we're going to assume, on a basic standpoint, that all the facts about the femboy in question are stereotypical. in short, just imagine Astolfo.

let's get into point 1: they are not insecure in their masculinity. this, has been, stereotypically, been considered a masculine trait, as only effeminate males care about what others think about them. Point 2: clothing. men have been wearing skirts perhaps just as, if not longer than women, dating as far back as 3900 BC (found in some prehistoric cave), being cheap to produce, covering, and ventilating. Roman and greek soldiers also all wore skirts as part of their uniform. the Greeks and Romans have been considered some of the most masculine men. third and final point: being gay is something only a man can do, just as being a lesbian is something only a woman can do. that, inherently, makes it a masculine trait, due to Masculinity being tied to how "male" you are. so in summary, Astolfo from "Fate; Grand Order" is more manly than Dwanye "the Rock" Johnson on all 3 of these fronts.
