#Fruity Soda Orange

Note
Using soda for a chicken sauce doesn’t even faze me because I know people who use Coca Cola for the same thing. Not to mention peanuts and coke, have you ever had that?
i've heard of peanuts in coke but i've never tried it because i don't really like cola and i'm neutral on peanuts
#eliot posts#i don't drink pop often but when i do it's either rootbeer or something fruity like orange or redpop. or cream soda.

prtygrlbeauty scent review 🍨
#deliciousdoll series pt. 1 🍥🌸🍬
body nectars:
1. passionfruit princess
“smells like fresh tropical fruits with deep tart hints of passionfruit, lemon, strawberry, and orange.”
omg so yummy and fruity. reminds me of fruit snacks. getting jolly ranchers and starburst from this and i fckn love it.
2. pink sugar
“smells like sweet delectable candy essence with vanilla and musk.”
fluffy, clean and sweet. so so pretty to smell like. loved to mix this one with eos strawberry dream. the definition of sweet without necessarily being gourmand or fruity. yum.
3. brown sugar baby
“smells like whipped vanilla buttercream & caramelized brown sugar, with hints of cream and caramel”
smells like a hot brown sugar latte with heavy cream and cinnamon sugar. i love this so much i’m about to wear tf out of it this fall.
4. cotton candy
“smells like spun caramelized sugar, strawberry, blueberry, and yummy vanilla”
the first thing i thought of was easter basket. super sweet candy smell. this may sound silly but it smells blue. like the color sky blue. almost like a blue raspberry. i love this one so much.
5. angel cake
“smells like soft and sweet angel food cake with a hint of vanilla and sugar, it's like you just took a heavenly bite. perfectly "baked" for you to feel angelic all day!”
cake batter and isn’t overly sweet. just rich and gourmand-y. haven’t used it yet but the smell alone tells me i’ll be using it with a lot of my favorite “bakery” scents.
6. birthday cake
“smells like rich and sweet birthday cake. moist, yellow cake with a rich, sweet butter cream frosting. you'll almost want to eat it! (please don't!)”
super similar to angel cake with a thick air of sweetness of the cake batter. this one is a hit for me and imma use this up so soon i can already tell.
7. cinnamon buns
“smells like ooey-gooey warm cinnamon rolls with vanilla buttercream frosting.”
i used to work in a cafe and when i went to smell this i got a strong memory of “cinnamon dulce”. i love love love this one i’ve used this one quite a bit since i got my second haul. a pure cinnamon and syrup scent.
8. strawberry vanilla macaron
“smells like sweet strawberry and rhubarb blended with creamy vanilla and spun sugar. hints of butter frosting, red berries, caramel, vanilla ice cream, and macarons.”
a strawberry glazed donut. strawberry, icing, and vanilla. so yummy.
9. sugar cookie
“smells like the perfect sugar cookie with buttercream frosting! notes of powdered sugar, butter and fresh cream!”
a less overwhelming take on “birthday cake”. slightly warm. everything the “sugar cookie” perfume oil should have been.
10. strawberry shortie
“smells like strawberry shortcake, fresh sliced strawberries, warm vanilla cake, and fluffy whipped cream.”
reminds me of strawberry shortcake by canvas beauty in the sense that it smells like fake sweet strawberry and i love love love it soooo much. smells like an old strawberry shortcake lip balm from childhood.
11. ur berry cute
“smells like yummy black raspberry vanilla! notes of ripe black raspberries, dark plum, and warm vanilla!”
think of the smell of grape soda. definitely similar to black raspberry vanilla by bbw (one of my all time favorites). this might sound crazy but it smells so good to me. the heaviest candy like smell and it’s even better layered with other fruity scents.
perfume oils:
1. sugar cookie
“smells like the perfect sugar cookie with buttercream frosting! notes of powdered sugar, butter and fresh cream!”
i have to be honest. i didn’t like this at all. i got the creaminess but that was it. it smelled sort of sour. but luckily this is the only thing i’ve tried that i didn’t like from the brand. so on we move.
