Me trying to explain yuuji being someone who was alone since birth with both his parents gone and his grandpa being of poor health and eventually admitted to the hospital which meant he was the only one in the house for a long while and him having no actual close friends in his old high school and saying he's a guy who gets lonely really easily and wants to die surrounded by loved ones, and megumi refusing to leave his side after Shibuya even when he knew his life was in immediate danger despite yuuji's instance to get away from him
