Everything was derailing, and Cael was coping with it the only way he knew how: drinking. He was keeping to himself, occupied with the thoughts in his head as he downed one drink after another. He was well aware of every person in the room with him, a thing he taught himself a long time ago. He just wasn't in the right headspace to deal with a certain drunkard that kept bothering him that Cael snapped, something that instigated the drunkard to swing at him. He flashed red in front of his eyes, returning the favour of throwing punches that instigated a whole bar fight.

He knew someone had backed him up, someone he didn't know so he was safe from his reach. It wasn't until the bartender started yelling for them to leave and that he was going to call the police that he stopped, body rigid as he grabbed the shoulder of the man that had helped him, pushing him towards the door ahead of him. When Hyacinthe mentioned she had never been to a fall festival before, Sheldon arranged to get tickets for them to attend one in Manhattan that weekend. He hoped she would like the fresh kettle korn, caramel apples and other treats as well as the pretty fall decorations and Halloween decor as well. Maybe she wouldn't mind bobbing for apples. He decided to dress casual in dark jeans and a navy pullover just in case so his other clothes didn't get messed up. He knew kids liked to spray silly string at these events too. He held her hand while they walked through the crowed and pointed out various things to her, asking if she enjoyed herself. "Would you like to split a caramel apple with me, Cin?"

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
