I dont know if i have somatic ocd because the symptoms look scarily close to my personal experiences,,,,like before, prob around pandemic, i got very hyperaware of the way i swallowed or ate that i couldnt eat properly for sooo long that i kinda needed a little checkup at the doctors. (i still didnt get much help from that but that feeling slowly subsided THANK GOD IT DID but in some days it kinda keeps going back) and for the last couple of years things did calm back down but NOW im getting self aware of how i breathe and if im even breathing correctly and its disurpting my sleeping schedule.. Idk actually i just hope this will die down and ill find some way to help it without therapy-
