter Spankoffski, selfless scientist with a heart of gold, determined to protect his (younger) sister from the horrors the two are about to encounter.

Rose Stratford is now Ruth Fleming, a wannabe writer, oftentimes shy, with a thrill for adventure (even if her anxiety prevents her from experiencing the joys of life.) In New York City, her and her parents found a scrawny young boy on the path (Peter) and took him in, unofficially adopting him. When her parents passed away within days of each other when the two of them were 18, Peter became her sworn protector, ensuring that she remains at her happiest. She is mostly content making bricks.

Benjamin Park is now Grace Chasity, who continues to try to sabotage Peter and Ruth by trying to get them to join the church!

Margeret Cavendish is now Stephanie Lauter, a woman trying to find her place in the world with a constant sense of longing and unfamiliarity surrounding her unless she is in the presence of the moon.

Chester Thomas is now Henry Hidgens. Because, no matter the timeline, would do anything to get Workin Boys produced (spoiler alert: he succeeds)

John Herschel is now Richard Lipschitz. Specifically Richard, never Richie, the man is a celebrity, catching wind of what the Fleming siblings were saying about him all the way in Japan during his studies. It is he who encourages the siblings (and Stephanie) to join him on his travels. Through him, they will encounter seas, storms, space and strenghts they never thought they'd get to see.

Anna Hanover is now Alice Woodward, Richard's best friend with a heart for mathematics and protection. She worked hard to bring her vision to life, not stopping for anything. She was quick to befriend the three new workers Richard brought to her, and even quicker to tease Richard regarding his newfound feelings for a certain Miss Fleming.

Charles T Coram is now Charles Coven because why would he be anyone else? Theyre both powerful. They're both incredibly rich. They'd both do anything to get more power. That's it.

Sia is now Sophia, also known as Spitfire. As the most powerful traveller in her group, she's been keeping a watchful eye on the stragglers from The Blazing World with an aim to protect and move those she loves dearest to safety.

AJ Griffin is now John McNamara because there are. Many obvious reasons I fear I don't need to explain but for those unfamiliar, AJ is a ship captain who fought in the civil war with mad trauma. John McNamara is a general with probably more trauma. They're both Jeff Blim. Thank u x

Morgan Reese is now Xander Lee, the bosun of the ship Ellen Austin and John McNamara's "roommate" who would dedicate his entire life to serving his ship's captain.

Kalfu is now Maxwell Jagerman, a powerful young man aiming to hurt, manipulate and kill for his own gain to get to the gates.

Ahlaam is now Hannah Foster who I would not put as Sia because frankly the girl's been through enough. A bubbly young girl with an eye to defend, Hannah has done her best in making sure she loses no more people from her life.

Dakaar is now Brad Callahan because literally any time me and Ember write together, Brad is either a complete and utter OPP or Steph's number one sibling figure. It was between him and Richie. And no. This isn't just because I'm insane abt the toxic qbs but yeah that too x

Addison Arvad is now Jenny Kilgore!!! Who is Wilkinson in this AU because firstly fuck time bastard its our au im nick lang now it's my rules. Captain of the Antikythera, Jenny and her son, Cameron, have been searching for many, many years to locate a certain Spankoffski just to make sure he's okay. She's kind, courageous and Lincoln Island's motherly figure to go to for advice. She will not ever let a child get hurt in her defence (if she can help it)

Taavi is now Ted Spankloffski because we shifted the roles around a little bit and also haha ted dies in every timeline funny funny funny. ANYWAY.

King Itzal is now Solomon Lauter if that was not already OBVIOUSSSSS. it makes so much sense.

anyway tldr there are no plans for this to launch on ao3. however. we are 60k words deep and haven't even reached antikythera yet. so. it's going here now.

Les Mis Fersiwn Ysgolion

What we know is that the Bardd Plant Cymru from 2004-2005, Tudur Dylan translated the libretto of Les Miserables in 2005 for a school edition.

The only available songs are Fory Ddaw (One Day More, from a cover by Ysgol Plasmawr and a performance from OBA), and Adre Nôl (Bring Him Home, from a cover by John Owen-Jones, one by Rhiannon Herridge, and one by Samuel Wyn-Morris).

There is a video containing Coch a Ddu (Red and Black) and Yfwn Ni (Drink with Me) as well as the Welsh version of DYHTPS. I cannot decipher any lyrics.

The 2005 performance went pretty badly with a lot of technical difficulties including malfunctioning mics. But they re-did Les Mis Fersiwn Ysgolion in 2015, and this is where things get weird.

S4C (the welsh equivalent of the BBC) made a documentary about the 2015 production. Apparently there were 6 episodes planned but only 3 were filmed. There is only one clip available (of the actress playing Eponine talking to her mother about the role). The doc was called Les Miserables - Y Daeth I’r Lwyfan, but was often referred to as just Les Mis - Y Daeth. The doc won a BAFTA.

Rehearsals for the 2015 production took place in Llangrannog, and they worked a lot with OBA, and this is a lil confusing: they got an actor from the 2012 movie to do a Les Mis workshop with OBA. All we know is that he played one of the students, and came to see the Welsh production. From my searching it seems none of them could speak Welsh, which is confusing to me, if anyone finds any info about this lmk

Also involved with this were John Owen-Jones and Colm Wilkinson, but I’m not sure where they come into all this.

One of the final performances of the Welsh production was on Les Mis’ 30th anniversary. So, this was the Les Mis 30th Anniversary event. C*meron M*ckintosh showed up, Alain and Claude-Michel showed up, by the looks of things most of the og WE cast did too. Welsh Valjean even sung Bring Him Home with 5 past Valjeans (im assuming Colm and JOJ were at least two of them)

Plomp and I are both tempted to contact S4C about the doc, but if anyone here knows anything about Welsh Les Mis please let me know :)

10. What are your hobbies? “If I were to list them all...hmm...playing guitar and basketball.“

11. Have any pets? “None right now... but little kittens would be nice ...” (Sam looks at Gabe again.)

12. What sports do you play/have played? “Here in Mt. Komorebi I want to try snowboarding, skiing and rock climbing.“

13. How tall are you? Sam laughs: “Big enough to open the upper kitchen cupboards.” (Gabe sticks his tongue out at him.) 😛
