Conviction gives you strength

It comes from how clear your ideas are, which can be based on different principles. No matter the stance of that idea, apart from conviction, it is how well it is contrasted with its counterpart that will make it succeed.

In life, what gives us strength is holding on to the conviction that we deserve all the good things that happen to us. However, contrasting this idea isn't always easy due to comparisons and disrespect. That's why confronting your idea of self-love with everything that has made you hate yourself at some point may give you the strength to gain conviction and reinforce your sense of self-worth.

The strength we have does not come from hating ourselves—that much is clear—but from learning to love ourselves, including our darkest parts, which are still an essential part of who we are. Since they are part of us, our life as a whole, it’s our mind that chooses to label our experiences as good or bad. This is the dual nature of life, shaped by our perspective.

Meanwhile, life is simply a constant state of strength present in all aspects, and we can choose whether to confront it with conviction, strength, and love, or, if we prefer, to face it with fears that exist only in our minds.
