Hello!!! With the start of the school year coming soon for me, I decided I'd reintroduce myself, as this is my main blog and I typically use it as a studyblr-type of blog because it helps keep me going towards my goals! Of course i still post about my physical health, mental health, and daily life, but when college/university is in session, my life typically revolves around school!

I am majoring in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, 2nd major in Finance, and a double minor in Psychology and Exercise Science

I study languages in my free time

I love all things health, fitness, and wellness
I love to work out! My favorite ways to work out right now are weight lifting, walking, mat pilates, and yoga! My university offers workout classes for free to full time students so I'll be taking yoga/pilates classes at my campus!
I do work a full-time, on-campus food service job. 40 hours of work a week, and 15 college credit hours this semester đ
I love to read, write, listen to music, and want to pick up more hobbies such as sewing, dance, crochet, drawing, painting, etc
This account started out as a "wonyoungism" account and slowly turned into my own little safe space where I am free to be myself without fear of judgment. Of course my aesethic is still pink and wonyoungism ish but I do fully plan on turning this into a more studyblr type of account using my own photos once university starts back up! Chapter 1 - Dean
Things have been bad. For weeks.
Dean's not doing well, having you around all the time now since you moved in with the Winchesters. It bothers him how you come out of the shower only wearing that silky blue bathrobe that's almost see-through when the light hits just right. Or when you do your stretching exercises in the yoga pants with the cut-outs. Or when you scold him for leaving his clothes lying around the entire house. That last one, especially, he can't get over. He started leaving his things out on purpose. So you'd do it more often.Â
He's been having a tough time focusing on anything, really, and sometimes he worries he's going to suffer from a circulatory collapse, with all of his blood rushing downstairs when he's too close to you for too long. It really has been hard.
Sure, he takes care of the raging boners you give him on a daily basis just from, well, being you. But it's getting more and more difficult to live off those scraps when you're so, so close. All the time.
It's the worst at night. When everything's quiet, and he hears you and Sam going at it like animals. During the day, he can just find something else to do. Get out of the house. But when he's lying in bed, eyes firmly pressed shut, and he hears that high-pitched moan that's seared into his brain by now, it drives him crazy. Once, on a Thursday night, he almost came without even touching himself, just from listening to the sounds you were making. You had a tiny little bite mark below your jaw the next morning, one that he only saw because he had to pick up the fork he dropped at breakfast when you bumped into him. He wondered what other marks your long-sleeved shirt was covering.
Somehow, having you living with the Winchesters is making things so much better and so much worse at the same time. The place has changed since then. It's livelier, lighter. You got a lamp shade for the living room, threw out all of the dusty rugs. Bought new decorative cushions for the sofa, which are hella cozy to nap on, even though Dean would never admit that to your face. And you got new sheets for the whole lot of them, saying something about wanting to set the old ones on fire. They're cozy as well, and they kinda smell like you. Somehow, most of the laundry does since you moved in.Â
When you all have dinner together, which seems to be happening more often than in the previous three years combined, the atmosphere is light. You laugh at Dean's jokes, even though you always keep close to Sammy. You ask him how his day went. You even get John to chat sometimes. About himself. About his youth. About Mary. That's the good part.
The bad part is that Dean can't seem to get you off his mind. That very first time he met you he had thought it was just the fascination of something new. His little brother's older college girlfriend. But it wasn't. The more he got to know you, the more infatuated he had become. And instead of imagining you at the sorority charity car wash he had started daydreaming of you doing mundane things. Making coffee in the morning. Reading a book. Stroking his hair. It's innocent though, he tells himself. He wouldn't want to snatch you away from his brother. Sam seems so happy since he met you.
When you're not around, because you have classes, or are out and about with your friends, the mood in the entire house changes. Everyone seems on edge, aching for you to come back, even John. For you to cool down the flames that easily burn too hot when left unattended.
Dean stopped looking at the weather girl on page 13 a while ago to take care of his needs. He doesn't need her anymore. The picture of you in his head is all he wants, and it's so much better than anything a nudie mag could provide.Â
Today, Dean sneaks off to the bathroom early in the morning, to go pee. He's gotta go whenever he gets the chance when he wakes up, because either his morning wood or the boner he's going to get when you and Sam start fucking might make it impossible at any given time. He quietly moves through the hall to go relieve himself, but then he notices that someone must've forgotten to turn off the light in the dining room. He moves over to the light switch, reaches out, and then he sees you.Â
Lying on your back, sprawled across the dinner table. Illuminated only by the low-hanging lamp. Naked. Well, not technically naked, because that damn silky bathrobe is still on your arms, under your back. But it's open, and the sight of your tits, chest heaving, nearly makes him lose his mind. He barely notices Sam's head bobbing back and forth between your legs, because the way you're writhing on that table is just everything he's been dreaming of.
Dean reminds himself not to hold his breath. It's a good thing he's so used to the adrenaline pumping through his veins from hunting. It makes him go into hyper-focus mode. His eyes roam over your skin. Soft, glowing. There's a birthmark on the side of your right butt cheek, one that he'd never have seen if it weren't for⌠well, this. Now he knows. And he'll never forget.Â
His gaze wanders up, over your stomach to your bellybutton and higher even. Your entire torso is moving up and down with how heavy you're breathing, and he just wants to run his tongue over you. All the way up to the valley of your breasts, he wants to know what it tastes like, what you taste like. Take a bite. Leave his mark on you. Right there, on the soft flesh beneath your collarbone.Â
His eyes trace the natural lines of your body, up your neck that is so beautifully stretched with how your head is tilted back. So inviting. He wants to kiss you there, make you giggle. He's seen Sam do that to you twice already. He wants that for himself. Wants to explore you with his mouth, learn every curve and dip.
Your lips look so beautiful, plush, parted, he just wants to run his thumb over them, let you taste him, too. And just above those beautiful, rosy cheeks are your eyes. Big. Colorful. Vivid. And, he can't believe he's only noticing it now, they're looking right at him.
His first instinct is to hide. But he instantly realizes there's no use, you're looking straight at him. So he just freezes and stands there, quietly staring at your nakedness. You tilt your head a little more to him, your gaze soft. For a second he's scared you'll jump up, cover yourself and start yelling at him. But you don't. You smile. And you bite your lower lip. All while firmly holding his gaze.
Then your eyes flutter shut and a soft little moan leaves you, Sam must've done something you very much appreciate down there, and Dean thinks about just using the moment to vanish. Maybe you're still a little drowsy, maybe you'll think you just imagined him standing there, watching you while his brother is having breakfast early. But he just can't. His legs won't budge, he's hypnotized by the way your tits are moving up and down.Â
You must be grinding yourself against Sam's face, because there's a tiny swaying motion to your body that's only explicable if you're doing something. He looks back at your face when your eyes open again. That's it, the moment for his escape has passed. And he's still standing there, mouth watering, pitching a tent.
He swallows. His eyes are glued to your lips, and then you speak. Not making any sound, but Dean has no trouble at all reading what you're saying off your lips.

