My favorite ship is probably Mapleshade x Reedshine, it started as a crack ship but I grew to genuinely like it! //Mainly outside of canon because I said so, taking this as an au where nothing bad happened//

I like to imagine Mapleshade and Reedshine at the Riverclan border, taking their kits for playdates, Reedshine teaching Mapleshade about how Riverclan decorates camp and nests.

Maybe when Mapleshade goes home she decides to try decorating her nest for her kits!

Mapleshade watched from the shadows as Reedshine emerged from the river to the meeting at Fourtrees with the other Clans, water streaming from her sleek brown tabby fur. Mapleshade had been watching the RiverClan queen for days, ever since she had dared to cross the border.

But as she watched Reedshine now, something stirred in her chest. The queen was beautiful, with her bright green eyes and graceful movements. And as she approached the pale cream warrior Appledusk, Mapleshade felt a surge of jealousy that surprised her.

But then something even more surprising happened. Reedshine turned away from Appledusk and approached Mapleshade, her eyes gleaming with mischief.

"Hello, stranger," she purred. Fluttering her lashes at the ThunderClan warrior.

Mapleshade was taken aback by the sudden attention. She had expected Reedshine to be angry with her, due to Clan rivalry. But instead, the queen seemed almost amused by her presence.

"H-Hello Reedshine. Beautiful night for a meeting..." she said cautiously, tail lashing and tattered ears flat due to nerves at her beauty.

Reedshine laughed. "Oh, I know~" she said. "You may be ThunderClan but I saw you battling Shadowclan last moon and might I say, you're dangerous. And very capable of holding your own. That makes you so....interesting~"

Mapleshade felt a flush of heat in her cheeks. She had never been the object of someone's attention like this before. It was both thrilling and terrifying.

Reedshine's expression softened. "Its alright, Mapleshade~ I won't bite."

Mapleshade felt a flutter in her chest. She didn't know what to say. She had never felt this way about another cat before, especially not one who was supposed to be her enemy.

But as she looked into Reedshine's eyes, she knew that she was in trouble. She was falling in love with the RiverClan queen, and she didn't know how to stop it.

"Reedshine..."

We’ve heard mention of Redtail and Bluestar and Rowanclawstar (Scarlet Mane a Deputy, Former mayor Frosted Star, and photographer Happy Daze respectively) and Whitewing and Birchfall (White Wing and Birch Branch) and Appledusk and Reedshine (Apple Seed and River Reed) and Bramblestar (Bramble Horn), but no art of them so they are requestable!

And they can be ponies, griffins, hypogriffs, zebras, zonies, diamond dogs, Abyssinians (I think that’s what they’re called), changelings, kirins, and sea ponies!

Reedshine/Mapleshade: I get it the appeal and why people like it, especially with how little character Reedshine gets - I'm open to any real interpretation that's kinder to her. Not my cup of tea but I get it lol

Breezepelt/Antpelt: Another one that I Get but could never really just get into. Drama is good, but another one I'd say I am only really interested in for Breezie purposes lol I was never that attached to Antpelt.

Reedshine took a lot of time thinking about what happened with Mapleshade, and then eventually realized. Holy shit, my dead husband is an asshole.

I dislike the ship Frecklewish x reedshine. Frecklewish would have HATED her, considering she hated appledusk and verbally lashed out at three kits because they were related to him (the kits had nothing to do with birch’s murder) it makes me uncomfortable too, heck, ANY reedshine ship makes me uncomfortable. Appledusk cheated on her, Mapleshade tried to murder her, and Frecklewish would have hated her for being connected with Apple. Can we let reedshine be single? She doesn’t have to have a mate