2. pink sugar
“smells like sweet sugar, vanilla, custard & marshmallow”
the scent smells like the color pink if that makes any sense. very clean and sweet. like sugar and powder blended together. it’s one of my favorites!
3. cozy sugar
“smells like warm vanilla sugar: intoxicating vanilla, white orchid, sparkling sugar, fresh jasmine and creamy sandalwood.”
warm, sweet, and almost synthetic. it almost reminds me of strawberry dream by eos. i can’t wait to layer her with my gourmand perfumes.
4. pumpkin pecan
“smells like belgian waffle, creamy pumpkin, butter pecan, walnut, maple & fall spices.”
sweet with an undertone of spice. so buttery and yummy. i don’t get too much pumpkin but cinnamon is sticking out to me. i literally love it and i’m so glad to have it in my fall collection.
5. whipped berries
“smells like berry, whipped vanilla and peach blossom”
baby powder and mixed berries. pretty clean and not overwhelming at all.
6. flower fields
“smells like fresh flower fields! star notes: freesia, green leaves, tuberose, jasmine sambac, egyptian jasmine, rose de mai, peach, oakmoss & cedar.”
straight florals. no other families of fragrance and honestly i love it. makes it super nice to layer or amplify other florals i have (and help dial back the sweetness of some sweet florals i love). reminds me of chanel chance.
7. whipped spice
“smells like whipped vanilla cream, cinnamon, honey & corriander.”
immediately thought of almond blossom and oat milk by vs. i don’t get too much spice from this. rather a lactonic sweet and creamy smell. i personally love the honey and think it’ll be perfect for fall.
8. fruit snacks
“smells like citrusy, juicy, sweet fruit! star notes: raspberry, citrus, candy & rose.”
my absolute favorite of them all. i wear it nearly daily. such a sweet fruity gourmand. has a candy quality to it. if you like any sweet mists by bbw you’d love this.
9. vanilla bean
“smells like whipped cream, vanilla, caramel, chocolate, musk & benzoin”
a clean but rich vanilla. reminds me of a vanilla deodorant. then there’s a warm kick to the bottom notes. i love it.
10. cake pop
“smells like soft, sweet & fluffy confetti cake”
powdered sugar and sprinkles. cake pop is a fitting name when you think of the icing and sprinkles a cake pop has. i wore this out with sweet like candy and it brought a deeper layer to the ari perfume. but other than for layering, i don’t reach for it too often.
11. strawberry cake
“smells like fresh strawberries & fluffy shortcake and whipped cream.”
imagine if bubble bath by maison margiela and strawberry pound cake were mixed and that’s what this gives to me. candy with a bit of a fresh, clean note.
12. white mocha
“smells like white chocolate, cozy cappuccino, vanilla orchid, and white tonka bean.”
mocha is chocolate but i didn’t get any chocolate from this but what it does smell like is something you’d get a coffee shop around christmas time. just not chocolatey. marshmallow-y. sweet but not overwhelming. VERY long lasting.
13. warm cream
“smells like light & sweet vanilla backed by a rich and heavy amber. an exotic, creamy vanilla scent.”
another one of my favorite oils. sugary with a bit of noticeable amber. lasts super long and is extremely versatile.
14. soft vanilla
“smells like soft, sweet & warm vanilla and musk.”
barely there. a clean vanilla scent. tiny bit of sandalwood. i think it would layer so well year round.
15. vanilla powder
“smells like soft vanilla orchid, warm cashmere, golden amber, and light florals. a clean vanilla scent.”
extremely similar to vanilla bean but stronger and creamier. also reminds of armani my way’s bottom notes.

More Writing Notes: Cocktails
Traditionally, a cocktail (or a mixed drink) is a beverage that contains a mixture of alcoholic spirits combined with other ingredients, such as simple syrups, tonics, bitters, fruit juice, club soda, or other fizzy waters.
Today you can also find a variety of nonalcoholic spritz cocktails that combine alcohol-free spirits with mixer ingredients.
6 Mixology Tools
Bar spoon: long-handled spoon that makes it easy to stir drinks in tall glasses or pitchers.
Citrus juicer: extracts juice from citrus fruits and vegetables by shredding the flesh of the food item.
