Antoine Whittley is a 17 year old male who has been missing for 7 days.

Antoine was last seen on 2/10/21 on the Richmond-San Ramon Bridge after using a ride-share service. He is 5′9 and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Covid-19 black mask, hooded Reebok sweatshirt and black and green pants with orange green and gray camouflage stripes on both legs.

Fic Summary: There's an old rumour about the Todoroki family. That they're cursed, get too close to one and they'll drag you straight down to hell.

In the west, one crook turned bounty-hunter won't let something like a silly rumour get between him and his soulmate. This is a story about love but before all that, it's a story about revenge.

Chapter Preview: 

“It would be good to move,” the Sheriff offered kindly. “There’s too much bad blood here. Never a shame to get a fresh start, son.”

“A fresh start like them thieves, or one like my mother?” he hurled. “I won’t ever get a fresh start until those men are six feet under and my mother’s safe.” Like you’re meant to feel, he thought to himself, resentful.

“They ain’t ever gonna get hold of your mother. Wherever she is, she’s safe. Safer than you, I can promise.”

Shouto shook his head. “You don’t even know that,” he snapped lowly. “The only way you’ll ever know is to find her or those men, whoever comes first.”

The Sheriff huffed a frustrated laugh. “And how is that gonna happen now, boy? You expecting a bounty hunter to come and save your ass. Well, I’m here to tell you now, you ain’t gonna find someone like Deku in these parts.”

Shouto’s eye widened, his breath escaping out as a whoosh. “Bounty hunter?”

Not to get emotional on main but I’m getting super teary thinking about Uraraka. Like growing up in a poor family she likely would have grown up in a poor/rough area just cause it’s one of the easier things to afford. Which means she would have witnessed things a lot of her classmates and friends wouldn’t have until much later. Like I imagine that heroes tend to stick to richer areas or areas where it’s easier to chase clout whilst it might be a lot more heavily policed. Like if that’s so no wonder why she kind of just sees hero work as an option simply for money. Like she has no reason to think otherwise. I know in Japan it’s a case of paying for entrance exams so literally only being able to afford certain schools and thus seeing so much more and being a lot less naive about the way the world works. Maybs I’m self-projecting massively lol but I want to see something like this so bad.

Lowkey hc her as being born and raised somewhere else as well but made to move as a child for better prospects and as a chance for her dad to start her business. It’s such a real thing for those who have moved from other countries over only to be disappointed either by the lack of opportunities or a v narrow access or even simply racism. For me personally it reflects Uraraka as well coming into hero work so full of hope that she might be able to change things and help even though she’s seen how heroism works for those that don’t matter and realising it isn’t as rose-tinted and golden as she first assumed.

man, don’t even ask. this didn’t actually start out sarcastically, because you gotta give it to them, they became amazing people despite (probably) being left alone to care for themselves for their whole childhood (yeah idk, neglecting orphans seems to be a hobby of konoha). they could’ve been a little squad of awesome brats and that’s what i tried to draw at first but i fucked up the expressions on the way and decided to go with a darker alternative. yeeeah, well. yeah.