He blinks. His breathing is shallow, mouth dry. He must be dreaming. Wouldn't be the first time he dreamt something like this. He pinches himself in the arm, but he doesn't wake up. You're still lying there, watching him, and you look like you're waiting for him to answer. So he does. Nods.
Your smile widens. You like it. You fucking like being watched by him, in this vulnerable state, so close to being your most primal self. It makes Dean shiver. And then you speak again.

Dean's breath hitches. He's sure that's what you're mouthing. One hundred percent. He still hesitates.

The way your lips move, silently, is so sensual, so pure and just the right amount of dirty at the same time. He's never seen anything like it. It compels him. And he knows he has to obey. He wants to. You're in control.
His hand finds its way into his boxers. His fingers close around his length, and he starts stroking himself immediately. He sees you inhale deeply, licking your lips as he follows your command. He can feel the muscles in his face twitching, his mouth drops open as he quickly feels release approaching. He'd be embarrassed by how quickly he's getting there if the whole situation wasn't so absurd.
You throw your arms up over your head, arching your back violently, writhing with pleasure. Another moan drops from your lips, betraying the intense pleasure you must be feeling. But you fight to keep your eyes open, focused on him, rubbing one out to the sight you're providing him with.
Dean comes when you do. He just shoots his load into his boxers, panting, but aware enough not to make a sound. It's taking everything out of him not to moan, but he knows he just can't. Even though this scene playing out right in front of his eyes is the most beautiful thing he's ever seen.Â