Cocktail glasses: there are several different shapes of cocktail glasses, and each corresponds to a different type of mixed drink.
Cocktail shaker: A shaker is a tall container (usually metal) that makes it easy for bartenders to shake crushed ice and cocktail ingredients together to quickly cool down the beverage.
Cocktail strainer: The strainer fits over the shaker and lets you pour the cocktail into the glass while leaving behind the ice and any other ingredients, like herbs, that you used to shake the cocktail.
Muddler: When a cocktail recipe includes directions to muddle ingredients, usually fruit or herbs, it means to smash them to release the essential oils and fruit pulp. A muddler is a small handheld rod that lets you easily muddle ingredients in a cocktail glass.
Some Popular Cocktails
Bloody Mary: This classic brunch cocktail contains vodka mixed with tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a combination of herbs and spices. Bartenders typically serve a Bloody Mary in a tall glass, such as a pint glass or highball glass, and garnish with a celery stick.
Daiquiri: One of the classic rum cocktails, a daiquiri contains rum (white rum or Cuban rum), lime juice, and simple syrup. Today’s drink menus typically contain a variety of daiquiris that range from classic cocktails like the Hemingway Daiquiri (which contains lime juice, grapefruit juice, and Italian maraschino liqueur) to fruity cocktails like a shaken strawberry daiquiri.
Gimlet: Contains three ingredients: vodka (or gin), fresh lime juice, a splash of simple syrup for added sweetness, and an optional lime wedge for garnish.
Manhattan: Containing whiskey (or sometimes cognac), sweet vermouth, and a few dashes of bitters, the Manhattan is a simple yet elegant cocktail. The classic cocktail, which was invented in New York, is stirred, not shaken, and garnished with a maraschino cherry.
Margarita: There are several variations of margarita recipes. The classic margarita is served over ice cubes and contains lime juice, tequila (or mezcal), orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec), and lime and salt for the garnish. Experiment with other flavors—use lemon juice instead of lime, add a dash of agave syrup to sweeten the drink, or add a hint of spice with the addition of a few slices of jalapeño. For those who prefer fruit flavors, try making a watermelon, pomegranate, or strawberry margarita.
Martini: The classic martini is a boozy cocktail. The original contained three parts gin to one part vermouth with an olive or onion to garnish. A vodka martini calls for vodka in place of gin. Other drinks—such as an espresso martini, fruity drinks, or vodka cocktails like a cosmopolitan (often called a Cosmo), pear, or apple martini (also called an appletini)—are not considered martinis. Instead, they get their name from the cocktail glass.
Mint julep: Famous as the refreshing cocktail served at the Kentucky Derby horse racing events, a mint julep contains bourbon, simple syrup, and a muddle of mint. It’s typically served over crushed ice with a sprig of mint leaves.
Mojito: A highball cocktail with origins in Cuba, the mojito is a popular cocktail across the globe. Mix up white rum, sugar, mint, lime, and club soda (or soda water), and then add ice. The mojito is often called a perfect summer cocktail.
Moscow mule: Contrary to its name, the Moscow mule cocktail likely originated in New York, not the Russian capital. To make the fizzy drink combine vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice, and garnish with lime slices and sprigs of mint. It’s usually served in a copper mug, though food experts note the copper does not impact the flavor of the drink.
Negroni: With its balance of sweet and bitter, a classic Negroni is an ideal apéritif. Combine equal parts gin, Campari (or Aperol), and sweet vermouth. Shake them with ice and serve the drink with an orange twist. Other varieties of Negronis add additional layers of flavors using ingredients such as orange bitters, Champagne or prosecco, and a lime or lemon twist.
Piña colada: This favorite summer cocktail, which reportedly originated in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is traditionally made with white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and a squeeze of lime juice, and served with fresh pineapple for garnish. Blend the ingredients with ice cubes to create a slushie drink.
Tequila Sunrise: With only three ingredients, fresh orange juice, tequila, and grenadine syrup, the Tequila Sunrise tastes best when you use high-quality ingredients. White tequila is recommended for a fresher taste and a more vibrant color. You can make a variation of the cocktail called the Coconut Sunrise, which uses coconut rum instead of tequila.

