Am I Real?
”Am I real?” By the time I came to, the seconds on the clock had already counted me out. Those three words hit me as if I were a sandbag inviting Bruce Lee’s iron fist to a kick-butt buffet when they were uttered in a song back when FM radio was a thing. My mind went, “Huh—what do you mean am I real? Of course I am, or am I ? Right?” That was bad, my mind was stuttering like Porky. I could…

If it wasn't for your Tumblr, I never would've watched The 10th (Tenth?) Kingdom. I thank you. 😃
You're welcome.
Now you too can live with the knowledge that we'll never get the planned sequel and, as a result, never see the abomination that these two managed to spawn.
Tumblr media
I am haunted by the fact Simon Moore (writer) confirmed that their offspring would be 100% wolf.

RWRB Movie Thoughts: Parents
Okay I'm back to writing long RWRB posts! With the sequel announcement, Nick calling Uma his mother-in-law, Uma calling Taylor and Nick her sons, and Mother's day just passing, here's a post dedicated to the cast of parents in RWRB:
So let's start with the family that's alright fully cast, the Claremont- Diaz family:
Aren't they gorgeous?
Tumblr media
But I gotta say, the familial casting is spot-on: Taylor legitimately looks like he could be a genetic combination of Uma and Clifton. I suck at pointing out familial resemblance (and I'm saying this as a sketch student who spent the past two years drawing portraits, ha), but I feel like Taylor and Uma had similar eyes and maybe a similar nose? Either way they really look like they could be a family
And while Uma has also played Nick's mother in chambers, I feel like there's the resemblance is a lot less between those two?
Tumblr media
Now onto the Fox Family:
We as a fandom, I feel like to a certain degree Casey included, all collectively decided that Jude Law is Arthur Fox, and if you look at it, Thomas Flynn (Philip) looks alarmingly similar to him
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also here's a photo of Jude Law with his two sons and his daughter, the vision is crystal clear
Tumblr media
As for Catherine, there's much less of a consensus, but funnily enough, I feel like Julianne Moore, who played Nick's mother in Mary and George, and Ellie Bamber (Beatrice) look similar enough to be mother and daughter: similar lips and maybe eye shape?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That leaves Nick/Henry out, which, while symbolically fitting, genetically doesn't work 😂
Tumblr media
Or maybe there's something there I'm not seeing? Idk, someone please do chip it

If I were to do a photomanip of iconic tv show women, I honestly can only think of like, four of them. And google showed me Mindy Lahiri being one and I do not agree with that (cause of her gloating about assaulting a cast member and threatening to fire a crew member for pointing it out to her.) Most of the rest of them I don't know anything about;
Brooke Davis,
Leslie Knope,
Hillary Banks,
Olivia Benson
Lucy Ricardo
Blair Waldorf (I did watch Gossip girl but I don't know that she's a positive female icon)
Really I consider a woman icon of a tv show being a powerful woman that lifts other women up and in their show, paves a way of goodness in example. So the ones I DO know are;
Dana Scully
Xena
Gabrielle (from Xena, although she wasn't listed)
Buffy
Olivia Pope (now, google reminded me of her)
I consider Elena Gilbert and Emma Swan to be as well.
And then Google said the tv personality of Mary Tyler Moore, Mary Richards. Does she fit that narrative?

If some human cought*ash*cought ate a energon shard what would happen ?
Likely choke? I do not think eating a shard/rock would be pleasant... at least in that form.
Am I purposely being obtuse? Yes. Is there a reason for that? Also yes.
Read to find out, but, considering energon is simply energy in a physical form, there are going to be other ways to consume it.

What D&D Alignment is Flynn Moore from Echo?
if you don't know the details of this project, check here
What D&D Alignment are the characters in Echo?
Flynn's a somewhat acerbic Gila monster currently working as a clerk in the town hall; both the oldest and generally most responsible of the group, at least when he needs to be, he's self-disciplined but not a team player, I give him the starting alignment of TRUE NEUTRAL
PROLOGUE
"Flynn reunites with the rest of his friends in 2015 when Chase, TJ, and Jenna come to town over spring break. His abrasive personality quickly becomes a source of strain on the group, however, and his long-held mistrust of TJ's account of the day Sydney drowned in Lake Emma leads him to confront his friends at the riverside on Monday to determine the truth of what happened."
NEUTRAL GOOD for the initial bonding, CHAOTIC EVIL for the blowout at the river
"After Leo physically rebuffs Flynn for attempting to question TJ, he storms back to Echo as the group breaks apart."
