Personally, I feel that Lucanis DOES have a suave and flirty side to him (pantry scene style) but it doesn’t come out again until the relationship with Rook settles even deeper post-game.

My headcanon is that he is the type of person to give Rook A TON of space to process all the events they went through over the course of the game. He doesn’t want to overwhelm them with reciprocating grand romantic moves after huge amount of trauma that comes with killing gods and ending a mega blight. Rook offered the same space for him during his own internal battles. He would be content if he never does anything as outwardly flirty as a wall press ever again if I meant that it made Rook uncomfortable in any way.

Yet, the second that Rook dips their toes into a romantic mood then boy oh boy Lucanis would be off to the races. All the classic stuff like dipping them into a kiss or inviting them to dance while he holds a rose in his teeth. The man would go into total Gomez Addams mode for Rook. (We have all seen the scrapped romance storyboards like cmon those are sooooo romantic)

It’s a delicate dance for him, letting Rook take the lead in creating an opening for him to express this strongly emotional side of him. Yet it’s part of the thrill of being in a relationship with Rook, and he is always up for the challenge if it means he gets to pour his love into them.

Hearing news that he’s confirmed romanceable (and described as intimate and sensual) got me so giddy I might just expire.

Just sitting here thinking about going on a night out with your girl friends when your man is working late so you send him a cute selfie or mirror pic of your outfit before you leave. And he immediately texts you back and tells you to be safe and have fun (and maybe finishes off with a “behave” because he knows you far too well)

But then a few hours later when he’s finished with work he’s coming to the bar/pub/club you’re at with your friends to pick you up and take you home because he couldn’t stop thinking about you in that pretty dress ever since you sent him the photo — and when he sees you he has to stop for a second to catch his breath because you look at him with this surprised glint in your eyes that just has him falling even more in love with you.

And I just wanted to say that I support this idea. Not only because I think Terzo being able to play piano is adorable, but because it would make the Kazoo of Destiny even funnier in my eyes.

Dude is a classically-trained concert pianist, would make so many of his peers swoon by doing that dumb “Oh is that a piano? Don’t mind if I do~” bit and playing a concerto off the cuff. He could easily wriggle in a piano bit for himself during rituals and acoustic sessions — and the Clergy would’ve been on board for once because they know the power that a confident, handsome man with strong fingers can wield on an already horny audience.

But nope: He toot his lil kazoo, his favorite party favor he got three years ago at a New Year’s Eve party.

I should know better than to go on CR twitter but I just read someone in all seriousness complain about Orym “pulling the dead family card” without any seeming awareness of how callous of a thought that is

And I just desperately want some of these people to take a giant step back and try to exercise some curiosity about different explorations of life experiences and emotional truths instead of resorting to downplaying or dismissing ideas that are difficult or uncomfortable.
