Pan-Seared Juicy Sesame Salmon, fluffy mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli 🐟🥦

Juicy Sesame Salmon:
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
.
Potatoes:
1 pound white potatoes
1/3 butter stick
2 tbsp parmesan
1/4 c plant milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
.
Directions:
Sesame Salmon:
Wash and pet dry the salmon. Make sure it’s completely dry - it’s very important. In a bowl, combine the sesame oil, coconut aminos, garlic salt and black pepper and transfer the salmon into the bowl. Set aside (if possible, marinate for at least 30 minutes). In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add salmon fillet skin side up, for 4 minutes, flip and finish cooking for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Mashed Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into fours and place in a boiling water seasoned with salt, garlic powder and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain, add butter & parmesan then mash with a potato masher. Pair with steamed broccoli and voila!

After a more in-depth review of the product, here's my honest review.
Affordable Pricing and Instant Access One of the main selling points for this meal plan is the price. Being offered at $1, I was curious if it would be worth it or just another gimmick. Well, for the initial price of $1, I got instant access to a rather well-structured meal plan. The $37 AOV means there are upsells, but the core content itself is already pretty detailed and useful. Detailed and Simple Meal Plans I liked the structure of the meal plan. It is simple and straightforward, thus very easy for a beginner to follow and understand as well as an experienced keto follower. The detailed 7-day meal plan consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Instructions are clear, and ingredients are readily available for preparing meals. Delicious and Varied Keto Recipes The Ultimate Keto Meal Plan is actually very diverse compared to many other keto meal plans, which often are repetitive. I found tasty and easy-to-prepare meals that did not give me a sense of deprivation while on the diet. Meals were well-balanced, which helped me to keep within the correct macronutrient ratio for ketosis. There were helpful alternatives if I had certain dietary restrictions, making it even more practical. Throughout the period, I experienced sustained energy and suppressed cravings. A keto meal plan is well balanced to avoid those pitfalls of the keto diet; these include the dreaded keto flu or energy crash. Weight loss is always determined by metabolism, and how faithfully the diet has been followed; in my case, I feel lighter and much more focused within a week. Conclusion: Is It Worth It? I'd say yes. For the price of $1 for the book, ⚡️The Ultimate Keto Meal Plan⚡️ is a great start for any person who wants to start or enhance the keto journey. It's affordable; easy to follow; and overall, it's full of useful information, although the upsells on the site aren't for most people, the core content in itself is excellent value. Whether you're a beginner or just look for some more meal ideas, it is well worth considering.

Easy to make and good for keto For breakfast or lunch, Philly Cheese Steak Wraps are a tasty and filling choice. They are tasty and healthy, and they are easy to make. They are also great for people on a ketogenic diet.

Serve right away and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning should be added to diced chicken. In the Instant Pot, put broccoli florets, minced garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season the chicken. It's time to seal the pressure valve and close the lid. Leave it to cook for 8 minutes on high pressure. After you're done, quickly let go of the pressure. Take off the lid and stir the sauce around a lot until it gets thicker. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more Parmesan cheese.
