Ok i've decided to go for gingerbread since of all the things i baked for my last workplace those cookies seemed to go the fastest - i think it was like 30 cookies in 3 days or something LOL. People cant resist these. Also brian's mom's recipe is light and fluffy and as delicious cold as warm so if i keep them in the fridge they'll be good on a hot day :D
