"wait but how can that work ?" instead of asking how their queer identity works, and how can it be valid, maybe ask them their experiences. ask how it feels to themself being a mspec mono, or lesboy, or turigirl, or whatever. instead of getting angry at queer identities which dont fit your standard, just perhaps let it go and ask them as a person what their identity means to them. stop policing identities and open up your mind a little.

Supporting Lesboys means supporting:
1. Multigender Lesbian people using "Les" for their "Fem side" and "Boy" for their "Masc side"
2. GNC Women who like to be called "boy" for gender nonconformity
3. Trans Women and Transfems reclaiming being called a "boy"
4. Transmasc Lesbians reclaiming being called a "boy"
5. Trans Men who don't feel misgendered by the term "Lesbian" and/or feels like their attraction to women is still queer
6. He/Him lesbians reclaiming being called a "boy"
Support all of them, or support none of them.

i don't feel nearly as ashamed or hesitant to talk about my queer tgirl attraction to men as my tguy brothers would feel talking about their attraction to women
obligatory "if you're a trans guy and your attraction to women is het, that's real and okay! your trans experience isn't a monolith and other trans people being different doesn't make you different or wrong"
like, think about it: hardly anyone bats an eye when a tgirl uses grindr or calls herself a faggot, but as soon as a man calls himself a lesbian, everyone gets on his ass. anything for an excuse to shit on lesbians, i guess. it makes me angry that nobody sees this hypocrisy or these ties back to the lesbian separatism that infected the community post-70s. it's not gone, it never went away
this isn't exactly profound news to anyone who gives a shit about lesbian history. just something i find interesting

CONTRADICTIM: A term for anyone who uses contradictory labels and terms. Anyone may use this label, as long as they use it in good faith.
I used a Dove as a symbol to represent freedom in identity and self expression.
FLAG AND TERM COINED BY ME (previously known as @yapqueer)
TAGS: @radiomogai @beyond-mogai-pride-flags
Note: This flag was posted to my old blog, @yapqueer. I am reposting it here to preserve it.

idk how I feel about certain identities (ie. mspec lesbian) now being sincerely called "contradictory" labels. like you do realize that they're not actually contradictory right? they don't go against each other, people have a reason for using them, that aligns with how they have been used in the past. what makes lesboy a contradictory label but not he/him lesbian? other than that we decided that one doesn't make sense together and is therefore "contradictory." well I don't think my labels are opposing each other, or some sort of oxymoron. they perfectly fit together for me
and don't get me wrong, experiencing contradictions is perfectly normal and is a part of human nature. and if someone legitimately feels that their identity is contradicting and takes pride in that then by all means. even I've been like "hell yeah! be contradictory! confuse the normies!" but idk seeing it applied broadly to any label that is now being deemed too opposing and weird to be put together (a rule that changes), rather than something a person identifies with seems a bit insulting to me. no, me being both a boy and a lesbian is not contradictory, I am literally bigender. I am a nonbinary lesbian. why am I considered an oxymoron compared to other nonbinary lesbians. because you decided me to be?

Hate when anti bi lesbians are like "it's just as stupid as saying you're cis and trans"
Because actually you can be cis and trans. Systems, genderfluid and multigender people, intersex people, etc etc.
And you know they're never going to listen because they already can't handle one "complex" identity.

Trans men who call themselves lesbian because they still feel connected to the community they have established their place in? I love you.
Trans women who call themselves gay because they still feel connected to the community they have established their place in? I love you.
Multigender people who call themselves transfem or female gays because that term just feels right? I love you.
Multigender people who call themselves transmasc or male lesbians because that term just feels right? I love you.
Nonbinary people with nebulous and/or convuluted genders who mix and match labels no matter how contradictory they are because that's what describes them best? I love you.

to be queer isn’t just to accept your own identity. sure actively being trans or gay or however you identify is a large amount of being queer. the term queer means to be odd. we as a community don’t need to make sense to everyone. exclusionary behaviour is harmful because queerphobes hate us all no matter what. it is important to find community but it is impossible to do so if you are policing other people’s identities; it is not your place to tell anyone who they can be. that is cisnormative, that is heteronormative and that is amatonormative. it harms the community that you are apart of. to see so called queer people upholding the gender norms that have screwed over their community time and time again, it really hurts me. queer identity by its very nature is radical; it is a campaign for us all to be able to live. i do not accept you in our community if you do not accept multigender people, contradictory identities and all types of queer people. if you deny the queerness in aromanticism, asexuality and transness, then you are doing no good for the community. stop infighting; stop policing identity. it is harsh to say that you are doing nothing for your community but you really aren’t if you do these things.

"Notice how we always see things about lesboys but never gaygirls? men are always trying to invade lesbian spaces..."
One, we don't tell you guys about turigirls/gaygirls because you'll also flip your shit over them just like you do with lesboys. Two, what the hell are you talking about??? And three, you're harassing lesbians and invading their spaces?!?!?!?!??! Even then, no one cares what turigirls/gaygirls are because people are too focused on trying to control lesbians.... 🫠
