BAJRA DOSA
I consider this a work in progress… This was my second attempt, the first was quite catastrophic, if I am to be honest. The recipe, as well as a very detailed video, is available at Naturally Nidhi, a blog I love and always teases me into expanding my cooking horizons. You will need millet flour, and a special skillet - tava is the real thing – but I used a non-stick crepe pan. I loved the flavor…

top 5 foods that aren't vegetables 👀
OUGH im gonna try to answer with things that are specifically foods and not like fruits or smth. but i love fuits
pagetti. basta. i love rotini pasta with marinara + pesto! i use raos arrabiata sauce for some spice, and like any pesto works. also parm or mozz for good measure. this is the only type of pasta i make. it is heaven
MOMOS. i love veggie momos from like nepali/himalayan places. normal momos but also fried/jhol momos. theyre so fucking tasty and spicy and oh my god i like them better than the noodle or rice. just gimme momos
dosa! i was gonna say naan but u need more than just naan for a meal. dosa also needs other stuff but its not quite a whole curry like you'd have with naan, it's like sambar and chutneys. i love dosa, they're savory indian crepes basically and have a LOT of varieties, i like this type called rava dosa which is crispier and flavorful. idk what's wrong but i cant copy paste text in here but consider this #1 actually i just can't move it without retyping
rice. no further comment
bizza. i'm a simple man. cheese hurts my tummy but i love bizza

A dosa is a thin, savoury crepe in South Indian cuisine made from a fermented batter of ground white gram and rice. Dosas are served hot, often with chutney and sambar (a lentil-based vegetable stew). Dosas are popular in South Asia as well as around the world.
A mixture of rice and white gram that has been soaked in water for at least 4-5 hours is ground finely to form a batter. Some add a bit of soaked fenugreek seeds while grinding the batter. After adding salt, the batter is allowed to ferment overnight, before being mixed with water to get the desired consistency. The batter is then ladled onto a hot tava or griddle greased with oil or ghee. It is spread out with the base of a ladle or a bowl to form a pancake. It can be made either thick like a pancake, or thin and crispy. A dosa is served hot, either folded in half or rolled like a wrap. The mixture of white grams and rice can be replaced with highly refined wheat flour or semolina.
