-what went down during my parents'wedding

-my dad's version of scary story: he once got stuck in a house in somewhere while a storm raged outside with no electricity on halloween

Random reminder that ‘death of the author’ is about drawing meaning from a work that the Author may not have intended or even like but has to do with the audiences interpretation, and actually has nothing to do with ‘so it’s okay to like a thing even if the creator is shitty’

(To be extra clear I think the ‘liking a thing with a shitty creator’ is a complex discussion and is essentially a case by case basis both depending on the creator and the audience, it just has nothing to do with death of the author)