Baldur's Gate 3 Companion Head Canon Party Edition
Tav is throwing a party for their birthday. The playlist is ready, the neighbors are warned and the balloons are blown.
Here is what the companions (and three surprise party crashers) would bring to that little soirée.
Laezel | A strange liquor nobody has heard of
Impossible to know what it is, the label is written in a different alphabet. It has a crazy high alcohol percentage. Never mind it tastes like diesel: it's strong and if you want to get drunk it will get you there. Also it was crazy cheap so she bought 5 bottles (which she'll be the one drinking).
Gale | Some fancy ass bourbon
Nobody will drink it, because it is not that kind of night, Gale! He spends 19 minutes explaining to Tav why this vintage is special and what kind of smoky and woody hints they should get from the taste as well as an extensive story about where it was brewed (some place in the Highlands with blind dwarven monks no doubt).
Shadowheart | Wine
It is a lower to mid quality bottle but she actually spends all evening drinking cocktails mostly composed of juice and vodka: she likes wine but it stains her teeth and gives her a headache, plus she really likes bright colors in her drinks. If there is Passoa and orange juice and the weather is nice she will be giving it a go.
Wyll | Tequila
Alongside lemons and salt. The group complains because it’s just not something that gets drinken casually. However, they all end up taking shots around 3am and pass out and/or barf. Wyll is the only one who does not have a hangover the next day because he drinks water in between shots. Will make the cocktails if he is being asked nicely (he brought his shaker as well).
Karlach | Beer
She either comes with two 64-beer crates, one on each shoulder, or a keg (with a funnel and a pipe). She drinks most of these together with Wyll and burps loudly before shouting 'better in than out' and belly laugh herself to cramps. If the beers are canned, she will crush them on her forehead once they are downed. Ultimate beer pong winner.
Astarion | Shows up empty-handed
He feigns he didn't know or that he ran out of time to get something but he'll promise to bring something the next time (which is a lie as he already promised last time at Karlach’s costume party). He will leave with Gale’s expensive bourbon though and gift it to one his teacher from law school (in order to bribe them, of course).
Halsin |Juices
Not these industrial juice boxes mind you, but some organic 100% fruit, no added sugar juice from the bio coop. Or better yet he makes the juices himself - If the time of year is right he will make punch or sangria himself (and be careful it’s sweet but it is treacherous).
Minthara | Cocaïne
Nobody wants to do any. Frankly, Minthara did not read the audience well. Astarion is willing but feels the vibe and decides not to (he takes her dealer's number for later though)). She ends up doing a line alone in the kitchen. At the height of the night when she's loaded and drunk she makes out with Gale or bullies him (or both).
Jaheira | Soda and ice
To be fair, all kinds of soda, and not just the generic crap either, the good brands. Bubbles no bubbles, fruity, bitter, sweet, you name it. She does not drink as she is the designated driver for her and Minsc (no way they're sleeping over with these kids) so she spends her night sipping on some ginger ale.
Minsc | Goblets
A lot of them. While it was disappointing at first it turns out to be a super sharp idea. Either to drink from or play beer pong they came in extremely handy. Halsin will pout and comment on the sustainability issue. Minsc drinks water but takes a new cup everytime he gets another drink (partly because he is proud of his goblet idea, partly to antagonize Halsin).
Durge | Flour
They are Tav's neighbour and they were invited out of politeness and actually showed up. They come with flour because “hey, remember when I borrowed some, years ago, there, I’m bringing it back like I said I would. We are even now”. They have the best jokes but they will try and start a fight over the playlist (they have issues with music it seems).
Here are a couple of party crashers who were not invited but came anyways.
Barcus | Airfryer and Snacks
He shows up very early to Tav's surprise. He was not exactly invited but thought he was due to Tav mentioning the party to him at work. Upon seeing him Tav is actually happy though and his glad he popped by. He brought his airfryer and some fried goods and that's just awesome.
