For some reason voices are giving me a massive sensory overload today and I'm trying so hard to remain silly and not get mean over it

#It's not anyone's fault that their voice/inflection sounds like needles against my eardrums and I do not hold it against them #But it is very very hard for me to hold in any comment to try to make them stop #Because it feels like if I hear another voice my brains gonna pop #But I've succeeded so far!!! Nothing but a few jagged movements because I'm flinching/in pain #Also doesn't help that I have a stomach ache from skipping breakfast affecting my mood but again!!#Remaining silly

And it's only... 51 days late. It's fine it's fine #Thanks to everybody in the dfpu chat who helped me come up with stuff to doodle for the border. It was a big help and a lot of fun!#we really did recreate what is going on in the drawing!#also thanks to snails muffin and terror for the animation pointers & terminology #Smear frames were def the way to go! Not whatever I was trying to do before asking for help #I guess this counts as my first *real* animation so hooray!#I *might* use some of the remaining prompts for future drawings but at this point I have other things I want to work on #even though I was only able to finish a few of these I felt like I still learned a lot #it definitely got me into the habit of drawing every day #and I'm still doing that so this event was a big win in my book!#and no joke I really did color pick from the load cursor just so I could do the silly spinning thing

There are a lot of things that are annoying about DC's current relentless use of Dick Grayson as an absolutely unbearable Mary Sue, but one of the worst is how Chip Zdarsky spent like 18 months over in Batman painstakingly demonstrating that Bruce deliberately fracturing his own psyche to create Zur-en-Arrh was bad, actually, and then over in Titans Tom Taylor was like "Dick can do it without a problem, though. It's fine."

#ESPECIALLY since dick was the angriest at bruce for creating zur #and REMAINS the angriest in other books!!!#i know everything in comics eventually gets flanderized into meaninglessness #like remember when parallax was a threat and not just something the gls put on and took off like a silly hat?#but this was lightning speed
