This hearty and tasty soup is based on the classic Reuben sandwich and has been made keto-friendly. With its soft corned beef, sour sauerkraut, and rich cream, this soup is the perfect meal to warm you up.
Ingredients: 1 lb cooked corned beef, diced. 4 cups beef broth. 1 cup sauerkraut, drained. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced celery. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp butter. 1 tsp caraway seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Swiss cheese for garnish optional. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onions, celery, and green bell pepper. Saut until softened. Add minced garlic and caraway seeds, saut for another minute. Stir in diced corned beef and sauerkraut. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with Swiss cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

This keto-friendly dish is tasty and filling, with sesame-crusted Hamachi served over a cool edamame soba noodle salad. This is a great meal for any event because it has a lot of different tastes and textures.
Ingredients: 2 Hamachi fillets. 1/4 cup sesame seeds. 2 cups shirataki noodles. 1 cup edamame beans. 1/4 cup sliced cucumber. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tsp grated ginger. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Salt and pepper the Hamachi fillets after patting them dry. Sprinkle sesame seeds all over the fillets. Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Fry the fillets for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown. Put the fillets on a baking sheet and cook them for another 5 to 7 minutes in the oven. While that's going on, boil the shirataki noodles for two to three minutes, then drain and rinse them under cold water. Put noodles, edamame beans, cucumber slices, and green onion slices in a bowl. Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a small jar. Mix these together to make the dressing. After adding the dressing, toss the salad until it's well covered. Put the Hamachi with a sesame crust on top of the edamame soba noodle salad. If you want, you can add more sliced green onions as a garnish.

• 4 bell peppers (any color)
• 7 eggs
• 2 turkey sausages, halved lengthwise and diced
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon diced oregano
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Cooking oil spray