Finally, Dean manages to snap out of his stupor. Looks down at the mess he made, wipes his hand off on his already stained boxers. Out of the corner of his eyes he sees Sam's head moving up just in time to turn around and finally move out of sight. He shakes his head, trying to clear his mind. To understand what just happened. And then he quickly and silently moves away from the dining room. He really should go pee now.
Dean skips breakfast. He takes the Impala's keys from the little bowl you make everyone keep their keys in and drives it a couple of streets down to an old lot next to a gas station. He gets out, walks a couple of steps, going in a circle. Stares at a cloud. Then he rolls up his sleeves, opens up the Impala's hood and gets to work. He's not entirely sure what he's looking for, but there's gotta be something he can fix. Right?
He spends at least an hour on the car, maybe two. It's a good distraction from the very vivid images of you, coming, that are playing on repeat in his head. But his mind keeps drifting back to the sounds you made, to your smile, to the way you ensorceled him to pleasure himself while you were staring at each other. You really cast your spell on him.Â
He's going to have to talk to you. But how would that even work? Just talk to you, now that he's seen you like this. Now that the two of you have shared that. Behind Sammy's back.
He finally slams the hood shut, wipes sweat off his forehead and grease off his fingers. He sits in the car for a couple of minutes, hand on the ignition, but lacking the courage to actually start it. Then he shakes himself out off it and drives back home.
When he comes back, the house is quiet. There's nobody home. One of your coats is still hanging on the rack, but he knows you like to take the padded one when it's windy like today. Dean sighs in relief. Not that it changes anything, but he gets a little more time to gather his thoughts.
He throws his jacket onto the sofa, kicks off his boots. You're going to give him shit for that later. Or are you? Will things still be the same when you get back from wherever you are? Or has he broken this precious little thing you have going on? The thought alone makes him nauseous.
He shuffles down the hall, right to his room. Throws the door shut behind him and flings himself on the bed. He stares at the ceiling, not really thinking, but trying to. To come up with a way out of this mess that's not going to hurt Sam. He lets his gaze roam. To the framed picture of the three of you that you got him, from the day you took the boys ice skating. Dean had landed on his rear more times than he could count, but he had gotten to hold your hand as you tried to teach him how to stay on his feet and all of you got hot cocoa spiked with rum afterwards. It was a good day. He likes the picture, it gives his room a much more⌠composed vibe. Then his gaze wanders over the door and he finally sees the note stuck to the inside of his door.
He immediately recognizes your handwriting. He jumps up, crosses the room in two strides and rips it off.
It's written on one of those purple sticky notes that you keep on the fridge, the ones you use to write down the grocery list or to leave cute little messages for your boyfriend sometimes. But this one, this one's addressed to him.Â
Dean. Meet me back here at 11 pm. xx
His heart starts racing. He just keeps staring at the note, as if somehow, if he stared long enough, it would change its meaning. You want to meet him. In the middle of the night. In his room.
And you're sending him kisses. You've never done that before. Well, you've never written him a note before. Except for the grocery list. It feels intimate. He likes it. It also feels wrong.
Dean swallows. What does this mean? Do you just want to talk? And keep it hidden from Sam? Or are youâŚÂ suggesting something? Are you trying to get him to do more of whatever this was?Â
He racks his brain. Do you know? That he's been listening to the sweet, sultry sounds you make when Sam gets to work on you? That he's been fantasizing about you non-stop? It sure looked like it this morning, like you knew exactly what was going on.Â
He shakes his head. Continues staring at the note. xx. You want him. And he's not sure that's something he could deny you.
Dean's on edge for the rest of the day. He spends most of the time outside. Lounges around at the diner with the brunette waitress that always lets him peek at her bra when she pours him coffee. Gets himself a second slice of blueberry pie. But nothing seems to be able to distract him, no matter how hard he tries.
He knows he's gonna have to go back home and face the music sometime. He is going to have to talk to you about this, and sooner rather than later. But he just doesn't know what he would say, if he could get the words out. Is he even sure what you're going to say? Is this really you telling him that you want him? That you want to fuck him? Or is he starting to confuse porn with reality again?
Sure. He's been fantasizing about you. About being the one who gets you to make all of those sultry sounds he's been hearing without cease. It's been your face he's been superimposing on the women he has had sex with ever since he laid eyes on you. But that was just it. Those were fantasies. This? This is really you. You, his little brother's girlfriend. Someone who's strictly off-limits.Â
He walks along the road to the house in the dark, kicking a soda can all the way up to the doorstep. At the door, he fidgets with his keys, trying to postpone the inevitable for as long as he can. Then he takes a deep breath, unlocks the door and goes in.
He's going to tell you. That you're the hottest little thing that has crossed his path in a while, and that he wants you, like, really wants you. That he wants you to have him. But that it's just not something that can ever happen. It's something he could never do to Sam. Because he knows how much Sam cares for you, how much you've already changed the lives of all the Winchesters, and that's something Dean can't ruin. Even if it means he's gotta put his happiness behind Sammy's.
He looks at the clock as he kicks his boots off. 11:17. He stares at the ceiling, mumbles an ejaculatory prayer and goes to his room.
When his hand lands on the door handle, he hears it. It's a quiet little sigh, but his ears have been trained to it. He can't believe it. Are you really in there, maybe even in his bed, touching yourself?
He should have just turned around and gone out again. Left you there. But his body is quicker than his brain, and his hand presses down on the handle, and then he's standing in his room.
There you are. On his bed, shirt pushed up a little so your belly is exposed. But the hand pressed firmly into your crotch isn't your own. It's Sam's.Â
You giggle as you see him, push Sam's hand away and you both straighten up. Dean's sure that the look of confusion on his face must be more than evident.
He looks at you, then at Sam, then back at you. Opens his mouth, furrows his brows, closes it again and tilts his head.
It's Sam who speaks first. He chuckles and asks Dean to sit. Without looking away from you, he pushes all of the clothes piled on the stool next to the door to the floor and sits. Then he buries his hands in the pockets of the jacket he forgot to take off.
Dean's cautious. Watches you and Sam. He's not sure what to make of this entire situation, but it seems like both of you are in a good mood. On the same page even. At least it doesn't look like Sam's going to punch him for, well, jerking off in front of his girlfriend.Â
âI thought you weren't coming,â you say, a look on your face that one could almost describe as hopeful. âThought I might have scared you off.â
Dean huffs. He's careful about the words he chooses. âScared ain't the right word, sweetheart.â You and Sam exchange a glance that he's not sure how to interpret. Then Sam gives you a tiny nod and you clear your throat before you speak again.
âSo, DeanâŚâ He watches you like a hawk as you speak. All of his senses are on alert, he doesn't want to miss a single cue that might give away what you're thinking. The first one he notices is a small twitch of your upper lip.
âI know you've been thinking of me. I see the way you look at me. And after this morningâŚâ Dean's eyes dart to his brother. But Sam's face is calm, relaxed even. He's got his hand low on your ass. Right where he saw that little mark this morning.
âWell, Sam and I thought, maybe you'd like to try the real thing.â Dean's mouth drops open. He blinks at you. Somehow, he feels incredibly joyous and immensely confused at the same time.Â
âYou mean, you want us to hook up?â Dean feels he might be gesticulating a little too wildly, but he can't stop himself.
You bite your lip as you slowly nod. So he was right. About you wanting to fuck him. He's just not entirely sure how Sam figures into this.Â
âIâŚâ Dean's thoughts are racing, and everything around him feels like it's been dipped in honey. Sticky. Like every action requires a tremendous amount of energy. He knows this is one of these moments that decide everything.Â
He looks at his brother. Tries to read him. But Sam still looks completely unbothered. Does this really mean what he thinks it does? That he'll get to have you, he'll finally be able to feel you like he's been craving for all those weeks, and with Sam's blessing?
â...and you're cool with that?â He asks his brother, just to make sure. Sam tilts his head, scratches the back of his neck. âWell, it kinda was my idea.â
Dean's eyebrows go up in surprise. Another twist he did not see coming. It must be evident to Sam that Dean is completely and utterly lost for words, because his brother starts to explain.
âWe've been⌠trying new things. And turns out, we both liked the idea of you being in the mix. Just listening, catching us at first. So we thought, why not take it to the next level?â
Dean can't believe what he's hearing. Have you been thinking about him all this time? Have you been using him for your pleasure and he didn't even realize it?
And then it hits him. âIs that why you're so damn loud all the time?!â
You just giggle in response. And it makes Dean's heart skip a beat. Of course it is. He knows you can be quiet as a mouse if you want to. He saw it this morning. Damn. You really want this.
Dean shifts as you suddenly get up and start making your way toward him. When you reach him you extend your hand, and when he takes it you pull him up to you. He can already feel the growing hardness in his pants, and now that you're pressing yourself up against him, he's sure you can feel it too.
You stand on your tiptoes, one hand entangled with his fingers, the other on his chest. And you smell so damn good. As you look up at him your nose touches his jaw, you trace a line up to his ear. You let your cheek brush over his, and when your lips are close to his ear he hears you whisper, âis that a yes?â
His lips crash into you like a force of nature. Hot like a blaze, powerful like a storm, sweeping like the ocean. He grabs you with both hands, runs his fingers into your hair as he pulls you close. He needs to feel more of you. Touch more of you. Taste more of you.Â

