Father Mulcahy being a spin the bottle champion is something that's so important to me actually.

idk if it's a fun fact or not but! Right's favorite color is green. He never wears green but it's his favorite color. then I've been working on silly emotes for my OCs and they're "disappointeddad" and "tryme".

(Also there is an AU where these two are knights along with Paul and Evelyn while Brent/Caspian/Atticus are princes. Chris is basically Caspian's personal guard while Right just runs around trying to do everything to stay busy even when not on duty which stresses Chris out. But since he's kinda busy with the crown prince it defaults to Paul having to babysit Right.)

I'm currently obsessed with watching iwtv reactions rn and it sucks soooo bad when the reactors aren't freaks. "OMG Lestat and Louis are so toxic! Claudia is evil! Armand is literally Satan! Daniel is an asshole" like ughhh SHUT UPPPPP THAT'S THE POINT!

But I do have to say that it makes it 10× better when the reactor is a freak (affectionate). Like they understand that it's a gothic romance and love it! (I also love when they can dissect WHY the characters are behaving the way they do.)

#anyway my current favorite freak reactors (affectionate) are foxtaco and What R U Doing Bree on yt #i also love FrankFreezy but he's normal. he still has great analysis and while is critical of the characters for doing fucked up shit he's-#-able to separate how he views them in terms of human morality vs knowing that they're vampires and are bound to do evil shit #i love people that are freaks but Frank is a nice normal person check with great commentary #interview with the vampire #iwtv #ALSO Kofi Escapes just started 1x01 but he's very freaky as well. my newest obsession meets my longest one.

Luke's life was music. He didn't love anything else than that. Then he met Julie.

Carmy was the best chef at 21 and after his brother died, he wanted nothing more than fix Mike's restaurant so it could be a place ran by adults. Then he met Sydney.

and also about the fact that Luke brought music back to Julie's life and Carmy hires Sydney and inadvertently makes food good again for her. Both Luke and Carmy see their potential and do whatever it takes to bring it to surface. They're down BADDD

Syd's failed in the past, but Carmy sees the undeniable passion within her and harness her talent to do big things. So does Luke with Julie's talent.

So ostentatious. I fell in love immediately and had to make her into a Parapluesch #Like as soon as I laid eyes on her standing there I was like ''Oh you're from Die Anstalt'' - Instantly started filling in her backstory #Mama Oz's deal is your classic Stages of Grief - in her case from losing a child #Since she's a plush she never had an actual baby but she lost Her Child if you get me - she stopped being played with #And so she projects that grief onto others and adopts them in an attempt to get Her Child back #Except if this new relationship isn't within that framework then she rejects it and goes to the next one #She doesn't really realize that she's inconveniencing them by trying to adopt them and limiting herself from forming lasting connections #Not allowing change or growth - stagnating and trying to reclaim something lost #One of my favourite parts of Die Anstalt is that each of them is shown to have flaws #They still need and are deserving of help! But their uglier symptoms aren't shied away from #Dolly and Lilo use self-harm as a coping mechanism #Sly is shown to seek out the high at times and be short and destructive #Dub takes pride in his overwork #Kroko is surly and prickly #Don't even get me started on Dr. Wood lol #So it's fun to imagine what Mama Oz would be doing to - even by accident! - harm herself or others #The whole point of helping them is for them to become their best most comfortable selves :D #I also think what's especially funny is that I've been Meaning to make a Parapluesch OC for /years/ now #I always planned for it to be a Gender Dysphoria diagnosis since that's in the DSM and I had a design and route planned and everything #No. Kangaroo magazine rack. OCtober Day 14 - Who/What inspired your OCs I don't really ever deliberately base my OCs on existing characters, but I definitely do so subconsciously - at this point rereading a book I loved as a kid, or re-watching a show I was obsessed with years ago, will always inevitably lead to me going 'wait a fucking second. is my OC just (previous blorbo)???' at some point - tbh its extremely funny every time, I wouldn't change a thing

took this as an excuse to draw my two favourite ocs interacting with the characters I think most influenced their personalities - Gabriel and Rincewind (Discworld) are probably bitching about whatever quest the universe has bullied them into against their will, and Viamo, Regis (The Witcher), and Giles (Buffy) are probably all extremely confused as to why none of their vampire knowledge seems to line up, despite the fact they all claim to be experts on the subject.

He and Gabriel are literally the same guy #sarcastic cowardly shitty at magic pessimistic deeply unlucky and freakishly lucky simultaneously and strangely brave when it really counts #Viamo is an interesting case #because I actually made him BEFORE getting into the witcher. When I finally did play tw3 I - obviously - fell in love with Regis #Most of the similarities between them are coincidental but he's still definitely influenced how I play Viamo in d&d #Giles was yet another classic case of me rewatching something and going WAIT A MINUTE-#its bad enough that my mother - who listens to me playing Viamo in d&d every week - calls me into the room whenever he does something viamo
