My very girly weight losing experiment

Day 1

Okey soo... 🎀 I am trying to loose weight🎀 (lolol) , but only for fun (my BMI is alright). I'm not taking it seriously, kcal is not really something that bothers me.

I'll be posting here what I eat in a day and in what amounts also hours of having my meals because I believe it also have influence on weight losing proces (regular hours-positive). Very important thing I eat five meals a day aand my physical activity is practically non existing.

[Sorry for any of my grammar, language or vocabulary mistakes English is not my native language. ]

After waking up:

Height: 1,62 m

Weight: 52.0 kg

My breakfast (soo filing...I have problems with eating too much. Compulsive eating. But I hope that after this experiment I get to manage it ) : 6:30 AM

semolina with milk and pumpkin seeds

Brunch: 10:50 AM - i don't feel hungry yet but...

An apple (i hate eating in school it feels awkward for me. Because I don't have friends. Booring, right? )

Lunch 1:27 PM

Sandwich with tomato and butter

5:00 PM

my grandma's cucumber soup

Dinner 7.30 PM

And i drank 1 cup of mint and one cup of rosemary

Weight before bed

51.8 kg ( i lost 0.2 kg lololol, nice)
