Seeing how asgore and asriel might speak with a southern accent, and seeing how kris was raised in the dreemur family, does that mean kris was speaking with a southern accent throughout the comic? (I think someone asked something like this before)

It’s strange thinking about it because I have family who actually have thick southern accents and I could never imagine Kris with that. Like… 💀 maybe? idk man,, the thought makes me squirm.

Not sure if there's anything official- based only on a vaguely similar shape and location and seemingly supported by the map pictures released by Dreamworks TV recently, would Yaz's island be Frank Island in Yellowstone National Park? Only for JWE2 building reference purposes 😁
It's possible it was used for some visual inspiration, but I think the EXACT location in Wyoming was probably meant to be a little vague, as a fictional location.
#jurassic world chaos theory#I didn't even know what part of Wyoming it was supposed to be exactly until DW released those maps#the only locations I knew for sure were Darius's cabin in the Lake Tahoe area#Sammy's ranch in the Texas hill country area#Brooklynn's apartment was originally supposed to be near Denver I think or at least at one point I was told Denver#because I actually picked the location of the drop off point in Oklahoma on the map and I tried to calculate a spot they could reach in tim#and then the last location I knew vaguely was the port somewhere off the coast of Louisiana haha#jurassic world#chaos theory#jwct#ask#it's usually better not to get too specific with fictional locations unless they're like... landmarks that everyone knows#also as a Texan I can't believe Sammy allowed Ben to take the I 10 all the way down the wrong way to San Antonio#And THEN the I-35 through Dallas and Norman on the way to Colorado#not only is that the long way#but it's also a truly AWFUL drive during rush traffic LOL#the correct route would have been to take highway 83 out of Junction and then make your way up to Amarillo and onward#Anyway this is just to say whoever put together the DW maps probably just used major interstates to loosely locate things#i'm not convinced they're 100% accurate

is it just that California people are insane or am I missing something about In and Out because I tried it a few months back and it was like….not good?
And I say this as a lover of fast food cheeseburgers
#whataburger is probably my favorite fast food cheeseburger#but I can easily name like 5 places that were better than in and out#it was like the driest burger fr#like it was literally below McDonalds for me I’m not even kidding#is it a location thing?#because I had it around Dallas#I know there are a few in the Dallas area but I couldn’t say which one#and I know it was fresh because I saw them make it#and they were so busy it had to have been fresh#but idk I still see in and out people hyping non California locations so I’m not sure#im only bringing it up because I��ve been wondering what the deal was since I tried it#and I’m currently watching a podcast where they’re talking about in and out in Texas#and being excited about it

*starting to write the Gid parents fic* how the fuck am I gonna write Yona, they’re all so inconsistent— *realizes that Yona is basically how the media sees Texas* oh. Wait, this is gonna be easy then
#at first I thought it was weird that there has been a character from Yona in every single campaign I have seen thus far#and that they can’t seem to decide between desert and lush farmland#before i actually thought about each description of Yona we have gotten from each of those characters#and how they almost perfectly replicate how the media can’t seem to decide if Texas is either a desert or a lush Greenland#so I have realized that Yona is basically Avantris’ version of Texas#which would also explain everyone’s accents#bc even tho my accent is more akin to Kremy’s i have family members whose accents replicate Gideon’s#for the record if it ain’t obvious im from Texas. and so is the majority of the family I know about#which yes is also the reason why I have such an easy time writing Kremy and Gideons accents#legends of avantris#once upon a witchlight#ouaw#gideon coal#I’m just unsure what part of Yona Gid is from#since the background of his part in the intro has the desert#but also im pretty sure he was raised on a farm so#so i think i might just have to base his location off of the farm my dads family lived at for a while#which was a mix of the two I’d say
