It is rightly said by Joseph Pilates, “Physical fitness is the first requisite for happiness.” Thus, health should be your central goal of life apart from all the other personal goals which you keep for yourself, as it is truly said, “Health is Wealth” because it reveals to us that if we are not healthy (Fit- physically, mentally and social well-being) then wealth means nothing to us.
A great health always starts with healthy eating habits as well as physical exercises our body needs to meet the daily energy requirements.
Let us see the list of Quick and Healthy breakfast for a Healthy life:
1)     Eggs:

Eggs are a wealth of Vitamins, minerals and proteins and a true powerhouse of nutritions which keeps you full till Lunch and may have a reduce appetite to give a serious boost to weight loss. Also there are many different ways to enjoy eggs – scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and many more. A study shows that eating eggs by replacing breads results in 65% more weight loss as well as 34% decrease in waist circumference.

2)     Bananas:

This Ramadan me and my family took an initiative to follow a minimalist meal plan. simultaneously we encouraged our relatives and friends to follow the same .So far the plan has been successful and result is zero wastage and healthy homemade food. Grubbing on something sweet is a norm in the household but with family members and close relatives with diabetes , hypertension etc things can get bit fussy on deciding what to munch on during the post Iftar tea time. Made these chickpea cocoa 🍫banana 🍌 cupcake .Not only are these gluten free , they are also free from refined sugar thus giving no room for guilt while you eat them.All it takes to make this :whisk 3 eggs and add can of washed, drained and mashed chickpea and 3 ripe bananas , 1 tsp baking soda , 1 /2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp natural stevia or maple syrup or honey or agave (not substitutes❌). Bake them for 5-10 min or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean(time may vary depending on your oven).
