What got u into fashion ive been trying to get into it!!!

When I was little, I used to sit with my mom in the sewing factories and look at the drawings fashion designers drew! They have fabric swatches picked out to let the sample makers know what kind of material the designers would like for the garment.

I almost grew up trying to be a fashion designer!

I usually look through a bunch of Pinterest fashion posts and check if the description has the name of the designer, then try to see if there’s any blogs here that post about stuff similar 😆

What do you say to convert people to read son of batman comics? As someone thats still on the fence about dAmian?

Detach any associations you have of him with his old writing, maybe with his fans, or Tim drake.

Go in with the mindset that he is completely new to you.

He’s just a boy who happens to be the son of Batman.

You are learning his story, his reason for being Robin.

He may be Bruce Wayne’s kid, but you also have to choose to be Robin.

You get to learn what Robin means to him.

You get to see how he is outside of interacting with the standard batfamily. You get to see how he is without the limits of being a batfamily member.

The only thing is… he is the most KID type of Robin. At least to me. Yes, other robins have their little cute aw and rebellious moments, but Damian is the type of punk kid you might see outside in real life. That means he can be annoying. He can have an ego that only kids when they have a narrow view of the world. He’s the type of kid in real life that challenges you, pushes you mentally if you’re an adult.

You might not like him if you can’t stand those types of kids in real life. It’s ok if you don’t. You don’t have to like every single character in the batfamily. I like Damian because I think those types of kids irl are funny as long as they still listen properly when it matters.

I’m fond of son of Batman comics because he’s not forced to be The Brat or The Next Batman. He’s just a kid who goes on adventures doing kid stuff.
