While ramen, chicken hoisin, and pho are three different dishes, here's a recipe for a fusion dish that combines elements of all three:
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
1 package (12 oz) ramen noodles
Bean sprouts, sliced scallions, cilantro, lime wedges, and sriracha sauce for serving
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks.
Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
Divide the cooked noodles among four bowls.
Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
Top with the shredded chicken, bean sprouts, sliced scallions, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges and sriracha sauce on the side.
Enjoy your delicious Ramen Chicken Hoisin Pho!
Note: You can adjust the amounts of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and other seasonings according to your preferences. If you prefer a spicier dish, add more sriracha sauce or chili flakes. Also, you can add other toppings such as sliced jalapenos, chopped peanuts, or boiled egg.
So I just made some BOMB ASS pasta for dinner, because I had leftovers for lunch and I don't like having the same leftovers twice in a day and none of the food in the house that was already pre-made I could eat. So I had to whip something up myself, so I made some butter pasta with garlic, onion, Ginger, and some cherry tomatoes, and a little bit of truffle salt and oil. Boom fucking amazing quick dinner.
(let me know if you want to know how I made it, tho it won't have specific amounts kus I eyeballed it)

The chicken pieces are usually breaded, fried, and coated with a super sweet sticky sauce. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but I normally refrain from ordering it when I go out for Chinese food. Not too long ago I saw this version on Averie Cooks, and made it for…
