so, here's the second short story! set in the same world as passenger9027, but not directly connected to it : )

.... Okay, so I might have made a ahit oc during my downtime. Based on the idea of "yeah the idea of hat kid being a little space orphan doing a job is sad.... But what if they were separated from their family and needed to get back home instead?"

And what if their worried mother came to the planet they were on, looking for them after they'd JUST LEFT like a month ago?

SOOOOOO HERE'S SUMMER!

I may have gotten carried away with myself on this idea-

Kissing the back of their hand and gently squeezing it before leaving

Dog piles on a couch with limbs all askew yet very comfortable

After a terrible joke, flicking their arm or hand

Les bises (cheek kisses) upon greeting them

A hearty clap of joy on the back

Hidden tangling of the legs under a table or blanket

Resting your chin on their shoulder, arms wrapping them in a gentle embrace from behind

Friendly sparring while waiting around (if actual swords are included that’s even better)

Twirling them around in a big hug, bursting into laughter when you almost topple over

Sneakily finding the right moment to slip an ice cold hand up their shirt

Washing their back in the shower for them

When they’re injured or sick, carefully carrying them where they need to go

Secret handshakes just for fun

Hip-checking, either like a salsa dancer’s final move or a itty bitty bump for acknowledgment

Detangling or braiding their hair as their head rests in your lap

Spooning (big or little spoon, it’s nice 10/10 highly recommend)

Pressing a warm hand into their side/stomach/back to alleviate cramps or muscle strains

Scratching that ridiculously hard to reach spot for them

Brief shoulder massages when they’re stressed

Curling into their chest, protected from everything in the world for that moment

She's the Captain of the Royal Guard of her home planet, which is still currently unnamed.... The Queen's wellbeing is her number one priority, and she takes her job very seriously. On top of being a Captain, she also takes a liking to the Bounty Hunting business, and is the reason Elora left her home planet (and has a golden tooth.)

This first one is Atzurae, they’re a zebraelf that just loves painting and creating their own little works of art through experimentation with different pigments!

And no! They definitely don’t like to eat the pigments sometimes because they get a little peckish when they paint. I don’t know why you had to bring that up🙄 /j

I love this guy. Ngl I sorta see them as a self insert almost?? But not fully, if that makes sense.

They also have no gender I don’t think??? But I wanna ask NTLS about that first before I know for sure bc I know that he had some stuff about the genders of zebraelves but i can’t find the post so I’m just gonna edit this later after I ask them about it lmaoo

The thing about the founding Debu of Serendipolis being Badlands Debu really spoke to me…

So I basically made a “Tough Biker Guy with a tiny kitten/Pomeranian puppy that he loves very much” type dynamic via a very tough Badlands Debu with many sick battle scars, and a little goofy artist zebraelf that the Debu just decides is now their best friend.

The Debu is Kofruth, who.. I like to imagine is sorta genderfluid in a way that she doesn’t really care much about his gender identity? But some days just feels like shaving off his back hair and other days feels like she wants to keep it.

Here was my initial idea sketch of Her,

but then I apparently went all out and decided to just draw a full body and color everything 💀💀

I love these guys

Anyway, i don’t have a huge amount of info on these guys yet but wanted to share these drawings nonetheless 😁😁

There should be a free roam open map Planet of the Apes game where you can make your own ape, your own clan, or what not. And you just like go... Have fun! Make your own stories and stuff.

I think that'd be pretty cool. Everyone always does this concept for dinosaurs, why not apes???

this moment absolutely destroys me. i mean look at them! the gentleness! the vulnerability! the care! the way gale looks like he’s practically holding himself up with that hand…before what probably amounts to a couple weeks ago, he’d told almost no one about this, and now he can not only tell someone but show them, relive it painfully but with someone at his side who will be able to on some level actually understand it. the moment of a burden — one that had until then been an sentence of indefinite isolation — being shared. and he’s ready for that to be the end! for this to be a goodbye! to be cast out and left to fend for himself with not one but two things threatening to use and destroy his body! none of his usual air of confidence is there; he’s on the ground, all raw edges and open wounds, and you can see on his face that he’s already mourning what he thinks he’s about to lose. he shares the burden and is completely ready for the weight of it to crush this new, incredible, fragile thing they’ve been building…

and then it doesn’t.

did the oc species thing

well, a bit of a redesign of my first ever star wars oc, Nema Akjuret

she's Zodiaque, a species that was believed to have been annihilated by the Sith in the last war. Some of them survived because they cryofroze large swathes of their people in hidden places and every once in a while one of them pops up when a pod malfunctions or gets discovered.

Nema got sold into slavery as a very small child so she has absolutely zero recollection of her origins. A wandering seeker comes across her by accident during the last days of the Clone Wars and takes her under his wing to at least teach her some shielding and whatnot (she's already way too old to be accepted into the order by then)

they know each other for less than a week when O66 hits

her finder gets killed helping her escape and hide and from then on she's alone again in a world out to hunt her.

Finally made a lineup of the four main characters of Astra, a video game me and @famulusmox are developing— You play as Astra, the newly appointed royal jester, in a medieval sci-fi world. Your goal is to kill the king in revenge for the execution of Astra’s mentor in about one week (and steal his girl) (and man) in the process!

Also idk if this factors into one's choice here, but each planet is ruled by a god(dess.) Maybe I should make a poll about their ruling styles one day lol
