Shabbat Shalom Jews on my phone! I was fucking around today and I made banners in Minecraft for the alefbet (minus ף and ך because fuck them i guess)
(I included two stars of Davids if you're that upset)
(also מ is written in it's alternate form because I couldn't get it to work in banner format, if you really want a regular מ I guess use that pattern by the barrel there
If you want me to give the instructions for how to make each individual letter let me know, I just don't want to do that if no one wants it
There's also two equally shitty א patterns to choose from too!
Tumblr media
What can I do with these letters?
Lots of things!
Look at this cool Hanukkah décor!
All of these are survival world friendly too! You'll just need a shit ton of banners and dye!

So I made an online store
I didn't really post my art here before, but I started therapy and it's expensive as hell so I opened up an online store for my art. I have a bunch of plans for it. http://tee.pub/lic/SnyJkoqQ9Wo
the main two designs up rn are these:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
the cats have four colors (orange, white, brown and siamese) and the golem have a bunch of pride flags up + the israeli flag.
they're available on mugs and hats and stuff too, you can choose which type of item you want them on pressing this button:
Tumblr media
future plans of stuff I wanna draw and upload there (no promises):
shirt design of multiple golems lighting a menorah
sufganyah with cat ears
golem playing with a dreidel
cat shaped menorah
(yeah I'm in the mood for hannukah themed stuff XD also I love golems)
There's also an option to commision me on there if you want, if there's anything from what I already made you want altered, or something else you have in mind (which I can't promise I'll be able to do but I can try) you can contact me from there or through DMs.
And if anyone buys anything SEND ME A PIC

חג שמח ומשוגע לכולם
to all the antisemites this hanukkah season acting like the world's greatest jewish allies: you might hear the phrase "a great miracle happened there" bandied around. in fact, the acronym for that phrase in hebrew is on every dreidel! yep every dreidel! where is the "there" being talked about?? don't worry about it :))) and in what country do the dreidels instead have the acronym for "a great miracle happened here" instead? don't worry about it :)))) and don't worry about the actual story of the holiday either or what it means :)))))) it's definitely not about the jews fighting off their oppressors in order to take back control of their homeland or anything :))))) nothing to do with jewish self-determination here no sirree :))) this is definitely a very easy holiday to enjoy if you hate israel with every bone in your body and hope it and everyone inside it dies horribly :))))) hanukkah definitely isn't inextricably linked to israel and the jewish connection with the land of israel as our homeland :)))

What if I say that the fact people think Jews are white is exactly the proof that the holocaust isn't taken seriously or taught about correctly

"A major attack on an ethnic group was justified because they were asking for it, even if the attack was evidently pre-planned for weeks before and included running over and stabbing random bypassers from that ethnic group who couldn't possibly be identified as the same people who were asking for it weeks after it was already planned."

I am an Israelite, a [H]ebrew... and the fact that my identity has been so mythologized and talked about as if it's a thing of the past will never change that.
I think a lot of Americans have a hard time grasping the idea of Jewish indigeneity because they dont know where their own ancestors came from. Maybe they'll have vague ideas like German, Italian, or Irish, but what they know has very little bearing on their day-to-day lives. They don't dress any different, they don't speak the language their great grandparents spoke, they don't hold regular ceremonies and rituals that harken back to the old days.
The idea of an ethnic group maintaining a constant identity over thousands of years is patently absurd to them. "You're telling me you're still mourning something the ancient Romans did? That's ridiculous! Clearly you've fallen for modern Israeli propaganda, otherwise you're deliberately arguing in bad faith in order to justify land theft and genocide!"
It's very frustrating, because when I say these things I do not say them in bad faith. My friend once said "it's a very American thing not to understand large timescales", and I think she was right on the money. The process of American assimilation has cut peoples ties to their ancestors to such a degree that they can no longer comprehend a continuous identity spanning millennia.
So I'm going to say this in the clearest language I can:
There is a genuine, historically provable, continuous connection from ancient Israelites to modern Jews. By the laws and customs of those ancient Israelites I am one of them. Let me reiterate. I am an Israelite, a hebrew, like from the Bible, and the fact that my identity has been so mythologized and talked about as if it's a thing of the past will never change that.

The whole "Jews are weaponizing their trauma" is so, so fucking gross. It's one of the worst types of antisemitism because it foundationally dehumanizes us. They view us as incapable of experiencing genuine pain of any kind.
People don't understand what it is to be Jewish. Kol Yisrael arevim ze bazeh. I feel a physical connection at the center of my being with every other Jew on Earth. I feel the connection to my Jewish ancestors, because my soul is Jewish. I was at Sinai. I received the Torah.
They cannot fathom that we experience the loss of even one of our own as the loss of a world. The same people killing us glorify themselves in death, they cheer for death and destruction. We say l'chaim! Whole worlds were obliterated, desecrated, stolen and hijacked from us.
By people who pretended to be friends for generations, over twenty years. The Jews living near the Gaza border were peace activists. They were practicing what they preached: coexistence with Arabs. These men knew their children, had been in their homes, knew their names.
On October 8th, everyone screamed at us that we were committing genocide. And on October 9th, they said, "Jews don't really grieve their own. They don't feel pain. Any pain you see is just a reptillian manipulative farce, Don't Trust The Jews. They're Not Like Us."
And we aren't. We aren't like you. We never will be. But we are human beings. We grieve. We suffer. We cry out. We beg and plead. We die. One day, G-d willing, we will dance again, too.