When he's got your jeans loose enough, he just shoves his hands into them, desperately grabbing at your ass. Your skin is so soft and warm, it makes him furious he can't touch all of it at the same time. Then he starts shimmying the fabric down. He's got a goal to reach here.Â
He shuffles you backwards to the bed to make things easier, and then he sees a shadow moving out of the corner of his eye. Shit. Sam.
He got so caught up in the moment, reveling in your touch that he completely forgot about the circumstances of all of this. The fact that you're not only his brother's girlfriend, but also, that Sam is right there, in the room with you.
He throws his brother a nervous look, as if he's asking for permission when clearly he doesn't seem to be objecting to any of this. It still reassures him when Sam chuckles.
âDean, it's fine. Just enjoy it.â And Dean decides that's all the encouragement he needs. This is not a time to worry. This is a time to savor. And savor he will.
He hastily helps you down on the bed, pulls your pants off you as soon as your feet are in the air. Then he takes a moment to look at the tableau. Of course, your panties match the bra. And funnily enough, so do the sheets you picked out for Dean. You just look like you belong there, in his bed. What a coincidence.Â
He starts taking his shirt off, then his pants, and when he's finally in his boxers he crawls onto you. The way your eyes blink up at him has him forgetting everything around him. His head dips down, his lips going to your jaw, teeth nibbling their way down to your neck. When he reaches your pulse point and bites down a little harder, your entire body twitches under him, making him shiver.Â
You arch your body into him, giving him more access to your neck and Dean starts to double down. The trail of his lips over your body is wet and warm, his touch making your body quiver with lust. Those sounds he's been hearing through the walls for weeks? This time, it's him doing that to you. It's you responding to his touch. You being blind with lust from the way he's handling you.
His heart almost stops when he suddenly feels your hand on his boxers. He buries his face in the valley of your breasts, trying to stifle the low groan that's escaping him at your touch. Finally read tsukasas emo little phoenix event
We all know that Tsukasa starved himself for 3 days straight in an attempt to understand Rio. We all understand thats already terrible for your health.
What I havenât seen people talk about was how he was keeping up with phoenix stages workout routine while doing it. They do 3 hours of intense workout AS A WARM UP. They run 10 kilometers, (just over 6 miles) AND do 300 squats every practice. NOT TO MENTION THOSE WERE THE ONLY TWO WORKOUTS I REMEMBER THEM SHOWING US.
The game makes it clear this is a significant jump from Wonderful x Showtimes own warm ups. They make a show of how Nene is about to drop dead while doing this stuff. Tsukasa holds up okay when theyâre introduced to us and heâs well fed, but the first thing weâre shown after he decides to go without food is how heâs struggling physically while running with Phoenix stage.
This poor boy is not only going days without food, but also doing extensive physical activity almost daily.
How have I not seen a soul talk about this?? Yall love making sure we know how miserable he is, so how do you not bring this up while talking about it?? I cant even go to my yoga class if i havenât eaten breakfast because iâll drop dead

