5) Out of all your fanworks that include Dooku, which is your favourite?

If I had to tell people to just read one of my Dooku fics, I think it would be Milk Run.

I think it's my best Jedi Dooku character work, and I loved writing his dynamics with Qui-Gon, Jocasta Nu, and Sifo-Dyas. It's a longer work, but hey, fuck being self-deprecating, I'd vouch for every page of that shit: if someone gets to the end of chapter two, where Dooku very awkwardly and earnestly tries to explain Jedi sex life to Qui-Gon, and doesn't love the fic by then, I'll give the reader a free coupon for… uh, *turns out pockets* I guess an essay on Legends/EU. :D :D ??

7)Is there a piece of clothing you think Dooku is particularly fond of/that you imagine them wearing a lot or like to draw them in?

I go with the characterization from the novels that Dooku is very fastidious about his Jedi uniform, keeping it all neat and perfect, very rarely if ever out of uniform. Like Sifo-Dyas and Jocasta Nu's depictions, he's got those warmer colored tan/gold/cream/warm brown Jedi tunics with the little flourishy gold detail work on the sleeves and hems.

I like this because it's fun to write the rare times when he needs to be out of uniform for a mission or something, and he's completely awkward about it. And it's fun foil with my headcanon that Sifo-Dyas is out of uniform a LOT with his underworld work. I like imagining them side by side looking like they came out of different eras.

Seer of the Cosmic Force, fated to speak with the froth of doom on his lips? No, it's that guy over there in the hoodie and the manbun, trying to convince the barista to take a coupon for a complimentary drip coffee but instead give him a free extra large matcha frappe with a five squirts of coconut syrup and extra whip.

hey hope you are well. Something has been on my mind lately and I want to dive into your brain a little bit for this. canon that Desire and Dream used to be favorite siblings. and thinking about it makes me long.The falling out between them is something I truly regret, but the outcome is just funny. I count it as headcanon that Desire hates Dream right now, but at the same time them thinks that them are the person who knows Dream the most. And I have a feeling them going to get into the fight for this. its just funny. Desire talks to Lucienne and Matthew to death and gives them condescending looks. At that moment our favorite nightmare walks in. And remember that he has burned for his king since his creation. and dude... its fucking rap battle

It makes me sad too :( I have an older sister and the thought of us not being close is very painful. But I also agree with how there is such wonderful comedic potential here. 

Sibling hatred is vastly different from any other hatred, even when it genuinely is ‘I will kill you’. It lends a certain superiority to the relationship. So Desire would absolutely be like ‘well I hate Dream but I still know him better than any of you losers’. Hatred can be just as possessive as love, and if Desire can’t have love they will have hate. So they are so incredibly condescending because of course no one else knows Dream as well as they do. All others are just distractions, Dream’s toys but not with a claim of their own, messing with them is like the equivalent of stealing a Barbie just to make your sibling cry. Yes maybe they are a comfort item that is often confided in and cuddled close but...that's all they are.

Desire sees them and is like you can never be Dream’s equal, never be my equal.

It’s about the attention. Desire would loath apathy, would loathe it if they didn't matter to Dream at all. I think part of that is also because being able to hurt someone proves they are weak to you in some way, that you are still important, that they love you somehow. It’s ‘he’s my brother and that makes me special’.

If Dream got up and was like ‘here is a list of people who have pissed me off today’ and didn’t mention Desire they’d be absolutely livid. 

(Dream has totally done this at a family meal before.)

But yeah the Corinthian walks in on Desire being dismissive to Lucienne and Matthew (“A new raven? Do you even know anything about him at all?” “So nice to see you Lucienne, still organising the library?”). At first I feel like the Corinthian would be amused, but then Desire turns to him and says something condescending and, well...

It snowballs.

Desire would be so incredibly irritated at being drawn into an actual argument with one of Dream's little toys but be entirely unable to actually back down. They'd both compete with who hates (loves?) him the most and Dream passes by, pauses to listen curiously, and is just like ah yes everything is as it should be. Though he is also incredibly possessive and I think that if he caught Desire actually insulting Lucienne/Matthew/The Corinthian or any of his other creations it would not go well. He's fine with a contest for his attention, a flattering little show for him to enjoy, but anything beyond that?

Dream absolutely would not stand for it.

Which would absolutely delight Desire right up to the moment Dream is like 'you are banned from my realm and my presence until you apologise' and Desire is like 'haha, jokes, sorry to hurt your delicate little feelings big brother I won't do it again ;)'

And Dream is like 'no will you apologise to him'

Cue Desire looking stunned, the Corinthian looking stunned, Lucienne and Matthew piping up to be like 'yeah Desire insulted us too'...and, well, that escalates things.

(100 yrs later and Desire is like he still won't talk to meeeeee)

SPOILERS FOR DAY 4 OF 14DWY!!

Thinking about how it feels like the world of RDR2 ended when Arthur died, how things would never be the same again, how bittersweet it is meeting the people you once were in a gang with, how much it hurts to play as a shadow of someone you lost. That's when most people stop playing.

But the world didn't end, the world carried on. The people you knew moved on, new people you meet spoke fondly of your brother. The world kept turning and showing you that Arthur may be gone, but his memory is all around you.

His name is etched on a memorial hall donation plaque, the beasts he hunted were hung proud on a veteran's wall, the widow he taught to hunt is now thriving, the strangers he helped on the side of the road talk about the man that saved them, and so much more, but most of all - his hat sits proudly on your head and his journal lays heavy in your satchel.

This part of the game has taught me a lot, but it has taught me to move on most of all.

Hi everyone. I will try to slowly in private my old art since it seems to be something I have to manually do…

I wrote a super long post about how I’ve been trying to process everything: feelings regarding the impersonation, feeling of violation of boundaries, this weird sensation of adjusting to different perceptions of my online self when to me, I’m just a random regular guy.

I’m still processing it but I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t want something I love so dearly to be tainted to the point of feeling like I should just blow up everything. I miss posting and I miss reading tags, I miss reading comments… I miss seeing the little snippets of thoughts.

There is still good in that and I still like comics. I want to thank everyone who’s been incredibly supportive so far. I like sharing a space with passionate people who love things I love
