The modern character of Frankenstein is so divorced from the source material that it's hard to even know how to classify it. Like any new Frankenstein character that comes out isn't even a retelling or an interpretation anymore, that character has been completely fabricated, like tons of little bits of old forgotten media have been stitched together to make the version of him we know today, it's like, it's almost like he's been like... well I can't think of a word but you get what I mean

BEST MIW SONG PROPAGANDA

WASSUP WORLD! as you may know, for the last few months, @miwnet has been hosting a series of polls meant to decide what the best motionless in white song is. right now, we just finished round 4, meaning that we are officially in the semifinals! woo!

to celebrate (and get our community more involved in the bracket!), we here at miwnet have decided to take a note out of the book of our friends at @paramoreblr and host a miw song propaganda event!

what it is: much like paramoreblr’s paraganda challenge, we’re asking the gifmakers, graphic makers, and fanartists of the motionless in white fandom here on tumblr to participate and make propaganda for your favorite songs in the semifinals!

how to get involved: sign up here to vote on what songs you’d like to create propaganda for. this sign up form will be up for a week (now until august 29th at 12PM CST). after that time frame is up, an admin from miwnet will reach out to you with your assigned song and the week in which the poll for your propaganda will go live.

when and how to post: make sure to tag @miwnet in the caption when posting your propaganda and link to the poll you’re making propaganda for as well. each poll will last a week, so please make sure to post your propaganda at some point during that week’s time frame. also be sure to tag our tracking tag, #miwnet, when posting your propaganda to make sure that we see it so we can reblog!

I’m just saying if Daniel Radcliffe, the literal protagonist of the Harry Potter franchise since the age of ten years old, was able to disavow JK Rowling and move on from the HP universe then actually what the fuck is anyone else’s excuse. There is no one else on the planet who can say their entire childhood was HP more than that guy and he still cared about trans people more than the average tumblr user who says “we’re protesting by making all her characters queer and trans!!” like you can do better. You should do better.
