edit: forgot to mention Glaze and Nightshade to alter/disrupt AI from taking your work into their machines. You can use these and post and it will apparently mess up the AI and it wont take your content into it's machine!

As of August 2023, Twitter’s ToS update:

“Twitter has the right to use any content that users post on its platform to train its AI models, and that users grant Twitter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to do so.”

There isn’t much to say. They’re doing the same thing Instagram is doing (to my understanding) and we can’t even opt out.

They also take your data and content and sell it to AI models.

But you’re in luck!

It is very simply to opt out (Wow. Thank Gods)

Opt out on Desktop: click on your blog > blog settings > scroll til you see visibility options and it’ll be the last option to toggle

Out out of Mobile: click your blog > scroll then click visibility > toggle opt out option

I took time skim their ToS and under “How We Use Your Information” and towards the end of the long list: “To train and improve our technology, such as our machine learning models and algorithms.”

Regarding data collected; they will only not sell your data when “where restricted by applicable law”. That is not many countries. You can refuse/disable some cookies by going into settings > ads > turn off targeted ads.

I couldn’t find much in AI besides “our machine learning models” which I think is the same thing.

What to do?

In this age of the internet, it’s scary! But you have options and can pick which are best for you!

Accepting these platforms collection of not only your artwork, but your face! And not only your faces but the faces of those in your photos. Your friends and family. Some of those family members are children! Some of those faces are minors! I shudder to think what darker purposes those faces could be used for.

Opt out where you can! Be mindful and know the content you are posting is at risk of being loaded to AI if unable to opt out.

Fully delete (not archive) your content/accounts with these platforms. I know it takes up to 90 days for instagram to “delete” your information. And even keep it for “legal” purposes like legal prevention.

Use lesser known social media platforms! Some examples are; Signal, Mastodon, Diaspora, et. As well as art platforms: Artfol, Cara, ArtStation, etc.

The last drawing shows the same person as the title saying, ‘I am, by no means, a ToS autistic! So feel free to share any relatable information to these topics via reply or qrt!

He was asking me what had happened to Shrimpo's mother (since I had just published the comic of him and Carol talking about it) and I told him that according to the angst you were giving him, she had died (I gave him your Twitter and Tumblr accounts so he knows I didn't make this up TwT),and this person told me "maybe by then the twisted were already present although not in great quantity, maybe she became one" which makes me wonder, could it have happened? What do you think about that idea? In case you think "oh yeah, that's a good idea" could we see a design? (if it's not bothersome) and, would Shrimpo half recognize her?

I don’t believe that twisteds existed at the time of Shrimpo’s mother’s death. If it was during his time before an adult, twisteds shouldn’t have existed then. Twisteds only started appearing after Gardenview was shut down which was during Shrimpo’s adulthood.

Although if twisteds did exist back then, and Shrimpo’s mother became one, by the time Shrimpo is an adult, she would have been eradicated. It did make me curious about what she would look like as a twisted, so I drew a possible design

Although I’m unsure about most details, I know that her face would have been covered up to avoid any possible recognition. As with my headcanon for Twisted Shrimpo and Teagan, she can’t speak due to her mouth being covered, also making it hard to recognize her by voice. I think she can make her arm into a ichor-made tentacle — good for grabbing, dangerous for those to come close. Again, this version of her would have been eradicated.

Hypothetically, if Shrimpo were to meet his mother as a twisted, he wouldn’t recognize her but it will bring up unpleasant memories. Like a buzzing nostalgia in his head, he can’t quite place his finger on it. It will be tragic for Shrimpo’s mother, as she sees her son for the first time in years and yet he still doesn’t realize it’s her.

TRUMP & LILIUM stageplay + manga spoilers !

hot take!! someone on twt asked me my thoughts on Klauss’s state at the end of the play/manga but I HATE splitting stuff I have to say into different replies like twt or tiktok and this is kinda long SO here we go

Why I think it would be better if Klauss were dead:

To preface, I want to say that this opinion is partly formed because I had SEVERAL misconceptions about the events of the manga for a WHILE.

The manga wasn’t fully translated on the manga websites when I was reading it so I had to read the last 8ish chapters on tiktok. And sometime during constantly switching between the manga panel slides and the translation slides (no shade to the translator who is infact carrying the fandom), I missed some points and misunderstood some others.

One such point is: in the manga, as opposed to the play (which I watched much later), it was not as clear to me that Klauss is supposedly still alive.

