Published: 1-13-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY Grocery store objects (Severinka_, 2022; BodegaBaby, 2021) converted by Jacky93Sims (2023), have been edited, expanded, and made functional. Slots have been added to most surfaces along with new items and recolors (select AL Woods; CuriousB, 2010). Some objects require shifting and/or placement cheats for ideal positioning. See below for details.

DETAILS Requires all EPs/SPs. §100-500 | Buy > Surfaces/Electronics Items with “MESH” in their filename are REQUIRED for textures/recolors to display correctly in-game. Also, Object Freedom 1.02 (Fway, 2023) is required. Since some items are cloned from shelves, you may need to shift items up once in order for them to place properly.

Display Island 4 (Fish) is cloned from the default grocery bin and now has an empty state. There is an “ice only” recolor in case you want to decorate it with your own food items -  just know that it will be harder to tell when the bin needs restocking if you use this recolor.

Cold displays/fridges only have slots on the bottom-left side, and Display Island 3 only has slots on the front side. This is on purpose to allow intersection with other deco objects. Also, Shelf 3 (Fridge) is the ONLY shelf that will keep food from spoiling. Do not place perishable items on other shelves/displays! In response to more than a decade of advocacy by the Center for Biological Diversity and allies, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service today proposed to protect eastern hellbenders as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. In a separate action, the Service also proposed thousands of river miles of critical habitat in 17 states for endangered mussels.

Today’s proposal would extend protection to hellbenders from New York to Georgia, filling in the gaps in previous listings and meaning that all hellbenders are now slated for protection.

“I literally burst into happy tears when I heard that hellbenders were finally going to get the Endangered Species Act protection they need to recover. Hellbenders may be cold and slimy, but they’re so fascinating that they evoke warm and fuzzy feelings,” said Tierra Curry, a senior scientist at the Center. “Protecting these giant salamanders will give umbrella safeguards to thousands of other species that rely on clean rivers.”

In 2010 the Center and allies petitioned the Service seeking protection for eastern hellbenders. In 2021 hellbenders from the Missouri River gained protection, but range-wide protections were denied. The Center and allies challenged the denial and a court ordered the Service to redo its analysis, leading to today’s proposal.

Hellbenders face tremendous threats from activities that degrade water quality. Throughout their 15-state range only 12% of populations are stable and successfully reproducing. The range of eastern hellbenders includes Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Hurricane Helene devastated populations in the healthiest part of their range in North Carolina and Tennessee. Clean-up volunteers found dried out hellbenders that were carried out of the rivers during the torrential floods. Forest damage and contamination from the storm will continue to pollute these areas.

Am I projecting too heavily and barking up the wrong tree here, or does dave... kind of come across as autistic?

I just had A Feeling of it for a WHILE, however there's a quote in 2010 where Curnow describes Dave as "...a bit of a cold fish - not unfriendly, but whenever he entered a room, the temperature seemed to drop by ten degrees."
