omg runner!steve we haven’t talked about him in a hot minute…. trainer steve tho…. what about gym crush!steve tho like omg have u seen those videos of guys in the gym with their girlfriends and they’re always like ONE MORE REP while she’s like 😭 i can’t and he’s like YES U CAN - and is so so proud when the set it done? that’s steve energy if i ever saw it!!! still showers you with kisses when if ur sooooo sweaty, leaning over the back of ur seat where he’s spotting to kiss ur forehead….. sigh…. but gym crush!steve is like…. you guys check each other out in the big mirrors, he specifically sets up near you when he does squats LMAO and especially when he’s pumping arms— you guys end up next to each other on the treadmills just out of breath flirting, steve very nearly eats shit the first time you laugh because he missteps in his nervousness :D never makes a joke about stretching together at the end lest he be CREEPY but also trips over his words when you ask, “wanna come stretch? i could use help with my hamstrings” he’s like “wha— yes, yes please, yeah— i mean…. sure i could help,” he’s hopeless 🫶

12/4/24 Wt 191
Monday- I was so full of energy, stood at my desk 5 hours in the morning. Got a quick walk/jog in in the treadmill.... and then my day went to hell. I felt out of control with eating and I literally bonked. Napped directly after work, literally passed out, felt dog tired all night.
Tuesday- standing at desk at least 3 hours. Went to Walmart for to get away from my desk + walking steps.... which was great but the step count wasn't THAT great, and compared to how much money got spent, good lord ya'll. 😳 I didn't do a workout, but I did make it to my Tuesday night class. And I made a smart decision. Instead of eating some sugar free pecans I got, I went and used my empower spray... the first time in a long ass time.
I have continued listening to Chris Terrell on YouTube or podcast. Hoping for whatever I need to fucking move past whatever the fuck is blocking me.
This is just the food from Monday. As you can see, I started great and the afternoon went awry.
There was also a premier protein shake.
Some recent mistakes- I bought a big bag of popcorn & big bag of Cantina chips. Which I demolished in 8 days.
And went to a local chocolate store. Yes, that caramel patty thing was fucking amazing. However, it was huge. The size of my hand, t least. But all in all unnecessary to eat the whole thing at once, by myself.
The caramel roll was a better decision- I split it with my mom. It was a food noise thing. She didn't want it the day I brought it home and it kept calling to me, on rotation, every time I opened my fridge.
Awwwwrg. Ok woman. Go forth and make better decisions!
The calories still count whether you track them or not!!!
I am only cheating myself when I don't take a picture. Those calories still exist. And I still ate them.

5/7/24 Yesterday's food log. For accountability n shit:
Lunch treadmill workout
Collagen creamer in my coffee.
Turkey sausage n cuke.
Stir fried lettuce, 3 oz chicken. Sf poly sauce. Carrots.
Catalina crunch 230 calories for that bad. It was good but is it worth the price? I am thinking of ordering more. Idk.
I did CBD gummies & a beverage, which would add 50 c. [I bet I forgot to add that]
I took a bath to relax. It was a long workday 11 hours.
Ate dinner after bath. Had half that burger. But realized I probably could have reduced the cheese (1.5 slices eaten). Ate 1 while I was cooking. Ugg.
