the smell of soup cooking in the other room. golden hour sunlight peeking in through the windows. laughter that bounces against the walls and smiles you can't help but mirror. you're easy to approach. your best feature is probably your smile. you don't mind looking silly if it makes people laugh. you're not easily embarrassed. you're calm and you make people feel at ease. you're a good listener because you really really care what they have to say. people leave every interaction with you feeling just a little bit more loved. you're a kind soul, and people can see that, you mean so much more to people than you know.

Hungover Noodles Recipe

got inspired (this has no measurement we playing the game of see what works for you)

heres how to make some Ramen noodles for ginger and vinegar freaks (We also call it hungover noodles in my house lol) Main flavors that should stick out to you is ginger, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Obviously everything else compliments it nicely. Should be a sour soup sort of :}

Its super easy to make, it just takes some spices, ramen, a pot to boil water (water too), and a few other things!! Takes about 5-10 minutes to make, taste great.

You gonna need some

onion power

garlic powder

plenty of ginger (Grate some frozen whole ginger roots to get the best, freshest flavor. Can always use powder though!)

soy sauce

ramen flavor packet (optional)

sesame oil (also optional it's a warm undertone if you want it)

rice vinegar

Veggies (bok choi, green onions, seaweed, and corn go good with this!)

Meat / egg element (Softboiled eggs taste amazing with this, and some Ramen chicken is also great. Ramen chicken is amazing and is something my mom made up that I'm never sharing)

Anyways, first of all go start boiling your water. Then go get bowl. Throw spices in bowl. Throw in vinegar, and your optional sesame oil. Drop in some soy sauce, and all of that msg deliciousness (ramen flavor packet). MAKE SHRE TO TASTE STUFF. Find optimal flavor. Think that the more you add the more it's going to taste that way.

You should have everything else (Veggies, dried noodles, protein) sitting out.

Water starts to boil, throw in noodles. If not boiling yet always nice to start prepping veggies by cutting them up if you need to.

Ight now water has boiled your noodles. You can tell when they are sort of fallen apart in the pot. If not done yet putting plate over bowl finishes steeping them. Put noodles and desired water height in.

Mix, taste again cuz soup.

And finally put on your remaining ingredients on top!! Tastes amazing, comfort food of mine. Enjoy humans.

Making soup is great because there's no rules. Just throw whatever the fuck in there. "Add this particular kind of pasta" son all I have in my pantry is a box of rotini. It's going in the pot along with whatever else I can find in my fridge that's near its expiration date