The sun cast its golden hue over my new town of Oasis Springs as it brought in the hopes of a new day. The simoleons from yesterday a reminder of my success and also what might be possible for me here.
But while I considered my last food sale a financial success it was certainly a failure socially. My mystery guy did not stop by which had me wondering if perhaps I had failed my first impression. Maybe that's not it? Perhaps the waffles left a lingering ill taste on his lips and he's decided my little offerings are just not enough?
Or...maybe he's taken?
I chomp down on my waffle with that thought bouncing through my head. That was far more likely, wasn't it? He was very handsome and I could tell he was brimming with confidence, the odds of a man like that being single? Very very low.
Later in the day, after a shower and some cleaning, my phone rings and it is someone I've met through my food stand but it's not the person I hope. It's Daniella, the girl I met yesterday who came by a little too late for a plate.
After introductions she tells me that she wishes to be my guide for the city. Hinting and teasing at private parties that she can drag me into and perhaps I'm far too eager to tell her I'm down for it because the mysterious tone she takes on after that kind of worries me.
Honestly, I was just being nice. A girl needs friends, doesn't she?
I head outside and set up. Calling out the usual. Waffles, tortillas, brownies, three dishes that were becoming an early staple of mines.
If only the air wasn't different. Less hurried, less eager, and less people. Perhaps it was too dry and just a little too hot but the result? Ninety-six simoleons.
The weight of my daily gains was both light and heavy. I didn't quite reach my goal but I was thankful for every simoleon made. It was a reminder that success would not be achieved in a straight line and that there would be ups and downs along the way.
The sizzle of my pan brings me solace and a promise of a future to come. The simoleons will be there. I'll work hard, I'll learn a new recipe every day, I'll get better and better to where my skills cannot be declined.
I am a student of flavor and my latest design, simple sliders, are sure to help me have my best day. After all, they are small, easy to plate, and even easier to eat. Perfect dish for a food stall, someone can drop their simoleons off on the table and take one to go. If only they are good.
I take a bite, letting the flavors dance around in my mouth. When it comes to any sandwich it's about creating the perfect mix of meat, bread, veggies, and condiments and I think I've hit the spot. It's a small confirmation of my work but not the final one. That test will come with my customers, of course.
The day stretched on with the promise of little which was expected. I figured I would sit down and find something to eat. Maybe even go to a bookstore and pick up recipe books? Something like that, have a quiet night in and prepare for tomorrow.
The ping of my phone presented another idea. The gym. With the curious man whose been lingering on my mind. When he asks I tell him maybe but we all know my curiosity and quite frankly my desire to see him again will not allow me to decline this invitation.
I'm just surprised he was able to find my number?
When I arrived at the gym I wondered how I had ever missed it. It stood large and looming over the busy street, the other businesses clearly benefitting from the crowd that it drew.
Once inside I met our mystery guy and he wasted little time leading me upstairs, claiming that a session would begin soon and he did not have time to waste.
The session? Yoga.
Fortunately, the class was small. Two others, including him, and he of course took a mat behind me. I laughed inwardly but a man will be a man I suppose? If he's going to admire the female form then I suppose I'd rather it be mines than the girl next to him at least.
Either way, the session starts and reluctantly and clumsily I follow the instructor. She starts with easier poses of course. Breathing exercises, she called them, which were more about relaxing and finding your mental center.
Eventually she would move on to more difficult ones. Stretching out legs and balancing on one foot. Nothing impossible for a beginner but I do think we both looked like fools trying to keep up.
We end on the flat of our backs, eyes closed, and letting our muscles find their natural states. Yoga is a lot harder than it looks but I admit it does feel very rewarding? Perhaps it is something I could get into? Especially if our mystery man is into it...
When I first step foot in this gym my first thought was how chilly it was inside. I almost wondered if I should have brought a coat! Now, I'm thankful for it, the cool air was far more welcome after our little workout and I was thankful that it kept my brow from glistening with any sweat as Pascal (that's his name by the way, so no longer a mystery guy to me) pulled me over for a conversation. A 'get to know each other' conversation, by the way, and thankfully in Selvadoradian so that saves him having to hear my terrible accent.
"So why this?" I ask. "Why yoga?"
"Orders of the captain," he says casually, as if I'm supposed to know what that means. Is he a sailor or... "He says it helps with the flexibility, prevents injuries, and helps with mental focus. All important on the field."
The field? I was still confused until I thought on it a moment longer. He's talking about a sport.
"I kick a ball for a living," he assists, that confident tone of his pulling me in closer.
So this is who I sat across from, Pascal Alcocer, a name that in itself seemed to carry a significance to it. At least to him. To me it was but another name. I think he liked that, he liked that I was ignorant of who he was. Perhaps it's why he's interested in me.
"You've never heard of me? Truly?" he seems sincerely confused. I just stare at him and shake my head. Revealing that I'm really no big fan of sports ball. Oh, don't get me wrong, fĂştbol as it is called back home is massive but it simply never pulled me in. It's just a bunch of people kicking a ball around in the end.
"I'm sorry," suddenly I feel ignorant. Here is this great athlete, presumably, setting out time to get to know me because he feels like I should already know him. "I just don't watch-"
"No! Please! Frida, is it?" I nod and bite down on my lip, my name seemed to slip so naturally from his lips. "It's refreshing, actually."
I am sure it is. If he's a big time athlete I can imagine he has women buzzing around him daily. Throwing themselves at him, begging for a moment of his attention and wanting a lot more. The more I think about it, the more I dislike it. Dating a man like this would be stressful, wouldn't it?
As I think about it he tells me more about himself. He's a young player with a lot of promise, a 'midfielder', he tells me. That word is filled with pride. I have no idea what it means but I can tell just by how he says it that its a special role on the team, perhaps like that of a sous chef? Either way, he says he plays for Oasis FC which again has little meaning to me beyond the fact that he plays for a professional team but he assures me he's not the big deal some make him out to be.
"I still have lots to prove. I don't quite have that big contract yet but everyone thinks it's a matter of time," he leans back as he says this, realizing that he's spent most of the time talking.
"Sounds like a lot of pressure," I say finally.
He gives me a stern nod and waves away that thought entirely. "I'd rather have the expectations to be great than be regarded as a failure...so, what about you?"
"Oh," where do I go from there? "I just opened up a stall and hope to see where it goes?" Watcher that sounds so lame in comparison. "I just enjoy cooking I guess and-"
"You are adorable, do you know that?"
Well that has me chewing on my lip again and has my face feeling a little warm.
"I-I like you too..."
I find the comfort of a bar soon after, too restless to head home and needing a drink to think on the night I've had with Pascal. First impression? I was impressed.
Sure, the man was so full of confidence that it was bordering on cockiness but I have a feeling that it takes pure arrogance to become a professional athlete.
It was also very clear that was into me. After all, he sought out my number and invited me to a gym and made sure he had a good look of me. Should that make me happy or should I worry that he's a teeny bit pervy?
I don't know. The good thing about a drink is that it allows me to not overthink any of what happened and look forward to seeing him again which, according to him, will be sometime tomorrow...

The semester has been so gooddd so far! I am super strict on myself when it comes to homework and studying I like the fact I am taking this semester so seriously it makes me feel ahead of the game. At the beginning of the semester, I had trouble getting my hobbies done and I didn't want school to take over my entire life. I was able to reorganize my schedule so that I could fit in my hobbies and self-care days. I had to drop a class because it was toooo much taking 18 credits worth of classes this semester was alottt but I'm pushing myself to meet my credit requirement for my degree before graduation in 2025.Â

I am doing well mentally. Last month was very hard on me mentally because I put in the refill order for my antidepressant so late. I was off of my antidepressants for a week which caused a huge imbalance within my body. It was a literal emotional rollercoaster I would feel really good for a couple of days and then really sad for a few days. But I made it through I kept taking my medication consistently once I got my refill now I am back to normal. So pro tip do not get your refills late lol. Other than that I've been journaling, tracking my emotions, and reading affirmations daily.

I started doing yoga recently which has definitely been a game changer. When I am feeling overstimulated or anxious I put on a yoga video on YouTube and follow along. I prefer videos that have no music and then I play rain sounds or brown noise as I follow along to relax my brain when I'm done I feel so good. Ramadan has officially started so I created a workout playlist that is similar to the workouts I was doing before Ramadan but instead, these are much slower and lower in intensity they will still help me reach my body goals. During this month Iâll be fasting for 30 days so I am doing OMAD(one meal a day) which I donât mind I've done it before and have seen amazing results. There are so many benefits of fasting I'll link an article if you're interested in learning more about Ramadan and the benefits of fasting.

