I swear, every time I hear more about Elon Musk, I think more and more about Jin Guangshan. They both have wealthy asshole with a ton of kids they don’t care about from a bunch of different women, a deep love of power and lackeys, and a willingness to side with other dangerous, power-hungry people if it benefits them.

Makes me hate them both even more!

I don't live in America, but like so many others we are feeling the ramifications of what happened and how much the right's hate has emboldened facsism and hate across the world.

I can't do much alone and I don't intend to, but hopefully myself and my art can help you find just a bit of hope. Enough, at least, to take care of yourselves and eachother, and enough to find the strength to keep fighting for a brighter future.

Please remember that in a system that wants you gone, caring for yourself and eachother is a form of rebellion they will never be able to take away from us.

Hey guys, can we not target people who own Teslas, or vandalize the cars please? I get you hate Musk, I hate him too, but taking it out on random people is not ok. Especially since the majority of people with Teslas bought them before he started acting like a meglomaniac. And, a lot of Tesla owners were just trying to help the environment by getting an electric car, and Tesla was the best option at the time. I know several people who bought the first round of Teslas, just because they wanted to help the environment, and they dealt with charger and battery issues because they didn't want to pollute.

So please stop targeting random people who have done nothing wrong. Go ahead and boycott Tesla, but most people with the actual cars can afford to just get a new car. C'mon guys, we should not better than to foght amount ourselves. Its not like most people knew they were supporting a eugenics, racist, misogynistic shitbag when they bought an environmentally friendly car.

I come from a pro-AI area, and I'm trying to educate myself on why people hate AI so vehemently. Now, there is no arguing that AI has not intention, soul, or meaning behind what it outputs. AI writing can only pretend to have themes, with no real meaning behind them. Calling AI art a real work of art is simply incorrect; it is no more than a novelty. This I fully agree with.

However, I'm confused why I see a lot of people talking about AI is "stealing" people's work. Most of the places I looked just said this as a given, but I do not yet know why. AI is trained off of others work and learns from it, but it rarely ever is able to copy work directly. It is comparable to another creator looking at someone else's work, attempting to imitate it as practice, and then taking what they learned with them. Any one piece has little affect on the whole AI; it is the sum of the pieces that make it work.

So this is the way I'm currently thinking about AI. I would greatly appreciate someone else telling me why I'm wrong so that way my viewpoint can grow :p
