hi thank you for your blog I always learn so much! I hope this is ok to ask 🙏🏽 I recently saw a specialist hoping to get an autism diagnosis but she immediately diagnosed me with ADHD saying it can present like autism in women because of how we internalize. the thing is I'm still pretty sure I'm also autistic.. I'm having some trouble understanding the differences and where they overlap, for instance the hunger/energy to cook thing, there's so much overlap including the cptsd parts. we have a follow up and I was thinking of coming in with some self assessment tests hoping that would help, I just want to be sure. maybe this isn't a question after all lol just hoping for reassurance and maybe some tips?