When I watched the play I was so surprised by Klauss’s remaining alive, I thought the manga had not stayed faithful to the play.

So what I thought happened here at first was something like, only one immortal HAS to be around at any given time, so Klauss was able to die because Sophie was now immortal, or Sophie is TRUMP now. And given the way that Klauss said, “I finally reached the stars with my own hands,” I also thought that he meant he could finally die.

I felt that the intent behind this statement being, ‘I can finally die,’ gave the ‘I finally reached the stars’ moment a better meaning than the ‘I found a remnant of you and made it immortal’ part.

This is especially because part of the reason Allen affected Klauss so much was because Allen was aware of how awful immortality can be. I thought Klauss said he was able to reach the stars (like Allen wanted to) because now he was able to die.

When Allen always talked about having the stars, and in contrast when Klauss said in the forest that he doesn’t think his hands can ever reach them, it came off to me as a sort of ‘Allen is able to think like this and be so hopeful and whimsical because he has not been around for as long as Klauss has, and he has this security in knowing that he will not be stuck here forever.’

So kind of, reaching the stars = having the freedom to die. AND klauss can’t reach the stars = klauss can’t die.

This is why I thought, when Klauss said at the end, “I finally reached the stars with my own hands,” that he was able to die, and I thought that this gives that whole thing a better meaning, rather than just attempting to end his Allen-centric loneliness by immortalizing Sophie.

Okay now this one is not as strong of a point but going off how it’s ‘I can finally die,’ VS ‘I found a remnant of you and made it immortal’, it also just doesn’t seem as in line with what Allen would have wanted.

But maybe that was the point actually… now that I’m writing this out, it is pretty good how in the end, in the name of Allen, Klauss ended up doing to Sophie what Allen would never have wanted for himself, as if this was his opportunity to fix what he wasn’t able to do before. It makes it a lot sadder this way. I shouldn’t have doubted u suemitsu oopsies

My other reason for preferring Klauss died would be because it makes Sophie’s character more tragic. He’s spending 3000+ years looking for this guy thinking he has some kind of hope to end being alive for so long, but imagine this guy is not around anymore? then he’s just spent several millennia on a wild goose chase for hope.

And the OTHER other reason is just Sophie is my favorite because of his insane aura and he’d have MUCH more aura if he really was TRUMP. Just reread the last couple of scenes in the manga while imagining he’s TRUMP the aura go crazy..

But yeah!! I think that it just made a little more sense if Klauss had died at the end, because of how they set up that line + the contrasts between him and Allen to come off, and also just the whole point of him saying he reached the stars at all. and also sophie 🐐🙏

I did not mean for this to get this long tbh but yesterday I wrote a little essay for my creative writing class on Ul and tried to keep it short and it was still a page longer than allowed. so uh. we r not republicans but we stay yapping about TRUMP yippee?

Hi this is Q! I’m coming out of the woodwork to address this, since I did went radio silent out of the blue so it’s not a bother at all

The short answer is Yes, I deleted my tiktok

Yes delete not deactivate, I’m not coming back to That app or IG or Twt, I deleted my socials except here and YouTube, I honestly felt so overwhelmed with everything, I realized I’m not even posting for myself anymore there. A lots of people crossed my boundaries time and time again I felt so helpless, bitter with myself. I guess I was just overwhelmed with the attention I got; both positive and negatives ones.

Im done and I want to start over so that’s why I’m here and on YouTube, I already posted some of these on my community tab on YT but here’s what I have in mind for the future of the content I want to create: more detail under the cut, and also;

CW: very brief mention of spiraling, harm inflict oneself or others, paranoia, etc

•Long-form content: my attention span is a bit messed up from consuming and making short-form content to the point where I can’t focus in university. I want to create something meaningful. It’s not that my previous content was not meaningful, no. I had fun and no time is wasted when I have fun, it was warm… but as I mentioned earlier, I just felt this lingering bitterness the longer I stayed making those short-form content. It really felt like I was on the verge of losing it. Especially with how the bigger following I have the less people think of me as a person than just another content creator you see on the internet,

I want to create long-form content, I’m so tired of forcing myself to generate 15 second content. On tiktok it just feels like I’m just creating and not really connecting. I want to try something new, maybe create an open space for meaningful discussion in the comments. I don’t think I can stand another copy-paste tiktok comment anymore. You know what I meant if you’re frequent on that app.