Volo | His guitar
He was not invited and knew it but he shows up anyway. He will complain about the music the whole time while drinking wine and take his guitar to try and play wonderwall for everyone, even though nobody asked. Lae’zel will lock him on the balcony at some point during the night.
Gortash | Cheap Vodka
He was also not invited. He was told explicitly he was not but what can you do.... His shirt is way too open on his chest, he wears way too much cologne and his pockets are full of condoms. He tries to get into Shadowheart’s pants all night, refilling her glass constantly but he’ll end up at Durge's place next door.

Guys hear me out
Steve likes people who smell like fruit, like he literally goes feral for people with that nice fruity smelling perfume or shampoos/body soaps. I also hc that soda likes fruitier smelling stuff, he bought Darry an orange scented car freshener since he loves fruit so much. Him and Steve will be cuddling and Steve will just bury his face in soda’s hair since he uses fruit scented hair soap, fruit scented stuff reminds him of soda and both of their favorite fruits are oranges. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

what do sector v smell like
Kinda... Weird question, but anyway:
Nigel: Orange and cinnamon. Sometimes hints of smoke.
Hoagie: Fruity soda and cheap deodorant.
Kuki: Vanilla, sweetest vanilla you can think of.
Wally: Whatever his mom buys him for the week. And gum to hide the smell of smoke.
Abby: Sweet, it's an indefinite smell, you can't pin down what exactly it is. But it's sweet and delicious.

Got a weird turtle ask, what do you think the turtles favorite drinks/sodas are? What do you think is a drink each of them can’t stand?
If you were gonna try to get a mutant turtle intoxicated, what do you think he would go for?
I'm assuming this is for Bayverse? We know Mikey loves his orange crush. (Raph probably loves it, too, which is why he has to hide it.) As turtles, I'd assume they are all partial to fruit-flavored drinks: juice, fruit soda and smoothies. None of them care for the taste of Coke/Pepsi. (Maaaybe Cherry Coke, but it's still not their favorite.)
For alcoholic drinks, they still favor fruity drinks. Raph and Mikey will drink beer. Donnie will drink wine. Leo likes to pretend he likes sake, but he really had to work up to developing a taste for it.
As far as getting the Bayverse boys drunk, they are so big and their metabolism is so fast that it takes a MASSIVE amount of hard liquor to get them smashed. I don't know if any of them have ever been shitfaced. At the most, they've gotten a little buzzed. Some of the smaller versions of the turtles have probably gotten properly drunk. And I'm sure all of them tried their first taste of alcohol under age. I mean, who is going to stop them?
Thanks for the ask!

Named Businesses/Brands in the Sing Franchise: Sing 1
In a recent rewatch of the movies, I tried to find all the named businesses and brands that are in the movies for world building sake (minus bands and entertainment acts cause thats a different list). So here is, in semi chronological order, all the ones that appear in the first movie!
-------
The Moon Theatre - The primary location of the first movie and starting location of the second.
State of Calatonia Theatre School - An institute of higher education that appeared on a certificate on Buster's office wall.
State of Calatonia University - An institute of higher education that appeared on a diploma on Buster's office wall.
The Modern Drama Institute - An institute of higher education that appeared on a diploma on Buster's office wall.
Bacapti Transport - A store we see Buster bike past.
Grand Store - A store we see Buster bike past, as well as the gang drive past in the city.
Harry's Bar - Harry's restaurant where Ash and Lance performed.
Franklin School of Music - An institute of higher education that Mike claims to have previously studied at.
Les Calmars - A very formal restaurant that we see numerous times through out the first movie, supposedly French cuisine by Buster speaking French to a waiter as well as the name of the restaurant being in French.
SN Eyewear - A brand advertising on the metro line station Ash and Lance were at.
Repair Services Garage/Garage - It is not clear whether or not the garage run by Johnny's family even uses either name, however, that is the wording printed on the building were a name would be.
Gas Station - It is not clear whether or not the gas station has a different name, however, there isn't one on the building's sign so I'm running with this.
Big Kitchen - The brand name of the stove hood in Meena's kitchen.
Rumble Bag - The brand name on the speed bag we see both Marcus and Johnny using in the first movie.
