or a term specifically for baked goods containing pastry (puff, shortcrust, filo, choux etc.)?

It's not my fault doing assignments at the last possible moment is so effective!!!!!! The deadline being hours away forces my brain to slay and they also turn out good so idc. My assignments done at 4am while I'm having heart palpitations from stress about making it on time and having drunk 2 coffees while on a total of 4 hours of sleep the past 3 days are poetry alright. Frying your neurons helps with artwork analysis and a mock-press release AnD a mock-up floor plan for your degree show. Heheehheheheheh

I've been attending a cake decorating class this week and either I have the wrong technique or I might actually develop carpal tunnel more from piping than my day job (coding). my wrist has never felt this sore in so long

on the plus side, my piping skills have gone WAAAY up in the last three days. I still have a ways to go, but considering how I started from zero last week, I think this is a pretty good improvement!!