CHAOTIC NEUTRAL
FLYNN'S ROUTE
"If Chase insists on following him, Flynn initially acts aggressive but then relents and accepts Chase's company, and even admits regretting his behavior at the riverside. Flynn and Chase then go together to the diner. While Chase orders his food Flynn grows visibly tense and confused, as he can sense on some level that there is an unseen force influencing Chase every time he makes a decision. The route then focuses on the sexual relationship that develops between Flynn and Chase. What begins as a spontaneous mutual attraction is quickly complicated by Chase's unresolved relationship with Leo and Flynn's emotional isolation, as well as Flynn's continuing insistence on getting the truth about Sydney's death and his growing sense that Chase is acting strangely."
NEUTRAL GOOD for the fishing bonding with Chase and Carl
"After Flynn lies to an enraged Leo to keep him from catching Chase in his bed on Thursday morning, Flynn and Chase agree that their fling is too risky. However, that doesn't stop Flynn from leaving Chase a cryptic hint that night inviting him to meet him at The Smoke Room, Echo's local gay bar and sexual free-for-all. Whether or not Chase initially agrees to have sex with Flynn in The Smoke Room, Chase soon feels overwhelmed and walks out, leading to a definitive end to their fling."
2x CHAOTIC NEUTRAL, one for lying to Leo, the other for the indirect invite for Chase after they agreed to end their fling
"Flynn remains distant from Chase and the rest of the group until Saturday when he and Chase escort Carl to Payton for a job interview, which goes badly. This is also the day that Flynn plans to interrogate TJ in City Hall, without Jenna and Leo around to intervene. Chase promises not to interfere but proceeds to alert Jenna and Leo by text. When they arrive, Flynn is astonished to hear Chase suddenly claim that Flynn has threatened violence against TJ and is manipulating Chase into sex. Leo is enraged by the revelation and punches Flynn, and if Chase has not previously made Leo aware of his sexual relationship with Flynn, Flynn and Leo remain at odds for the rest of the route as Leo's rationality deteriorates. If Chase has previously been honest with Leo, Flynn and Leo initially clash but can put their conflict aside."
2x LAWFUL GOOD for helping Carl with his interview, as for the confrontation with TJ and his obsession with finding the truth of Sydney's death as a whole I give 2x LAWFUL NEUTRAL because it is fueled in part by a selfish need for closure but also by loyalty towards and desire to honor Sydney
"Ultimately, TJ confesses to seeing two brown-furred bodies in the lake the day Sydney died, and Flynn realizes that Chase's sudden shift in behavior has all been to prevent TJ from implicating him in Sydney's death. As the Hysteria begins to grip the town outside, Flynn hits Chase and locks him in a disused room in City Hall, then leads the rest of his friends, who are still deciding what to believe, to take shelter back at his house. Chase has a dissociative experience that allows the presence possessing him to escape his body and carry out its apparent goal of merging with Flynn. The rest of the route occurs from Flynn's point of view."
2x CHAOTIC NEUTRAL for locking up Chase and lying about it
"In a flashback, Flynn relives the day he helped Sydney, his closest childhood friend, cover up the truth of the hunting accident that killed Sydney's father by burying the body. In the present, Carl assures Flynn that he doesn't believe Chase's accusations and Flynn promises Carl that he won't move away from Echo and leave him. The group soon returns to City Hall to get answers from Flynn's aunt, the Mayor of Echo, who has previously told Flynn she believes the mass hysteria that has recurred throughout the town's history is poised to strike again. Flynn frees Chase while a group of townsfolk led by Duke assemble outside City Hall to call for Chase to be killed to end the cycle of violence. Despite being compelled to admit that he believes Chase killed Sydney, Flynn defends Chase from the mob, now including his normally rational aunt, and helps him escape with the rest of the group by overpowering or intimidating Duke."
4x LAWFUL GOOD, for both his promise to Carl as well as defending Chase after everything the otter has done to him
"The drive out of Echo is interrupted by the appearance of the Socket Man, a lanky, charred figure that Carl, TJ, Jenna, and Daxton have all admitted to witnessing previously. The Socket Man attacks the van carrying the group and knocks it into Lake Emma, but everyone can escape to the surface except for Daxton, who has to be rescued by either Flynn or Leo. On the lakeshore, Flynn is separated from his friends and eventually finds himself in a facsimile of The Smoke Room, where he is greeted by an apparition of an adult Sydney, and the two converse while Flynn tries to understand what is happening. Sydney is revealed to be a projection created by Samuel Ayers, the force that previously possessed both Sydney and Chase and who now resides in Flynn, and The Smoke Room is revealed to be Danicka Mine, which has been burning for several days with a fire that soon consumes Flynn."
