Often accused of avocado toast-fueled brunches and an unhealthy obsession with oversized phone screens, this generation has surprised everyone by offering a solution both unexpected and…well, slightly green. “Look, we needed a fix,” confessed Chad Kensington, a 28-year-old entrepreneur and self-proclaimed “avocado enthusiast.” “We were facing the unthinkable – a world without cold brew.
