I know I made fun of Dino in the Opening because he's the only one who's using his fist while the others are using their swords.

But after watching this, I realized that he fight with sword-fist combination. Look carefully! After he used his sword, he will punch them once his enemies focus is in his sword. So his sword is like the distraction but his strength is his fist. I respect him now. That's actually cool and surprising?

LOLOLOL So, since we are watching Delico's nursery I found out it's based on this series of stage plays that started back in 2009??? We watched the first stage play called "Trump, Truth" and it was WILD Such a good watch though, the first half is so funny and the last is so tragic! Anyway, I liked the teachers from the play, they are definitely dating~

Dino Classico who I fear is less suited to having a child than the others. There's nothing quite like negligence after all.

having become slightly obsessed with delico's nursery, I had to at least try to read the manga (and just you wait til I find those stage plays). anyways I have things to say

first off: this is the downgrade of the century

Angelico may be a massive cunt, but at least he's still pretty so I forgive him. knowing his father, I understand where he got this attitude, but to be completely honest? Gerhard is cute. Angelico just pisses me off.

Dali is still serving, I love him. also good to know he finally learnt to use his servants but what the fuck dude.

and finally: I can't resist these. I know everyone and their mother has made this joke but these panels are so silly out of context

Having read the TRUMP manga, I feel so bad for Angelico. Gerhard must have failed so miserably as a father. I can't wait to see how they'll portray their father-son relationship in the anime!

I'm interested in the Delico's Nursery anime and its extensive universe

Well it all started with the 2009 stage play TRUMP (which has more versions, being 2013 and 2015 the ones I've seen, can't remember if the others are able to find and watch) which, if you don't want to watch a play, you have the manga adaptation (tho the english scanlations aren't done yet)

TRUMP goes after Delico's Nursery tho, as it features some of the kids in their teens (won't spoil who, but I'll spoil none is te MC)

the one before Delico's Nursery is actually Grand Guignol, which technically ends with the first scene from the anime (yes, Frieda's death, but as i said, technically cuz there are a bit more scenes after it on the stage play)

there are stuff named in the ep 2 that are even from other stage plays and even a book with short stories (for example pendulum, which is one book's as one of the short stories title, sadly i think it hasn't been translated.)

if wanting more (I'm trying not to spoil contexts and all) i recommend you to visit this fan site (has listed where to get subtitles for the plays, but most don't have the video the videos tho were recently uploaded to nyaa tho)