2x NEUTRAL GOOD for rescuing Daxton
"As Flynn's body burns in the mines, he bears witness to a number of the many acts of violence committed in Echo throughout its history and is even able to intercede in several. His consciousness changes and he becomes unmoored from linear time, and he and Sam transform into the Socket Man that Flynn and the other characters see in the other routes and have been glimpsing in Echo at times of duress throughout their lives."
no alignment for his actions as the Socket Man
CARL'S ROUTE
"Flynn plays a minor role in Carl's route. When Chase drives to Carl's house on Tuesday he finds Flynn in the backyard with Carl, and the two appear to be at odds about Carl's eagerness to spend more time with Chase."
NEUTRAL GOOD, since he seems to be mostly playful and also had taken Carl to the dentist earlier
"During Carl's party on Wednesday, Leo assures Chase that Flynn has apologized to the rest of the group about his behavior at the river. However, when Flynn starts to tease TJ, Jenna sharply cuts in and Chase observes that he may not be forgiven. In this route, Flynn is the one to tell Chase about Janice's episode on the roadside, since Chase was not there to witness it directly. Flynn gives Carl a lighter shaped like a ram's head for his birthday, which notably may be the lighter that Carl uses to burn down his house in the route's bad ending."
NEUTRAL GOOD for his gift for Carl, CHAOTIC NEUTRAL for the rest of his behavior at the party
"When everyone meets up again at Lake Emma on Saturday, Flynn is characteristically terse and sarcastic, and his argument with the group over how to best get closure for Sydney's death leads to Chase jumping into the lake to break the tension. After Chase nearly drowns, Flynn assaults TJ and is then tackled by Leo. Chase and Carl leave quickly and Flynn is not seen again for the rest of the route. In the epilogue, it is mentioned that Flynn, Leo, and TJ don't speak to each other anymore and that they are dealing with the trauma of unseen events that occurred during the Hysteria."
2x CHAOTIC EVIL for attacking TJ, NEUTRAL for cutting ties with the rest of the group
LEO'S ROUTE
"While the group looks for Carl on Wednesday, Chase and Flynn talk outside Carl's house. Flynn says it's stupid for Chase and Leo to spend time together again and is extremely offended that they decided to rekindle their romance at Lake Emma of all places. Flynn also warns Chase about Leo's instability, calling him ‘fucking crazy,' but when Leo appears Flynn backs off. Flynn gets more and more frustrated as the search for Carl continues, and soon storms out to go look for him on his own."
LAWFUL GOOD actually for trying to warn Chase about Leo, CHAOTIC GOOD for looking for Carl on his own
"On Thursday morning, Flynn reports to Chase and Leo by text that Carl has been found in the crawlspace under his mansion. If Chase checks Leo's phone on Friday, he reads messages from Flynn accusing Leo of monopolizing Chase's time and using the reunion as a pretense for getting back together with him."
NEUTRAL
"After Chase escapes from Brian on Sunday, Flynn appears suddenly at the mine's back entrance to help him get away. Flynn explains that he reunited with the others at Leo's house and learned from Kudzu that Brian drove off with Chase in the direction of the mine. When Chase asks him how he knew about the back entrance, Flynn answers only vaguely and is cagey about his whereabouts for the past few days. When the group decides to hop on a train to escape Echo, Flynn jumps aboard first so that he can help pull the rest of his friends to safety."
2x LAWFUL NEUTRAL for doing his job during the hysteria, 4x NEUTRAL GOOD for going after Chase and helping his friends escape the town
TJ'S ROUTE
"As in his route, Flynn in TJ's route is primarily concerned with getting an honest account of Sydney's death out of TJ. Although he scarcely appears in person before Saturday, his persistent suspicion contributes to Chase's growing paranoia and accelerates his hyper-protectiveness over TJ."
no alignment
"After the events of Monday, Flynn begins texting TJ to ask about the day Sydney died. The contents of these texts are rarely shown, but they badly distress TJ and are aggressive enough that Flynn feels the need to corner TJ in Carl's basement on Wednesday to apologize for sending them. Flynn seems to express remorse, but Chase soon steps in to excuse TJ from what he perceives as Flynn's overbearing behavior, and ultimately Flynn continues sending TJ hostile messages throughout the route."