Laundromat - A business to the left of Ash's first apartment, appears to only use the first floor.
Paradise Hotel - A business to the right of Ash's first apartment.
Moon Car Wash - The car wash that Buster's father owned.
Gummlies - A 24 hour store that Ash's first apartment is over. This name does not match the name on the store's shade covering but the first word of that is illegible, and only "Grocery Store" can be read.
Pop Soda - The brand of soda we see in Ash's first apartment, in the flavour orange. We also see it in the pool house in the same flavour.
SCRUN-EEZ - The type of cereal we see Rosita's kids eating and again at the store.
City Store - The store to the left of Moon Theatre. It appears to sell jewelry.
Wholesale Supply - One of the neighboring warehouses to the garage. There is another one on a different street as well as well as where the gang got arrested.
Linais & Badoil - The brand of piano that Johnny and Mrs. Crawly play in the Moon Theatre.
Dodgson - The brand of speakers in Ash's first apartment.
Roc's - The grocery store that Rosita went to during the movie.
Sliced Potatoes - A brand of chips seen in the grocery store that appears to have around six flavours.
Fruity Light - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Flaky Wheat - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Bran Cereals - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Muesli - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Colorful Crisp! - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Corn Flakes - A cereal we see at the grocery store with a fox mascot.
Choco Chuncs - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Honey Sirop - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Mixed Cereals - A cereal we see at the grocery store.
Fiber Breakfast - A cereal we see at the grocery store in Rosita's cart.
Cookies Mint - A type of a brand of cookies we see at the grocery store.

what are some of your favorite drinks to make/some beginner drinks that are not too hard to make but are still delicious? i'm at the point where i want to learn to make actual nice drinks for myself and for friends but i honestly dont know where to start
Okay so I have two levels of answers to this question! Also I’m answering in ml because American measurements are dumb af for measuring cocktails, if you’re in the US just know 30ml = 1 standard shot so pour according to that
Level 1: I do not know any classic cocktails at all other than my own bar order (which is fine, I didn’t either really before I started in Melbourne so no judgement!
Classic Daiquiri - the most basic classic cocktail there is, really, but SO good if it’s made with a nicer / non-well dark rum (my favorite is Plantation’s Fiji Blend). Called a bartenders handshake because it’s so simple. 15ml lime juice, 15ml simple syrup, 60ml rum.
Margarita - if you don’t know how to properly make one, now you do! 15ml lime juice, 15ml triple sec (aka orange liqueur, I like Dry Curaçao!), 45ml tequila. Add 2 dashes of hot sauce for a spicy marg
Cosmopolitan - slay version of a vodka cran. 15ml lime juice, 15ml triple sec, 30ml cranberry juice, 45ml vodka.
Tom Collins - a great tall drink if you want something fizzy! 15ml simple syrup, 30ml lemon juice, 45ml gin, top with soda water.
Level 2: I’m familiar with the Hard Basics and was asking for a level above that!
Espresso Martini (this is my recipe and it’s bangin) - 5ml real maple syrup, tiniest ever splash of vanilla extract, 40ml chilled coffee, 30ml coffee liqueur, 45ml vodka
Passionfruit Daiquiri (again, my recipe) - super easy level-up to the classic daiquiri. 15ml lime juice, 20ml passionfruit liqueur (I recommend Chinola if you want a nice one!), 45ml dark or light rum. Dark rum will give it a deeper & more robust flavor profile, which I like. If you want to taste the passionfruit more, go light!
French Martini - this is a great one if you like a fruity drink! You can increase the pineapple juice depending on your fruity preference. 20ml pineapple juice, 20ml raspberry liqueur, 45ml vodka. If you’re looking to up your Vodka game I recommend Reyka - it’s an Icelandic small batch vodka made w melted glacier water, and it’s so incredibly smooth you can almost sip it. Literally nicer than Grey Goose and it’s a very entry level price point avail at most liquor stores. Goes great in this!
