btw, the secret to getting a raw egg out of its shell is to tap it against any edge or surface until the shell breaks
BUT
before you open it
you wanna see a bit of the eggwhites coming out from the crack
bc an eggshell is not just the shell, but the skin on the inside as well, which seals the liquid stuff inside.
If you try to open the egg before the skin is broken, you'll end up with a mess
so make sure the skin is broken before you open the egg.
If the shell is cracked, but the skin isn't broken, you can also use a finger to push bits of the shell in and break the skin that way. That's fine too.
