My months of rest and relaxation // day 23

Today I was out for the whole day to catch up with a pair of friends from uni. I had seen them both individually in the past couple of years, but we had not met together since before the pandemic. It was an epic reunion. We had a walk in the city, we went to a sushi restaurant, and we went to the Egyptian museum. I had not been there in years and it was really nice to explore it again with them. I am super tired, but I am really happy after today.

Additional productive and self care things I did today:

Read first thing in the morning

Continued my re-listening to the magnus archives

I got a new book, I know I shouldn't have but in my defence it's a paperback and getting it today at the bookstore makes sure I won't get it online which is something I really want to avoid as much as I can
