Republicans want to use the U.S. Military for domestic law enforcement and to crush protesters' right to free speech. Fascism 101.

And think about it. Why would anybody in their right mind want to prohibit the FBI from combating misinformation and disinformation, especially when it comes from foreign governments hostile to the U.S.?

Republicans are actually trying to encourage more election interference. They know America's enemies, China and Russia, are trying to spread lies to get Trump elected. And Republicans want their help with promoting lies in future elections.

Our enemies have seen that Trump, and the Republican Party, are people they can manipulate. If our enemies can see that, why can't you?

In this election, not voting, is a dangerous choice.

PROJECT 2025

it is sometimes infuriating to watch non-Americans practically roll their eyes at our demises, at the ravaging of our country and people. i understand what inspires the laughing, we’re at a very low point and it hasn’t been great possibly… ever… but it still hurts watching us be degraded into this circus for the world to watch.

real people are dying/being persecuted. children, women, men, elderly, queer, trans, intersex, disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, poor, veterans, muslims, jewish folk, pagans, atheists, and of all races (disproportionately BIPOC). laughing at fascists is fine but laughing at the impacts of facsism itself is evil.

there are so many of us who saw the warning signs a decade prior to this, some predicted it before the orange even entered politics. we have been screaming. for. years. watching our fellow human beings tear each other apart, including themselves, bc they’ve been tricked by propaganda/manipulated media into thinking further division will help them escape the hellhole we’ve all been forced into by the government. the grief that comes from losing your own loved ones to the alt-right pipeline is something i hope no one else endures.

for an entire decade i have felt like i was out of mind, wishing desperately that we’d finally unite. that people would see that their emotions/biases were being manipulated in order to further divide and distract us, before it snowballed too far.

Don first started running when i was ten years old. from the jump, i despised him, and i was a child. a fucking elementary schooler saw what you couldn’t and it infuriates me! my youth feels like it was fucking stolen from me bc i spent all of my teen years learning about the dangers of hatred and pleading w people to have compassion for other human beings. begging adults not to ruin our home and future before my generation had a chance to experience life, to treat me and the communities i support as human beings.

if you’re on the outside looking in, we know it looks bad. we don’t need you to rub it in that our president is a Nazi. we are exhausted from screaming for ten years straight, yet we cannot rest.

there is amazing shit like Democracy2025. there is hope. there have always been fighters. Americans are not a hive-mind of apathetic, selfish bigots who don’t know how to read or listen to science. MAGA is a minority. we are creating community and continuing our resistance.

i am just so tired of people who have little to no stake in this thinking they know everything about Americans. we have been and still are trying so fucking hard.

Don't let republicans fool you with their national populism cause they do not give a single care for veterans who died and suffered for America. They would hollow out the VA and fill it corporate and political stooges who would blindly follow the GOP's bidding. Our government doesn't care enough for veterans and here we have Republicans confirming it, remember it was Biden who passed the CARE act. So remember a future where our soldiers suffer more than they already do is what the Republicans want.