•Art Content with Commentary: and don’t worry this won’t be those petty artist drama issue, but I will still cover anything serious

it could be love letters or video essays ranging from fan fictions, fandom culture, the art scene and so much more. I may even share a bit of my personal life, this will be self indulgent after all! I want to make it fun for myself and as well to those who comes across my channel. I really REALLY want to create a genuine following.

On tiktok it’s so easy to gain following but not so easy to retain them, it’s mostly because of the algorithm and the FYP feature there.

On Tiktok most content that would get featured as an artist there would be creative work has to be either; more than exceptional which is pressuring enough already to consistent posters, straight up suggestive content shown to minors (tiktok doesn’t really have a blocked keywords feature but it’s so disheartening to see these creators intentionally not using the sensitive warning since it could limit their reach significantly) oh yes we can’t forget the negativity surrounding beginner artists or “art lore”

All of this cesspool of negativity, it’s a whole can of worms but it will be one of my prominent topics that I wish to discuss in my future art commentaries. I hope you guys are looking forward to those! I might bring in a few people or so to talk about it with me

and finally;

•Streaming: I used to do a lot of streams during the weekends on the clock app and it was super fun! I want to bring that back but that would have to wait since I’m unfamiliar with some features on YouTube, and I’m aware that YT does not have a discoverable feature for stream but that’s alright, I want to start something small first.

In short; I’ll figure it out! just need some baby steps before I start streaming again.

I apologize for deleting everything out of the blue, if I’m gonna be honest it was partially planned because I’ve been thinking about deleting my tiktok, twitter and Instagram for a while now but how it happened? In my breakdown I realized that I don’t want anyone to see me spiral, especially now that I realized how young my audience are, I’m not sure how that happened but I guess posting fandom contents does attract the young ones somehow inevitably, even though my content is nowhere near as suggestive, but I do talk about serious topics from time to time… but I digress, its not fair for them to deal with me if they see me spiral publicly,

it is especially not fair to them to console me. When I was younger than 14, I’ve been in a position where I have to talk down someone who was older, maybe 4-5 years older than me, from harming themselves or anyone, it was traumatizing and unpleasant. I don’t wish for anyone to go through that, it’s very painful.

It’s been… hard for me to ground myself. Ive been seeing things through a kaleidoscope of emotions; I was trying to focus on everything but it’s just too overwhelming so eventually I cracked. But please don’t worry I’ve been doing better now, after some time away from my online persona, and of course spending time with my beloved girlfriend, I see things much more clearly now.

what app do you use for your social media fics?

for my smau fics, i use the app social dummy. i've been using the app for almost 3 years now and it comes with formats for twt, insta, lock screen, facetime, imsg, youtube, news, etc. i've made a few one-time payments for the app to unlock specific features like unlimited msging and profiles.

for more recent social media features like insta dm's "replied to your story" formats, i use my own insta accounts and photoshop them into my msg edits. for the most part, i am using picsart, pinterst, or make-shifting the edits on my own.

with all that being said, i have been told that social dummy is no longer available on the app store. there are a few alternatives i've been looking into but ultimately have not been satisfied with the way the edits turn out. i will update this faq if and when i find something new and available for all.

what's your update schedule?

currently, i’m living the kdrama life of the poor full-time student girl with with 2 jobs. as much as i want to commit to updating on a regular schedule,, i can not. my work is usually a tba kind of vibe lol. for the most part, i update when i can and when i want.

anon is off so i can keep my blog as lighthearted as possible. i had it on for a while now but after a few asks that made me feel meh, i figured this is the best way to set my boundaries. let’s keep the asks kind!

which order am i supposed to read the series if there are extras with the chapter numbers?

read the series parts first. the extras can be read after. i usually put a note in the beginning of the extras to state the time placement for the fic.

why are there so many typos?

it is what it is!

as much as i’d love to edit my work into perfection, i can’t. after i post a texting au, i’d recommend waiting 15 mins because i’m usually doing last minute edits. after i post a written, i’d recommend waiting 1 day because i’m usually re-read it again and again and again and making tweaks. no matter how much i reread or re-edit, i’m always going to be finding little things to change. so, for my own peace of mind.. i give myself the 15 mins or the 1 day before letting it be what it is.

can i critique your work?

I don’t see Omar hate. I’m not on twt or whatever else, and it’s been years since I saw any criticism of Omar on here. Years. I’m sure there is, but I don’t see it.
