anyway the therapist said "your intelligence is masking a lot" and it felt like she was saying i have the serial killer's temperament even though that was not the idea probably

two jokes from sicko war era that are honestly not that funny but amuse me so much are "time for candide!" and "save me, baudelaire"

anyway you know the therapist thinks you're the normallest ever when they say "well i don't think you have schizophrenia exactly"
#i was sad when she just said Mood disorder. i was hoping for a specific label. one i'd disagree with certainly!.. but i was just curious#about what she'd say regarding specific diagnoses

i looked so cutesy at online therapy... 👁.👁 looking individual
anyway the woman said i need mood stabilisers and i'll have to do yet another session. i'm starting to think that this (multiple sessions) was the plan all along

some may wonder "why is désiré man version named marie-renée and not jeanne-désirée or something" well first of all you clearly did not pay attention to my other genderbends... unbelievable... and second of all the format of jean-désiré is boring first half, slightly more interesting and theme-related/ironic second half (what with désiré meaning desired, which she most certainly isn't but wants to be); marie-renée is the same format (what with renée meaning reborn, although that's a little less ironic and a little more true than désiré is)

UNE SEMAINE DE BONTÉ (A WEEK OF KINDNESS) MAX ERNST // PARIS, 1934 [182 collages, on paper | 18 x 13 cm.]
“No full interpretation of Une semaine de bonté has ever been published. The book, like its predecessors, has been described as projecting ‘recurrent themes of sexuality, anti-clericalism and violence, by dislocating the visual significance of the source material to suggest what has been repressed.’"

i think the thing that's most annoying about tiktok honestly is literally just that it forces everything to be delivered in video format even when the visual element is like. a person greenscreened in front of an article talking about it. like that should be a text post unimpeachably and it really sucks the fun out of even being a hater im not going to sit through 3 minutes of this person's glitchy floating face for a paragraph of inflammatory lies i could have read and laughed at in 45 seconds flat. congratulations on coming up with the only media format more superfluous than the wikipedia research podcast complex

I just think a lot about Edward sending ten billion love letters waiting for the player to get back while knowing exactly what's happening to him. Realising that you have no idea where the object of your obsession is after years of studying the horrible things that happen to people when they’re separated from the object of their obsession seems like a terrifying sort of foreboding
#fallen london#exhibition hall#i need to stop neglecting coralie because light fingers sounds like it goes crazy...#(<-this implies i'm not neglecting all my characters. whatever)
