Stability Chair - This is a chair with handles and a footbar that is used for a variety of exercises, including those that target the core, legs, and arms. Exercises using the Pilates chair are typically completed in a standing or seated position, but can also be performed on your front or back. The Pilates chair is simply great for a number of reasons including injury rehabilitation, enhance sports performance, increase strength, promote balance, and improve foot control and proper strength. 
Barrels - These are curved, padded barrels that are used for a variety of exercises, including those that target the spine and core. The barrel is best designed to encourage the spine to move into extension and flexion which helps to improve range of movement.