I have been very consistent with my Italian on Duolingo I started a 100-day challenge so I can hit a 100-day streak and I'll throw myself a little duo party lol. I am learning that it is okay to celebrate your little achievements. Blogging has been one of my favorite hobbies I've been super consistent with posting on here for you ladiessss. Let me know what other content you want to see. I started a new writing project which I am so excited and anxious about but I can't wait to share once everything is settled. I also have been on Amazon creating a list for my YouTube set up<3333 Expect to start seeing content in June I am so excited to start content creating again! I will be doing a lot of chit-chat videos on topics similar to what I have been posting on my blog, vlogging, and so much more. My other hobbies I have been keeping up with are reading, playing games, recipe keeping, pilates, and weight lifting.Â

@daily-writing-challenge - Aug 2024 - Day 3 - Fatality
Stepping into the dojo, Dinaine owned, Nahi kicked off her shoes, stretching her toes out on the warm butter colored wooden floor, and dropped her bag. Turning to the altar next to the entryway she picked up a candle with her right arm as her left was in the splint she hid, or removed, at ToA and tipped it so the wick would light from the main display. Placing it on a shelf one removed from the Light representation she knelt and focused on the symbol. This was the closest thing to worship the performer ever did but the Lightforged trainer said that no negative energy was to be brought into her space and more than once had just looked at Nahilvi and sent her right back to the altar. It had taken her a great deal of time to learn how to actually let go of anything that traveled with her so she could just focus on the lessons.Â
A bouncer at one of the rougher clubs Nahi sang at, the gorgeous (of course she was) fighter and Nahi sat after hours one night at a diner eating the staple of all bar workers, breakfast at 3 am, and over egg whites, spinach and toast the Sinâdorei had agreed to come and check out the workouts the trainer ran during the days. She was promised a good way to stay in shape, so she had expected some sort of yoga or barre class she went to when she took the time. Walking in to see the Lightforged with her arms wrapped around a Shalâdoreiâs neck and the man smacking his hand against her forearm. With a nod to Nahi, Dina released the man who shook his head good naturedly, and looked at the performers feet, âShoes off.âÂ
Since then Nahi was here at least once a week, in the weeks between Wings & Metal and ToA it had been almost daily even with her healing arm, or maybe because of it. There were many things that she could still practice, like her kicks against the wooden dummy or heavy bag. Being in a space where she was not allowed to carry the turmoil with her was good for her heart, and her body.
Rising she pushed open the inner doors and stopped, a fire red haired gnome ran across the room to slam into her with a hug around Nahiâs legs. âYou did it! You came! You are the best!âÂ
Teebi was not one given to such enthusiasm normally, so Nahi patted her shoulder and looked up into Dinaâs pale yellow eyes and the woman just shrugged. âI got your message,â she was going to come to the dojo anyway but she didnât say that. In her normal way of trying to make sure people knew that they were appreciated, she would never dismiss the personal note from the inventor.Â
âI did it!â Teebi released her legs and danced in a little circle hopping up and down. Looking over Nahi and frowning at the splint she considered for a moment, âIt wonât matter. You are already dressed too, perfect.âÂ
For the last year the gnome had come to the gym for research, she said. Never taking a class herself, just taking notes and later taking pictures and vids of the different people there with their permission. Nahi had been a often used model, but try as she might she could never get the gnome to tell her what she was doing, just getting a hand wave and a âwait and seeâ.
Another few bounces and âI did it. I did it⌠I DID IT!â Before Teebi ran off to the space infront of Dina where a holo projector sat. âCome on silly bones!âÂ
Nahilvi moved along in the wake of happiness left behind the gnome, if Nahi had used one of her glitter kisses on the smaller woman she could not have sparkled more. She had been sent a black outfit with weird green lines on it with the message, it was a little weird but a confident air was all she needed to make it more of a fashion statement on the streets of Dalaran. âI am coming! Sheesh let a girl get past the door.â The tone was absolutely teasing, she loved this energy, it was like watching performers on the stage again.Â
âGetttttt over here!â Teebi patted the holo machine, âYou have to see it! I finished the GAME!â Teebi then dipped her head and looked up at the Lightforged who leaned casually against the wall, âUhm, training program.â Â
Another glance to Dina just got earned a noncommittal shrug. âA game?â
The gnome nodded her head excitedly not correcting Nahi. âCome on letâs get you hooked up,â she said and began bending over the machine doing come engineering magic or something. Real magic, what engineers did, Nahi didnât truly grasp the essence of either not having a gift for either. Bending her shoulders forward with a look of âWhat the fuck?â to the towering Lightforeged, Nahi stepped up and Teebi turned, âReady?â âSure?â She said with a hint of trepidation. Moving into a spot on the floor Teebi pointed at and blinking at the little woman. With a push of a button a projection of Dina appeared right before Nahi, âWatch.â The image began to do fighting moves that the fighter was skilled in, it was amazing. Stepping to the side some to check out how real it was made it flicker out. âNo, no! Get back.â Nahi stepped back to the indicated place like a good little soldier, âAlright!â She held her hands up infront of her in submission. âWhat is it really? Do you just use this to show other people how to fight? Doesnât seem like a game.â With all the talk of the Radiant Song and the echoes so many people were experiencing, fighting did seem like much of a game to her. Teebi put gloves on her hands, careful with her mended left, it was no longer broken but still weak and Iren didnât want to actually take the chance of her hurting it again. so she wore the splint as prescribed by the healer. âJust.. UGH.. stop it!â Frustration filled the gnomeâs voice. âPractice, training, fun, they donât have to be separate okay? Even the old, grumpy statue thinks it is cool.â A small chuckle escaped and Dina lifted a single brow.. Man how did people do that? It was so expressive and Nahi could not do it at all. Statue, Teebi called her trainer that because she was bronze in color and stood still often as she observed her students. âAlright, I really want to see what else this cool thing can do.â âHit it!â Teebi said and Nahi looked at her blankly. The gnome mimicked a punch, âHit it.. You know? Like you come here to learn? HIT IT!â Looking to the image once more with a puzzled look, Nahi squared up and threw a small punch and the holo flinched. âHIT IT!!!â Teebi yelled at her louder. Shifting her stance just slightly she settled her weight into her hips and tightened her core then threw a well aimed jab. The Dina she was facing brought her hands up defensively and bounced, the holo even had the sound of hooves shifting on a wood floor, then she dipped just slightly to the side to evade the strike. âKICK IT!âÂ
Without a pause this time she kicked out for a lower leg, Dina strongly suggested her students try and not kick much higher so they did not leave their plant leg vulnerable, the suggestion usually coming with their leg being swept from under them to set them on ass or back. The program moved back and then countered, making Nahi scramble to block contact. It was an image so it couldn't hurt her but its form was perfect. âWhoaâŚâ âKEEP GOING!â The gnome was beginning to sound like one of those Army trainers soldiers complained about but Nahi responded and began sparring with the holo. There was a good exchange and Nahi had began to break into a sweat, really devoting her attention to the movements. Her bare feet shifted as she closed her stance to keep her weight squared and she threw a few more punches, sending the power all the way from her back leg, muscles tightening from thigh through to her forearm fist tight but not clenched. All her attacks were countered and the draenei would go on the offensive making duck to the sides, weaving and looking for an opening to come in and catch a vulnerable liver shot. A short kick gave her room to move in again, blocking it with a short swing of her shin in a protective arc, there was no contact but the immersion was so complete she convinced herself there was weight behind it and began a string of driving movements of her knee towards fake Dinaâs thighs which two of the three âlandedâ and a robotic voice called âBreak.â Her training gave way to it immediately, protecting herself through the retreat in space, not all Dina taught them was âgym muscleâ as she called it. If Nahi was ever in a real fight hand to hand she could at least defend herself.Â
With a deep breath she rolled her shoulders to let her spine straighten from the curvature making her body smaller created. âWell done.â Dinaine said, her honeyed voice full of amusement and a hint of pride. âReally Nahi, that was one of the highest levels Teebiâs⌠training program⌠has. A few of the others could only get through the mid point.âÂ
âI told you she could, told you,â the gnome held her hand out and Dina placed a gold in it.Â
âYou bet against me?â Nahi laughed.
Dina shrugged, âIt is a machine, one programmed well though, you are flesh and minds can wander or mistakes are easy to make, even for the best fighters. Teebi grinned and made an adjustment and the holo became an image of herself but she was in one of Nahiâs more relaxed streetwear looks, patterned loose green pants, a yellow tank cut to expose her midsection, of course, rainbow splattered trainers but her head was covered in a scarf to keep her hair out of her face, something she did often in the dojo. âHoly fuckâŚâÂ
Dina spoke slowly, âLanguage, we guard our tongues in here.â
In her first few months here Nahi would have rolled her eyes but now too much respect and the lessons of the dojo had been instilled along with fighting discipline. âThat kicks a.. Butt Teebi.â
âRIGHT????â The gnome took her hands and they bounced in a circle together this time as Nahi would not deny the little woman her celebration. âNow.. do it again! I want it to beat you.â âPffft, as ifâŚâ it probably would but it was programmed to reality, as she now expected it was, there was always a chance. Now, Nahi knew what to expect in the game itself and she was quick to get ready, Teebie changed the image and it was Dina once more, maybe that is just what this level was? She could ask later for now she had an opponent. When she stepped up, the holo bowed to her and Nahi returned it automatically, maybe she had become as programmed as the game was, but maybe that wasnât a bad thing. This time when they settled in and exchanged the first attempts Nahi broke out a move Dina had just recent taught her. Stepping close and dipping a shoulder to the side to keep the holo from defending infighting effectively, she kicked her feet in quick successions towards the ankles of the larger opponent. The image had to shuffle back to protect herself from being taken out by being tripped, and when her weight shifted back just enough to be off center Nahi, lowered her body more and then exploded her fist upwards directly into where the trainerâs jawline was. Stumbling back the holo did a weaving little movement and as it began to sink to its knees, the machine did not call a break this time and Nahi advanced but when the womanlike figure pitched forward the box called out⌠FATALITY!

