freeFORM Board adding some instability and subtle motion to the Pilates Wunda Chair.

This exercise is performed in the signature mindful, slow and controlled approach of the Pilates method.

Note that the freeFORM Board houses a deep groove stainless steel ball bearing that is a lot smoother and more responsive than any other rotation disk on the market and it will provide reliable, low friction and silent performance for decades.

I recall practicing Pilates and specifically this exercise when I was also doing intensive yoga practice for hours a day. Certain yoga movements I couldn’t previously do became accessible to me precisely because of the upper body and core control I developed in exercises like this.

Я стараюсь заниматься обучением (самообучением) каждый день, постоянно поддерживая в себе состояние "ребенка"!
