My name is Nada, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency. 

Here in Gaza, there is a small tent standing alone in the corner of a refugee camp. Inside it, I sit with my young children, trying to protect them in every way possible and provide them with comfort and safety despite the hardships.

My children and I are now in great danger and need your help to evacuate from Gaza to safety. The situation worsens every day with limited access to drinking water, food, and medicine, along with facing the horrors of war. 

The war has swept away our homes and dreams, and now we live in a tent, surrounded by hunger, fear, and diseases. My youngest son suffers from hepatitis due to pollution and lack of healthcare.

The days pass very slowly, and the situation deteriorates further each day. The need for food, medicine, water, shelter, and safety has become nearly impossible.

I have launched a fundraising campaign to facilitate our evacuation to Egypt and to start our lives anew. The ticket price to enter Egypt is $5,000 for each adult and $2,500 for children.

I am very sorry to hear about the struggle your family is enduring, but I am mostly enraged. I'm enraged that my home country is funding your plight, and that my ceaseless attempts alongside my comrades to end that funding have not paused it, except for that brief week of ceasefire months ago. What a joke.

We will continue, I promise you. I pray that you will make it to a day when you and your family are free. I promise you that I will fight for that freedom for as long as it takes. I do not plan to stop once a ceasefire is enacted. How can you return home to rubble and we call you free? Your children had a home and dreams that the Israeli occupation tramples to pieces, how can you be free with their boot looming omnipresent over your neck? There is only one solution. I do not want for your family to become refugees in Egypt because that is what the Zionist Entity wants. They want to steal Gaza, steal the West Bank, and keep stealing and pillaging. Anyone who believes they will stop at the borders of Palestine is a fool. To think that over three trillion USD has been sent as "aid" to the Zionist entity... makes me sick to my stomach every day. I awoke to this conflict when Shireen Abu Akleh was assassinated, but this shame and rage I feel now extends well before then.

Please find the few sane Israeli college students who are protecting the aid trucks entering Gaza from their lecherous, racist, murderous colleagues, and accept their aid. I'm sure that sounds like a terrible suggestion, after the US backed IOF has just used an aid truck as cover to kill hundreds of innocents. But every day I eat three meals that I wish I could share with a Palestinian survivor.

What's stopping the possibility of a ceasefire is pretty simple. Hamas is holding 239 Israeli civilians hostage including children and the elderly. What's happening in Palestine is a travesty and horrendous. But Israel can't initiate a ceasefire from the position they're in, so we need to be agitating for Hamas to release the hostages and call for a ceasefire instead.