since he later regrets and apologizes for it LAWFUL NEUTRAL for the texts
"Once Chase and TJ begin Sydney's treasure hunt on Thursday, they agree to exclude Flynn because of his fixation on questioning TJ. As Chase grows more and more suspicious that the clues are targeting him and that the hunt was staged by his friends, Flynn and Carl become his primary suspects."
no alignment
"Flynn confronts Chase at the motel on Saturday, demanding answers about what happened at the lakeside that left Carl with a broken ankle. Flynn is bewildered by Chase's accusation that he masterminded the treasure hunt and rapidly becomes frustrated with Chase's aggressive defense of TJ. When things get physical, Chase easily overpowers Flynn and threatens him until he leaves. The next day, during a conversation with a malicious entity in the mirror of the motel bathroom, Chase begins to believe that the only way to keep his secret and protect TJ is to murder Flynn."
NEUTRAL
"On Sunday, Flynn picks TJ up from Julian's house and brings him to Lake Emma for one final attempt to get closure. He drags TJ down to the shoreline but his questioning is interrupted by Chase, who inadvertently reveals the truth of how Sydney died in an attempt to prove that Flynn set up the treasure hunt. Flynn is incensed and begins beating and choking Chase, but a distraction from TJ allows Chase to hit him with a rock and then force him into the lake. Chase pulls Flynn underwater and holds him there until he drowns, observing that Flynn finally got the answers he'd been seeking for a decade only in the very last minutes of his life."
LAWFUL NEUTRAL for trying to get closure, CHAOTIC EVIL for attacking Chase since it is fueled by spur off moment anger and revenge
"Five years later in the epilogue, Cameron sees an apparition of Flynn's body floating in Lake Emma."
no alignment
JENNA'S ROUTE
"Flynn helps coordinate the group's search for Carl on Tuesday and calls Carl's parents to inform them that their son is missing. Flynn takes Carl's phone away from Chase and accuses him of snooping, and Chase guesses that Flynn is trying to conceal the messages he previously sent to Carl about what happened at the riverside. Flynn also clashes with Leo for arguing with Chase about their breakup instead of looking for Carl, resulting in Leo shoving Flynn and walking out. After finding signs that Carl has been ramming his head against the wall near the crawlspace in his basement, Flynn suspects that Jeremy sold Carl some laced weed and instructs Chase to go talk to him about it."
LAWFUL GOOD
"Flynn finds Chase and Jenna on the couch in Carl's house the next morning and brings them homemade lunches. They all debrief together about the ongoing search, and Flynn explains that Carl has been getting high more often and was afraid his house was haunted. As they discuss Carl's fate, Chase remarks that Flynn is showing anxiety and concern that he rarely expresses. Flynn, Chase, and Jenna then visit Jasmynn Street again and can get Heather to tell them about the last time she saw Carl. Flynn trades barbs with Micha, and when Jeremy constructs a false story to cover for Brian that includes Carl using meth, Flynn is incredulous and suspicious. When a crazed Clint arrives and threatens the group, Flynn quickly leads his friends back to his truck."
NEUTRAL GOOD
"Flynn does not appear again until Sunday when he arrives at Heather's house in pursuit of a hallucinating TJ. When the group eventually finds Carl and Heather subsequently holds them at gunpoint, Flynn stays outside and aims his rifle at her."
2x NEUTRAL GOOD
"In Jenna's bad ending, Flynn shoots and kills Heather on Jenna's orders. Flynn is shocked and horrified by what he has done and remains badly shaken for the rest of the route. In Jenna's good ending, Heather escapes and flees to the dam and Flynn is relieved to see that Carl is safe. Flynn resists Jenna and Micha's insistence that they pursue Heather, thinking that she is not a threat, but quickly relents and drives the group to the dam. He again takes up a vantage point with his rifle while Jenna calms Heather down and manages to stop her from flooding the town.
2x LAWFUL EVIL for killing Heather in the bad end, 2x LAWFUL GOOD for helping save the town in the good end
"In Payton, Flynn comforts Carl while he recovers from his ordeal. He tries to contact his aunt, who has presumably been killed during the events of the Hysteria like she is in Flynn's route, but is unsuccessful."
NEUTRAL GOOD
FINAL SCORE: NEUTRAL GOOD leaning LAWFUL GOOD