And then it spilled over to Original and Adaptation, aka the twins from the other post-April 14th based au, and you wanna know what I did? I made Adaptation live, but because of disability reasons sheâs often at the hospital, which sheâs gotten used to but her brother hasnât, and thus this makes him an anxious mess
Gin buys flowers from Antho for his twin whenever she has to stay overnight
And from there things quickly spiraled to the point that Iâve already honed out the Lone/Lost Twinâs story more and added the Quiet Throes Twins, lore and all. Iâve yet to work on the others more, but hereâs some of what Iâve got:
Horror and their family own the local candy shop, they are usually the ones to make the actual candy while Eclipse organizes and manages the storeâs finances, their little siblings running the cashier or helping make the candy once in a while

Decay, Waste, and Winter run a repair shop that focuses on clothes, antiques, and electronic devices
Fantasy is a jeweler
Cherry and Mahogany are alive and somewhat well, Ruby and Vermillion are their little siblings who drag them all around town to see all the neat little things there are. Itâs tiring, but it makes their siblings happy so they put up with it
Overlord owns the local theatre. And theyâre also the local star holder. They may or may not know about other dimensions
Gin and Ada have service dogs, originally due to epilepsy for them both and anxiety for Gin, though Adaâs has been trained to get stuff for her and get help or move things around whenever she has migraines and or simply cannot move for the day
Springâs family owns a tea shop that also serves as a temple. Yoga and martial arts classes are hosted there on weekends
BloodyHarvest and CherryMahogany met in the hospital, both having been admitted within a few days of one another and needing physical therapy at around the same time
Sprout studies medicine. They decided theyâd go onto this career because of his besties and how their issues affect their daily lives
Antho and Myco live in an abandoned and possibly haunted manor on the edge of town, they mostly just have their plants and mushrooms there though

