“I did an oopsie.” 

Clockwork paused in his work, gaze turning from his work towards his ghostling (it didn’t matter if he was an adult, he’d always be his ghostling) who was smiling nervously, avoiding his eyes. 

“Oh?” He kept his tone light, even as he worked on untangling a time knot. Honestly at least Danny was immune to any effect of time, even if he couldn’t look into his timelines in exchange. It came with being the other half of Infinity. 

“Yeeah… you know that corner of the multiverse you told me not to go to because you’re working on some time problems? I might have stumbled into one of the worlds in the corner…” 

He stopped his machinations, fully turning towards Danny- Space, his Core whispered and quivered in utter delight at having an Equal in power- with a raised eyebrow, leaning on his staff and silently telling him to explain. 

Danny poked his fingers together, giving a nervous laugh. “So uh, I was just exploring right? Well me and Ellie, you know how she gets when she can’t wander, and um… I er, we might have messed with some things in the creation of it… I didn’t know it was part of that universe, I swear! It was so far at the fringes and halfway into the Zone and I couldn’t just let a universe die before it began and-”

Oh- Oh! His ghostling (and his grand-ghostlings it sounded like) had claimed his first universe! He could put off these time knots, this was a grand milestone for any Ancient, nevermind such a primordial force as one of theirs.

And this is how a DC world came into being with humans evolving with more avian traits. Like wings. And claws. Look, Dan thought it’d be funny if they gave baby humanity wings and Ellie started rambling about how much farther they could travel if they had them and Danny thought it could be cool. Oh well, time to keep an eye on their itty baby world now…

The complete complementary Hua Cheng character poster (as I've decided to call it) Just like the Xie Lian one, it's been a year in the wors and I've been sitting down and working on it for several days straight, witching around things and redrawing whole poses/sections. Yk. The works.

I think its somewhat telling that the gnosis was placed inside the shouki no kami rather than scara containing it in his chest the same way that venti did with his gnosis. I get that its probably more so because scara needed a much grander body for his god form and the electro gnosis just so happened to be at the centre of it… but i cant help but think of it as the games way of telling us that he truly is not fit to contain the gnosis, even in peak form when all his powers are unleashed, he still needs to build a whole new body as the gnosis’ vessel, that the so called “heart” he thought was rightfully his would not actually make him satisfied or fulfilled, as it seems to be the embodiment of all of scara’s obsessions

I just finished reading the most recent chapter of child of lightning and might I ask if you could give Sun and Sky's loftwings names?? :3 also wild purring is just so cute he is a cutie pie that has stolen my heart

Okey, so, when I was writing I actually got stuck on the name for Zelda’s loftwing. Nothing good came out, so I just didn’t mention it at all in the chapter. BUT! Now, I’ve got an idea, and because you asked, I’ve also got the motivation to draw the babies:

Crimson and Beam!!!

I’m already pretty used to the fandom’s name for Sky’s bird, so I just left it as it is. For Sun’s loftwing, on the other hand…? Idk, it just fits ig) Beam does sound nice

Also, it can be a funny story that when Zelda first told Link the name she chose for her loftwing, he misheard it! And for a long time, he thought that his friend/girlfriend just called her loftwing Bean…. lol

Imagine the scene where something happened and they cannot find Beam, and Link has this meme in his head on repeat: Me and the bois at 2am looking for BEAN!!! 🫘

When Zelda found out about the mistake, she almost peed herself laughing. She teases Link about this to. this. day!!!

Ps. Wild purring and nuzzling into the hand were the best parts to write) love my traumatised boi ヾ(＾-＾)ノ

seriously, pay attention to their ghosts. Margaret has major head trauma; Pamela has a rope around her neck. Enola, one could make an argument for based just on the movie, but in the character bios Del Toro gave the actors, it says Lucille killed her the day the baby died (bio says she killed the baby, too, but I tend to leave it ambiguous since the movie seems to imply that it was medical or an accident)

THE FREAKING FIGHT SCENE?!!!!? It was so cool my guy. Her second phase was terrifying and she looked so beautiful and deadly during it. And her balancing on strings to glare down at you?! IN HEELS? Hot. And the trios attempt to fight her? Bitchin'. When Fremienet held off her syth all on his own? My heart soared with pride. And when she took us to the crimson moon dimension I was enchanted, it was beautiful and she was terrifying and I was swooning

Neuvillette showing up for a hot sec? I was thrilled

Arle's confession that she already knew what the kids were up to? Incredibly sexy. Love a bitch who knows how to make a power move