Aperol Spritz - you can make an ANYTHING spritz using this recipe and swapping the liqueur. The passionfruit is great for something sweeter! 60ml Aperol, 30ml soda water, 90ml sparkling wine
Hope this helps bestie! You can go a LONG way with adding sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, and one liqueur to your liquor cabinet. A general archetype a lot of classic cocktails follow is 15ml of something sweet, 15ml of a citrus, 45ml of alcohol if the sweet thing was alcoholic, 60ml if it wasn’t.
I also love the free app coupe for discovering classic cocktails!

It's the day of the NQD S3 finale party!
To celebrate, I've put together a list of cocktails and mocktails inspired by the show. They're hidden under the cut!
Some of these take a while to prepare because they involve brewing tea in advance!
Casper A long drink with fruit, florals and spice
Ice 50ml Cherry Brandy Juice of half a lime 150ml Iced Hibiscus Tea 100ml Ginger Beer
Add ice to a hi ball glass, then build the drink over top, starting with the brandy and lime juice, then the chilled tea, and finally topping the drink with enough ginger beer to make the drink long
Neige A refreshingly bright fruity drink balanced with mint
Ice 1 tsp dry vermouth 1 tsp honey 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 50ml spiced plum liqueur Splash of champagne (or any sparkling white wine) 5 fresh mint leaves, crushed, plus 2 for garnish
Add ice, vermouth, honey, 5 mint leaves, lemon and spiced plum liqueur to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and dress with two mint leaves
Alfie A refreshing twist on a peachy classic
Ice 4 peach slices 5 mint leaves 1 tsp honey 25ml peach schnapps 100ml prosecco Lemonade to finish.
Add the peach, mint, vodka and honey to a glass and muddle/crush until the peach and mint begins to break down. Add ice, stir, and pour over your prosecco. Top with lemonade to finish.
Snow Blood A sweet, citrussy drink with a bright minty twist.
Ice 100ml iced blood orange tea 1 tsp simple syrup (sugar + water) 5 crushed mint leaves Lemonade or soda water to finish
Brew blood orange tea in advance and leave to cool. When time to serve, add ice and mint leaves to glass. Add syrup and tea, stir to combine. Finish with a dash of sparkling lemonade or soda water.
To make this alcoholic, add a shot or two of good quality vodka before you stir.
Sleepy Predator A cosy, floral drink to lull you to sleep after a night on the prowl
Ice 150ml lavender tea 30ml elderflower cordial Soda water to finish
Brew lavender tea in advance and leave to cool. When time to serve, add ice, tea and cordial to a glass and stir to combine. Finish with soda water.
To make this alcoholic, add a shot or two of good quality gin before you stir.

These are part of a series I’m working on with the mane six but as different colors (it’s a bit hard to explain).
These ones are Pinkie based! Which means all three have lively and hyper personalities! But they also have a little bit of the other mane six’s personalities based on color. For this one, green gets a bit of Rarity’s personality due to her being the odd one out when it comes to the mane six being a rainbow. (Pinkie being Pink/Red, AJ orange, Fluttershy yellow, Rainbow Dash blue, Twilight purple. Rarity is white so she takes the empty green spot)
So Mint Macaron has Pinkies love of baking but Rarity’s precision. Which means she bakes more difficult treats like macarons and croissants! Also makes extravagant cakes! She works more on big events then smaller parties, but she does give cookies and cupcakes out for free just to make others smile!
Fizzy Fuchsia has Pinkies love for fun and laughter but Twlights love of science! She got her cutiemark from creating her own soda just to put mentos in it! She loves the reaction soda and mentos make but wanted to make one bigger and better! She further perfected her fizzy sodas as she grew and she now sells different flavors! She also makes things like silly string and those toys that make an avalanche of bubbles! Makes different flavors of pop rocks with various levels of pop! She loves creating things fun for everyone
Clementine Curd has Pinkies love for all things sweet and Applejacks knowledge of fruity baked goods! But instead of exclusively apples, it’s all fruits and berries! She got her cutiemark when she made some clementine curd and realized she loved making things with specifically fruit instead of just normal cakes. Her family is much closer to town then og Pinkies is. They help her out with the tougher work like mashing berries and help bring her stock to farmers markets!
