Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Levain Cookies: The Ultimate Indulgence 🍪
Thick, rich, and gooey with a creamy peanut butter center, these cookies are what dessert dreams are made of. Imagine biting into a crisp-on-the-outside, soft-in-the-middle cookie loaded with chocolate and peanut butter goodness. Oh, and did I mention they’re vegan? Yes, you can have it all.
Here’s a rough idea of how to make them:
Peanut Butter Filling
Mix peanut butter with powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla extract.
Scoop it into small balls and freeze them while you work on the cookie dough.
Chocolate Cookie Dough
Cream cold vegan butter with sugar until fluffy.
Stir in flax eggs (ground flaxseed + water) and vanilla.
Add cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Fold in a generous amount of dairy-free chocolate chips.
Assembling the Cookies
Grab a scoop of dough, flatten it slightly, and wrap it around a frozen peanut butter ball.
Shape the dough into a large ball, making sure the filling is completely covered.
Chill the assembled cookies in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to prevent spreading.
Bake to Perfection
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-12 minutes. Look for a dry top but soft middle. They’ll firm up as they cool, so try not to eat them right off the baking sheet (I know, it’s hard).
Crispy edges, gooey centers, and an explosion of chocolate-peanut butter bliss with every bite. These cookies are dangerously good!

The struggle is real, y’all! I want to be make better food choices but I enjoy eating sooo… here’s a healthy alternative to chocolate chip cookies: Air fryer breakfast cookies Ingredients: - 1/2 cup oats - 1/2 mashed banana - 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1-2 tsp brown sugar (you can adjust based on your sweetness preference) - 2 tsp coconut oil - Sprinkle of cinnamon - Optional: chocolate chips or raisins Directions: - Preheat air fryer to 325°F - Mix together all ingredients except for chocolate chips and raisins - On a small sheet of parchment paper that can fit into your air fryer, form dough into a ball and press down to make a cookie. Top with chocolate chips or raisins - Air fry for ~ 5 min (cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer) If you're making this in an oven, you can try cooking at 350°F for 6 min - this is just an approximation so cook until the cookie is golden brown! #cookies #foodporn #chocolatechip https://www.instagram.com/p/CoNgVfpO9j4/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

If you're not vegan, these chocolate chip walnut cookies are still a great treat for everyone. Even though they don't have any eggs or dairy, they're still soft and chewy, and the chocolate and walnuts make them delicious.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl with a whisk. Put away. Mixed vegan butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a big bowl until smooth. Add the applesauce and mix it well with the butter. Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix them together until they are well mixed. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix them in. Place tablespoon-sized chunks of dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet that has been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Enjoy the flavorful fusion of oatmeal pancakes and chocolate chip cookies with this easy recipe. Packed with the goodness of chocolate chips and rolled oats, these pancakes are fluffy and slightly chewy. Ideal as a unique breakfast treat!
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 1/2 cup milk. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional. Maple syrup for serving.
Instructions: Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor or blender until they resemble coarse flour. Mix the brown sugar, oat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl. Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Take care not to overmix; a few lumps are acceptable. Add the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips if using and fold gently. A non-stick skillet or griddle should be lightly oiled with cooking spray or butter before being preheated to medium heat. For each pancake, add 1/4 cup of the batter to the skillet. Cook until surface bubbles appear, then turn and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown. Continue with the remaining batter, adding extra cooking spray or butter as necessary. Enjoy the hot chocolate chip oatmeal cookie pancakes drizzled with maple syrup!
