We would love to stay fit, however, honestly we cannot avoid eating out. It's a reality! . However, you can make your restaurant/cafe meals healthy too by choosing the right dish. For example, I love pasta; still I choose to get it with pesto sauce and sun dried tomatoes. . Another hack I follow is to sip a glass of lukewarm water after meals. bitpaygymTHE BEST SPLIT by @roballenfitness - Great post by my friend Rob here as always! Here he's showing us the best combination of splits within the set number amount of days. Remember just because you like to go to the gym several days doesn't mean that that split if right for you if you are NOT able to perform with consistency!!! Please read what he has to say down below. - - "What’s YOUR split? 👇🏼👇🏼 . Generally, when someone says that something is “the best” it means that it’s the best for them. It doesn’t mean that it’s the best for you. If your buddy has been training for 10 years and you’re just starting out, his workout plan probably isn’t going to be ideal for you. Your goals, experience, free time, injuries, diet, stress level, sleep quality etc will determine the best workout split/routine for you . This graphic gives you a starting point. If you can commit to 4 days a week then and upper and lower day twice a week each is a great place to start 👍🏼 . If you are just starting out then start SLOWLY. Try 2x a week at first and then (if you’ve been consistent) add another day each month. Do not start at 7 days/per week and miss half of them - you’ll lose motivation and the amount of discipline required for that level of effort will be too demanding and you’ll give up. You are not only training your muscles but also your ability to self discipline yourself 🧠 - Once you can master that then you will be in great shape for the rest of your life 😉 . The exercises here are examples and can be changed for others (as long as you are working the same muscles) 😊 . The thing is anyone can open up an Instagram and PayPal account, copy and past some workout and diet plan from a fitness website and send it to you. That is not coaching!! A coach or fitness trainer will build a relationship with you to find a solution to the problem and help create new habits to stay lean and healthy, not just get you short-lived results. When you look for a coach, or fitness trainer, ask questions, see if they are certified. After all you are paying. Let’s talk warm up guys, warming up with movements similar to the exercises you will be doing is crucial. Usually no matter what body part I’m working a resistance band is my favorite tool to use for this. . Don’t do anything too taxing or burn out those little muscles too quickly guys you need those to be efficient and fresh to kick in for your bigger lifts . Warming up is simply to provide blood flow to the muscle and dynamic stretching is to provide that bit of stretch in combination with blood flow. . Why not just do basic stretching? Because basic stretching prior to a lifting session can mess with the length tension relationship in the muscle. The length tension relationship can cause an over-stretching which is what potentially can cause an injury . Yes this is my first edit seriously guys this took like an hour and this is basic AF and it’s only instagram. However, new name, new brand, I’m going the whole nine guys. The truth is we can't control where our fat goes away first, we can just decrease the overall amount. Also a lot of people think that cardio is better for loosing fat than strength training. Although it may be true for the short term, but building muscle will increase your calories burned at rest in the long term significantly. That means that your muscle mass will burn calories for you while you do nothing. "Will white rice make me fat" was something I heard lately. The answer is a clear NO. White rice is a popular source of carbs and it won't make you fat. No food in particular will make you fat. Only eating more calories than you burn (caloric surplus) does.