Just dropping in to say hello and ask how your day has been
Well aren't you sweet? My day has been busy as usual, but it's never a bad thing when it means I was productive. I woke up at 5 this morning, took an apple cider vinegar shot and had a smoothie bowl for breakfast...not only is pink dragon fruit a super food but it makes for a lovely photo đ
Shortly after, I joined Jack for our morning jog and returned to my dorm in time to freshen up and lead Pomefiore for our daily yoga session.
After touching up my hair and makeup once more, I attended my early classes and answered a few emails from my agency between classwork. For lunch, I had a spinach salad with apple slices, walnuts, and some diced chicken breast.
Of course, I finished early and used the remainder of the free period to visit my plot in the botanical gardens and pruned my herbs and flowers.
Once afternoon classes were through, I held auditions for the Movie Appreciation Club's latest production- Ah, can you believe some people would waste everyone's time by standing in line just to talk to me? They could have at least bothered to read the script!
....anyway, after sorting through the muddy spuds, I returned to Pomefiore to hold our evening waltz. Once I evaluated everyone's performance and gave them notes, they were dismissed for dinner. Even though I prefer to dine with my dormmates, I decided to dine in my office while I looked over what needed to be ordered from Sam this semester.
Rook joined me briefly and marveled at how beautifully cut my Quinoa stuffed squash was, ate two of them, and went on his merry way...he always looms to deter me from working too late.
Finally, I did my nightly beauty routine, pinned up my hair, and prepared for bed...while rewatching the auditions that I had filmed earlier. It's one thing in person, but it's also important to see how their presence translates to the camera.
Once I narrowed the potential actors down to about half, I put my Magbook away and laid down to rest....hm. Now that I summarize it like this, it doesn't seen like I accomplished very much at all! Hopefully I have a more eventful day to share with you tomorrow, anon.

Even though I appear to be going through an actual period (seriously, body? After 17 months. I mean.....SERIOUSLY??) I've tried to shake it off and get on with a decent day.
I'm staying away from generic cardio workouts at the moment. Most definitely staying off anything HIIT based. My body is under enough strain. As great as HIIT can be, it's not good loading it on top of an already stressed system.
So I've done low weight resistance this morning, then a six and a half mile walk before breaking a decent 17hr fast with lovely salad.
I have swapped the usual mayo or coleslaw for cottage cheese.
I'm trying really hard to drop all my apparent trigger foods. But my symptoms have still been crazy these past two days. Not giving up, though.
Very good macro percentages. And I've cut my calories too.
I can't eat like a non stop fitness class instructor going miles on a daily cycling commute now that I'm not doing any fitness classes or daily mileage anymore!
I finished my day with wonderfully restorative yoga.
Gotta take care of my stupid, hormonally insane physical health!

Hi there, lovely human! I'm so glad you dropped by today :) this is a really great question, and I will do my absolute best to answer it! Please keep in mind I am not a licensed professional, and I'm also still on my mental health journey. These are just things that helped me, and I hope they help you!
Know Yourself. This is huge. I knew so little about who I was before I started an intentional process of trying to discover who I am, what my triggers and traumas are, etc. This is also really important because it directs your attention to the positive aspects of your personality and self, not just the parts you might struggle with. It's also important to understand that what worked for others - and is held up as this 'glorified self-care system' - might not look exactly the same for you. For example: I struggle with multiple autoimmune conditions, and the 'aesthetic' meals I copied off tiktok and youtube were actually hurting me, not helping. they might work for the creator, but self-care isn't copy and paste. it's a continuous, evolving process of attending to your individual needs. while therapy is of course great for assisting in this process, it can be really expensive. thankfully, many incredible resources are totally free. I would recommend journaling, yoga, and mindfulness as a great place to start. you can literally just search 'journal prompts for self-knowledge' on google, and there's lots of free meditations/podcasts/yoga classes. actually, i need to do a post specifically focusing on this really soon!
It might feel worse before it gets better, and that's okay. self-care is one of the most beneficial things for mental wellbeing. it can be extensive as taking a vacation, but for me it started with basic hygiene. it's hard for me to admit how hard basic hygiene was, and in depressive episodes, still is. I hated self-care at first because I always felt worse afterwards, and what's the point in taking aromatherapy baths if you feel more stressed afterwards?? I didn't know that it was actually my past trauma rising to the surface and releasing through my body and nervous system - traumas built on self-trust issues and fear. if this is the case for you, it's perfectly okay!! the media usually presents self-care rituals as these luxurious, stress-free, elaborate rituals. if yours, as mine did, end by crying on the bathroom floor, that's just fine. it's your body releasing old energy and trauma, which is usually negatively impacting your mental health. don't give up!! it will get better, and your brain and body will feel so much lighter after working through it.
What you eat matters. A lot. sugary/processed foods have a vast negative impact on depression and anxiety. unfortunately, that is exactly what my sad/scared brain craves. it's important to build healthy food habits into everyday life. I saw a huge impact on my mental health when I started paying attention to my food. this is not counting calories (in fact, please don't do that.) this is not restricting the amount of food you eat. it's eating as much as you want of foods that restore your energy and help clear your brain. lots of healthy fats and good proteins :) I eat keto/carnivore due to intense dietary restrictions, but I would recommend looking into Whole30, paleo, and keto lifestyles to see if it would work for you.
Spirituality. this was huge for me in my personal life, but these practices aren't confined to one specific belief system (and can still be beneficial without one at all.) for me, this looked like prayer, time in the Scriptures, and meditation. but meditation and gratitude practices can exist without any specific belief system and are helpful regardless of what you believe. any form of daily gratitude practice - whatever that looks like for you - is incredibly beneficial to mental health. again, there's tons of amazing resources online.
